Well this is a freaky scenario. According to the card counts, there are no Henchmen/Villains in these locations! Did we want to clump up on one rock, since locations aren't really getting closed?

Maybe jump from Rock to Rock to try and harvest boons?


I know I’m not an original member of the group, but I’m not used to a flat ‘No’ at a request for a blessing from someone with zero cards in the discard pile.

This is also a game of resource management.

Our table had our share of brush with death in previous scenarios. Some of the player play more aggressively (this is my feeling), I play more conservatively so our healer can focus on them. Also our healer could very well get moved to another table now that we know this can happen.

In the previous scenarios, there was some hard to make checks for a party of tier 1 characters; blessing are the easiest way to get more dice. They can’t help if they are in the discard pile.

The way the jumps work here, the player who jumped is always next up in the turn order. This means unless the table you jump to is mid-turn, you can always go ahead and take your turn whenever you see the jump message.

(Bit of a difference from how the scenario is run IRL, in that they have the player who just went jump so that you’re last up instead of first up, but this way is easier to manage/run in a PbP environment)

If you tier up to 2 as part of this, you can choose and keep AD2 cards, otherwise you'll be limited to AD1.

In addition to the above, you choose a type of card other than loot and draw a random card of that type from your class deck box. It should be a random card of AD2 or lower (so indicators B, P, 1, or 2). You can keep that card as a bonus upgrade.

You also get 2 card feats (1 from tier advancement, 1 from adventure reward).

Finally, everyone (players and BR) get one more boon roll for the aforementioned boon. Roll 1d20, 1 or 20 wins.
