Jillian takes another swipe at the big guy, connecting with a powerfully, blessed strike that does some serious damage.
The large spriggan is suddenly coated in golden glitter, moving his hands to his eyes as he roars about not being able to see. He swings his weapon blindly, but doesn't come close to hitting anything. The smaller spriggan tries to strike Emil, but misses as well.
Realizing this is going poorly, Halk casts a spell and suddenly six copies of himself begin to move around him, making it difficult to identify which is the real Halk. He stands and takes his feet, preparing to engage.

GM ShadowLord |

Caspan tries to trip the large creature again, but isn't able to knock him to his feet a second time. Jillian whiffs again, unable to time her strike correctly against this creature. Caspan's punch and Selde's nearly-critical strike both cut wounds on the big buy, but he still stays on his feet. Still sparkly, the big guys swings wildly with his weapon can't local either Selde or Caspan.
I forgot the big buy was blinded Selde. I just rolled and he failed his concealment so he didn't hit you last round so you can negate that strike entirely.
Halk deftly leaps out of the way of the pit, avoiding the fall just as Wren's missiles continue to slam into him.
All of Pila's attacks come close, but Halk manages to avoid them all and the lynx scratches and bites away four of his illusory doubles, leaving him and two images remaining.
Halk casts a spell which causes his long hair to reach out and grab a knotty wooden club etched with small hair creatures from his side. Both Emil and Pila strike out at the creature to try and stop his spell, but both miss. Emil's attack is close enough that he eliminates another image from the fey. Provokes from Emil and Pila. I made your AoO rolls in the bottom of the spoiler, both of you missed. One image remains.
The long hair takes the strange club and strikes Pila twice with it. The first attack hers her in her back, but the second strike connects with the back of her head with a tremendous critical strike that shatters the side of her head. As the club lands, a thunderclap erupts with a cacophonous roar that echoes through the room. Pila takes 12 damage from the first hit and 29 damage from the crit, 8 of which sonic damage. Father Emil |

Emil draws a wand and touches Pila, delivering more healing energy to his hapless companion.
CLW, wand: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Pila returns to consciousness, but again rolls and extends her claws as a defensive action.
Pila: 10 - 14 + 9 = +5/32, prone, total defense. AC 17

Caspan Saal |

Caspan crosses his arms and waits for them to finish this. He would drag the cat out of there, but doesn't really want to get clawed himself. Cats are jerks, and it probably wouldn't realize he was trying to help the stupid thing. No action, since I can't get in there.
Emil, you're better off leaving the cat unconscious for the moment. Let me drag it out of there and then I can get in and help kill this guy. Wren can heal/stabilize her. Otherwise it's just knocking her down every round while you spend your actions getting her back up. Or you could drag her out yourself and let Selde and I help out.

Jillian Vrosk |

Jillian see's Pila go down again and tries her best to put this foul fey down for good.
Attack, PA, FF, Bless: 1d20 + 8 - 2 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 8 - 2 + 2 + 1 = 13

Wren Chavali |

Wren holds her action until Selde has a chance to strike, hoping to save some of her magic.
Magic missile 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (3, 4, 2) + 3 = 12

![]() |

Thael draws a wand, hoping to conserve his spells for later.
He conjures a thick layer of grease underneath the enemy's feet.
"Feel free to surrender rather than die!" he calls out.
Cast Grease, DC 11 Refl on the corner, so it will only be a 5' square underneath him.

Selde Cathron |

Readied action to attack if he gets in my threatened range. Otherwise can't currently close in.

GM ShadowLord |

Wren - Halk has SR and you need to make your CL check for that.
Halk keeps his feet through Thael's attempt to send him to the ground with grease. The wizards comment on surrendering is the logical choice, but it would appear that the fey is clearly too inebriated at the moment. "I'lllll be showin' ye who be dyin'" he calls back, letting his club smack Jillian twice before sticking his dagger into her side. Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1d4 + 10 + 1d3 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 10 + (1) + 10 + (2) + 6 = 32
After the paladin falls to his attacks he shouts "HA! See!" before looking down at the cat and narrowing his eyes "Stay dead!" he says, raising his blade to strike her next.
Jillian was at 28, so this puts her down at -4

"That was dumb," Caspan says as Jillian falls. "Now I can get to you!"
He closes in, stepping over the swordsman's body, and throwing a huge blow at Halk's head, fist swinging in a wide arc.
Fist (Power Attack): 1d20 + 10 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 10 - 2 + 1 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Knockout blow: If Halk takes damage, he must succeed at a DC 16 Fortitude saving throw or fall unconscious for 1d6 rounds. Each round on its turn, the unconscious target may attempt a new saving throw to end the effect as a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Creatures immune to critical hits or nonlethal damage are immune to this ability. At 10th level, the brawler may use this ability twice per day; at 16th level, she may use it three times per day.

Father Emil |

Emil roars at Halk, "What a coward, attacking an injured pussycat when ya got me ta deal with!" He swings his scythe, trying to cut off his head, which is conveniently at waist height.

GM ShadowLord |

That'll do it.
Seconds after Jillian hits the floor, Halk joins her. Caspan, Pila and Emil all put together a serious of rapid fire bites, claws, scythes and fists that send the man slipping in the grease underneath of him where he collapses and begins to stain the grease red with his blood.
When Halk goes down his hair releases the club which falls by his side.
On his person he has: scrolls of cure moderate wounds (3), scroll of invisibility, +1 chain shirt, mwk dagger, mwk frame drum, red wool scarf (worth 15 gp), scroll case, silver tankard shaped like an old dwarven woman (worth 50 gp).
Looking around the room, an odd peculiarity stands out. There are four stone boxes scattered around the room. Examining the boxes reveals that there is no obvious way of opening them other than smashing them. It looks like the boxes were shaped out of the stone from the floor and then warped around something. Thael detects magic coming from inside one of the boxes.
Korrigan clubs are curved shillelaghs that korreds occasionally carve from the core of an oak that sprouts in inhospitable and rocky terrain. They are symbols of authority, often passed through the same clan for generations, and many bloodthirsty fey seek status by seizing one of these potent weapons.
KORRIGAN CLUB PRICE 13,400 GP
SLOT none CL 8th WEIGHT 3 lbs.
AURA moderate transmutation
Etchings of small, hairy folk adorn this knotty +1 thundering club. Once per day as a standard action, a wielder can animate his own hair to wield the club without his hands for 4 rounds, as if the korrigan club had the dancing weapon special ability. A wielder’s head hair or beard hair must be at least 2 feet long to activate this ability. Sundering the wielder’s hair (hp 2) immediately causes the korrigan club to fall to the ground and renders the wielder unable to activate this special ability until the lost length regrows.
