Anyone know how to make a picture show up for a character
I get a picture when I post normally, but when I try to post as my character there's nothing

You have to get to the character by going to My Account -> Account Settings, then edit from there. (Should be able to change the Avatar). For some reason that's not an option if you just edit the character's profile from inside the message boards.
