@ Scorch: Inquiry/Isaiah have both passive and active scanners. Passive scanners are weaker and don't give much detail, but let them know when there's something worth actively scanning. So in reference to Aura-scanning for example, they generally can tell if there's a strong aura (like a super) around, but have to go active to tell what kind and just how strong. They do tend to do periodic active sweeps when not otherwise engaged, as well.

Sigh, I knew the brimstone was going to be a problem

To be explicit that was Psyche spending Team Pool - then later Isaiah spending that same Team :p

Oh for sure! No problem with that - I just was aware that I hadn't actually explicitly spent the Team Pool in my post and wanted to be clear.

Rory shoots off his mouth: Kayla's Danger shifts up...
Also, since I'm still uncertain of what to do with the Bull's Heart, I'm just going to go ahead and take Team? What Team from the Delinquent and circle back to the Heart later.

I like it 'cause it shows off a couple of Psyche's tendencies:
1) Try to center other people, give them their time to shine, and encourage them to be more confident

Sigh.
I'm not dead, and I think this campaign is full of some amazing energy.
To be honest, the energy both makes me want to make this work..and makes me wonder if I'll ever be able to keep up with it.
(I've been a bit slow to keep up in my other games...but this one's turning out to be significantly harder than the others because there's always sooooo much more to catch up on.) ;-)
I'm going to keep trying for now since I'm still excited...but I'm not sure if I can match this group's amazing pace...and Ness isn't really supposed to be someone who just disappears (or fails to interract) for long stretches. We'll see.
In the meantime, thanks again for your understanding.
If you want to pop into the Roll20 Praetoria put together, we can probably work with you on the details of what Gallowglass does with your input. Work out her conversations with the others, detail her relationships - I think she's the only one that hasn't gotten entangled romantically, and we should definitely try to change that for more chaos.
I’ll be lurking in roll20 today, but doing so from work. If I am quiet or slow to respond I’m likely dealing with a work issue and will reply as soon as things calm down again.
And Gallowglass: yeah, we’ve been making liberal use of OOC Timestamps for conversations. I’d love it if you could sneak some in from time to time to catch up. Every post doesn’t have to have huge word counts. If smaller, less time consuming posts would mean you could pop a post in more often, then I’m all for it!
Also: I think everyone else has managed to make it to the Roll20 page except for Holly and GG. Would be awesome to see y’all there!
Well, my pair of fails in this fight bumped me up to another Advance. I marked the potentials earned here because it was a significant fight, but if we aren’t marking potential still, Stalwart, just lemme know and I’ll remove the two I got here.
Otherwise, I’ll be scheming in what Advance I wanna take...
If the potential earned from the fight stands, I’m gonna take Sanctuary power for Praetor Tower to officially become another base for us.
Three Features:
Powerful Computer - The Taylors situation room has a supercomputer that is among the strongest on the planet.
Useful Tools - Within the restricted areas of Praetor Tower are exercise and training facilities, and all sorts of other useful knick knacks and tools.
Art, Music, and Food - In the power levels of the Tower are a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues. Upstairs in the private areas are impressive cooking facilities, a private theater, game/party room, etc.
Downsides:
Draws Dangerous Attention + Location Known to Many - Think Avengers Tower. It’s big. Obvious. It’s purpose is known to everyone who has seen a tv or read a paper in the last twenty or thirty years. It’s public presence is as much a defense as it is a target.

Good call shutting off Psyche's telepathy - otherwise she'd be trying, really hard, to arrest Shin's spiraling mind.
Just hope there's something to put back together at the end...

Will all the failed rolls (and waay to low for me to fix'm, even with +2 team) I think GG's logical action may well be some sort of defend.
Stal, do you want to describe what happens (or starts to) here (or on R20, if we catch each other there) and then I'll see if I can find a way to help out.

... Not totally certain how that's a problem for Shin lol

Ha, I'm glad I'm not the only one getting lost here!
With eight PCs and multiple scenes and timelines going, this is a glorious game...and a tough one to keep up with.
That said, I got to do a bit of retroactive RP with Praetoria earlier. We did it over chat, and I'll post it once combat's over since I don't want to complicate things even further.
Stalwart, Shin will expose himself to danger from the previous roll. Totally forgot that, so hopefully nothing too bad can happen when he's flying in midair.
@Holly; Yeah, this can move pretty fast. Don't be afraid to just join in after the fight is over. This has been a rather confusing fight, with all the ghosts and possessions and stuff. At least Inquiry has been getting to pretend its a kraken.
We'll have to see about catching up some people who have been getting less potential. Maybe just have Praetoria give one of her advancements to someone else...
