Lol, I was just getting ready to take a swig of one of my lesser restorations and go charging in against ol Krune. Great Job, glad I could distract the spear haha. On a slightly melancholy note, Liam has officially reached 12th level. All without ever dropping below 0 hit points and playing up several times. Somehow this very first Pathfinder character I ever created surivived it all, relatively unscathed. It was a hell of a ride. I will attempt eyes in the next few months and join the ranks of the Seekers :D

I was tempted to just shoot him, instead of readying, but I wasn't sure if I could drop him so the ready was the more solid move. Sadly, he summoned something with Wind Wall which is sad to me on so many levels. Great game guys. I am glad no one died. That spell could have easily wiped out half the party since I at least needed a 17 to make that save.

Krune's Dragontooth spear activates its own dancing power and leads the summoned creatures in battle for a few rounds before eventually being subdued. It wrestles fervently with anybody who attempts to grasp it but eventually you guys are able to deal with it.
You collect everything of value and return to the Pathfinder Society.
The Pathfinder Society spends considerable time congratulating and debriefing you, however as soon as you return, the masked Decimverate member takes the two artifacts from you and immediately teleports away.
In Defeating Krune you have stopped one of the greatest foes ever to threaten Varisia from returning to power.
What's more, the Pathfinder Society has slain Lissala's high priest, arresting the forgotten goddess's otherwise likely return.
In the weeks that follow, word spreads around Varisia that the cult of Lissala had risen, that one of the runelords had nearly awakened, and that heroes—Pathfinders, more often than not—had slain him.

Wow. I went to work expecting to find someone dead when I came back. I just didn't expect it to be Krune!
Woo-hoo!

Happy retirement, Baltar!
Thanks for a fun game, Pirate Rob!
However, would you please re-examine the INT drain done by Kurshu the Undying? I think some of it is INT damage and some is INT drain. VERY important difference! Thanks.

56234-1 retirement.

Subtract 10% for Abadar.
Thank you so much

Liam was a good ride. Hugo was my first PFS character and also retires with this finale.

I was half expecting my tattoo to work against me in this. The arrow onslaught was tough. I worried when Liam was stuck blind on the room alon.
Great finale.
"A close to a successful negotiation. Abadar be praised for closing the deal. Superb effort to a heroic band of loyal comrades. Congratulations on a job well done."

Just didn't get a chance...
Runesight (Su) Several of the runes on Krune’s body allow him to sense the presence of all other Thassilonian runes within 60 feet, just as if he possessed the blindsense ability.
Runelord’s Dominion (Su) One of Krune’s most powerful tattoos was granted to him directly by Lissala and grants him control over others’ runes. As a swift action, Krune can subtly alter the Thassilonian runes on one creature or 10-foot-square area that he can sense with his runesight ability. He may instead alter any number or runes that he can sense as a standard action. An altered rune that would normally grant a bonus to attacks, damage, ability checks, skill checks, ability scores, or saving throws instead inflicts an equal penalty to the same statistics. (See Runelord’s Dominion, below.) Thassilonian runes that provide other beneficial effects are altered to provide the opposite effect, per GM discretion. This is a curse effect (Will DC 25 negates). The save DC is Charisma-based.
Example: Sihedron Brand (endurance): The brand no longer grants a +2 profane bonus on Fortitude saving throws and instead bestows a –2 penalty on Fortitude saving throws. The brand no longer grants temporary hit points and instead deals damage to the character equal to twice her character level.

Ouch. I figured there was going to be a catch. Glad I did not find out.
Now I need to see if I can find a retirement arc either locally or PbP. :-)

Took a peek: at tier 10-11 she's all drain, at tier 7-8 she's a mix. That said it'll only cost you 100gp to fix it all, as one of the clerics in the party can cast restoration, you'll just need to provide the material component. I filled out your sheet that way, let me know if you'd rather do something else.

Pirate GM |

Alright, I just sent chronicle sheets out to everybody. Please look over them. If I've made any mistakes please let me know and I'm happy to fix them.
As a note there are 2 boons on the sheet, the second opens up an option for new characters, and the first requires you pick an item off the list and cross off the rest.
Once again congratulations, I had a great time running this and am proud that so many of you choose my game to retire your character with.
I hope you all had an enjoyable time. This adventure is no cake walk and due to extensive prep I suspect I run it harder than average. So today is a victory to be proud of.
Congratulations.

Three cheers! Hugo is happy to cast any cures on the party as needed.
After the mission debriefing and encounter with the Decimverate, Hugo returns home, and heads straight towards the
Filosten's Frothing Alembic for a well earned drink.
He invites his other retiring brethren Liam and Baltar to join him if they are willing and able.
"I suspect the others will be off to a new mission. But now that we are retired, we have no such urgency and can finally enjoy a relaxing drink...for a time at least."

I have the 2012 GenCon boon where you need to search for news of your lost mentor. I assume that we'll be in a settlement of at least 1,000 people at the start or finish of this game?
If so, I'd like to make a roll.
Knowledge (local): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33 <- That oughta do it.
GM Rob, could I get your GM number to put on my boon?

Check the recruitment tab, I think we dealt with this at the beginning.

Oh, I just noticed the Xp/pp swap on mine fir Hugo as well. If you create another, great. But since he retired I am not overly worried about it unless they ever care for retire arc reasons.
