Fortune Brav0
I'd say we go directly to the warehouse.
Fortune suggests (out of earshot of Big Dog) that she can attempt to control his mind. She can attempt this shortly before the meet with enough time to recast if the initial casting is resisted.
She would include Smarts and Strong for a total cost of 8.

I'm putting things on hold for (hopefully only) a day or two - someone posted in Recruitment, and their PC is almost ready to go.
To that end, I want to point out that previously I said that Angel had had to use the tools at the base to repair her Wound. I was going to let that go, but I want this PC to be included in the upcoming operation (because it could last a long time IRL), so I'm sort-of retconning that everyone went back to the base, which is where the new PC will meet you. VeeSix could stay with Big Dog at his crib so that BD doesn't learn the base's location.
Sound good?
GM_ZenFox42
So, you're all gathered at the base, when you hear Meros in your ear : "I have found a new super whose skill set I think will complement your group. He should be showing up right about...now. His password is 'the pyramids are east of the Nile'."
You hear a knock on the door, you hear the right password, and (I assume) let him in.
I'll let him speak for himself from here...
John "Noetic" Smith
John enters the room as the door is open and says, "Hello, I am...Noetic. Are we supposed to just give my code name here? I am still pretty new to this."
John is a normal sized human man. He carries a V'sori Blaster under a cloak, but otherwise he currently appears to be a normal person.
VeeSix
Six looks at 'Noetic' with distrust. They just got done taking down a big time gang location and this guy just shows up. "Code name? We're not the CIA. Who sent you?"
John "Noetic" Smith
"I have been working with Dr. Destruction. I thought he would have sent word that I was coming." Noetic says.
John "Noetic" Smith
"Sure, I have various mental powers. I can move things with my mind as long as they are not too heavy, including flying myself around. I can read minds if I am close enough. I can talk to people in their minds and link minds together for kind of a group chat as long as we are not too far apart. I can also quickly pick up languages to talk to people if we need a translator. Defensively, I have a force field that makes it harder to hurt me and I can become ghostly so most physical things just pass through me. I can also bend space with my mind and teleport myself and others if we are touching. The more people I try and bring along, the harder it is to do though." Noetic says as he rattles off his abilities.
VeeSix
Six looks at Noetic, incredulous. "You can do quite a bit it seems. Destruction did send word, but not everyone agrees with what he does. We will see what you can do when the cards are dealt. As for me, I'm Six. Me and the V'Sori go way back." He pats the armor he is wearing. "Let's just say it takes a lot to put me down."
Changing direction, Six asks, "Did Dr. Destruction tell you about our current mission?"
John "Noetic" Smith
"No, I just was told I could help out and to head over. What are you trying to do?" Noetic asks.
VeeSix
"This guy," he thumbs towards Big Dog, "is our new best friend. He's going to get us in to see the guy providing V'Sori weapons to the local gangs. We got a meet coming up in less than an hour and we could use some eyes and ears where we don't have them."
John "Noetic" Smith
"I can try and sneak in through a wall or be on the roof. With my telepathy, I could be ready to jump in as needed. Or maybe teleport in if that works better. Are all of you planning on going in with him? I can probably bring people in with me if I teleport in." Noetic offers.
Kathrine 'Hellion' Mordonus
"Plan was me and Vee go in." The crimson skinned half-demon says then casts a look at Bigdog. "And the dog shouldn't be present for the actual planning part of our conversation."
She looks at her wacth, "We need to get moving. Fortune can brief you on the plan on the way."
Fortune Brav0
"Sounds amazing," Fortune says regarding Noetic's abilities. "You'll have to tell us how you came by that sweet suite."
"We're going to already be in position in an abandoned warehouse nearby," she explains as the trip there begins. "ANGEL here is a crack shot and will be in a sniping position as the dealers arrive. She'll have her sights set on the Big Dog Turd, so if he tries to warn them, it will be the last thing he tries." She says this last in BD's presence if he is in the transport or when next they can talk.
"As for myself, I am kind of the other utility member of the group 'sides you. I learned to cast spells with the help of my Tarot deck. I'll be watching and doing whatever is needed once things get busy. I can do the stuff you do, but I'm limited in power, so I have to be strategic in how I use my magic. I'm a decent fighter if push comes to kick in the nuts."
"So once we're there, I guess you should find a place to hide until the actions starts. Then mess with their minds or whatever you do best."
John "Noetic" Smith
"We could set up by Angel, and if things go bad I can try and teleport us in close to assist." Noetic offers.
VeeSix
I imagine Six would have been fine staying back with Big Dog at the gang's place until the rest of the team was ready.
GM_ZenFox42
The meeting was scheduled for two hours from Big Dog's phone call, then going back to base and meeting Noetic took 45 minutes. Picking up VeeSix and Big Dog and getting to the site takes 15 minutes, so you arrive about an hour early.
Just so I'm clear on everything : Angel, Fortune, and Noetic are hiding on the second half-floor, Hellion and VeeSix are going with Big Dog to meet the seller.
John "Noetic" Smith
Sounds good to me.
VeeSix
Sounds good.
Fortune Brav0
Fortune recommends Big Doggy and the others wait inside, with BD in view of ANGEL, who will have a gun aimed at him with instructions to fire if he says or does anything to give away the game.
John "Noetic" Smith
As they reach their destination, Noetic focuses and his skin, hair and clothes all fade to white as he becomes ghost-like.
Focus: 1d12 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10
Wild: 1d6 ⇒ 1
I succeed in activating my Intangibility. I now look like the avatar.
John "Noetic" Smith
Small point : all bonuses and penalties to die rolls always apply to the Wild die as well, so for future Focus rolls, add +3 to it too...
That is awesome to know.
VeeSix
On the way to the meet.
”Now listen Biggie, this could go south real fast and I am sure it won’t look good for your rep, so play it cool and we all get out of this mostly intact.” He pats the man’s back like they had been friends, but hard enough to remind him he means business. ”Talk to the Merchant about getting a new shipment and maybe steer him in the direction of where they are coming from. We’ll take it from there.”
When they get to the warehouse.
VeeSix, Big Dog and Hellion start walking towards the front doors like they own the place. Knowing that his support is moving into position, Six feels he can walk confidently into the meet. He will go inside as soon as he knows ANGEL, Fortune and Noetic are in position.
GM_ZenFox42
BigDog, who is now cooperating in hopes of saving his skin, tells VeeSix "Hey, The Merchant doesn't talk about where he gets his stuff - I've tried before. If I ask again, he might get suspicious. But I can introduce you as some big-time buyers, interested in some real big purchases, and you can ask him to put you in touch with his suppliers. But even then, I doubt he'd want to give up his part of the profits."
John "Noetic" Smith
Realizing he needs to touch Fortune, Noetic will turn off his intangibility and become solid once more.
VeeSix
"Good to know," Six says. "Let's see if he can get us in contact with the bigger fish then." He pats his armor. "He'll probably recognize what I'm wearing. It should make us at least look legit."
GM_ZenFox42
Noetic can make the teleport-with-Fortune roll when he can. BTW - Noetic : from where and to where?
Since no one's specified, I'm assuming Hellion, VeeSix, and Big Dog go into the warehouse to wait for The Merchant.
Important question : are you holding your weapons or are they just hanging on your body?
Right at the appointed hour (to the minute), three people enter. Two of them are heavily armed and armored, the one in the middle is wearing an obviously expensive tailored business suit.
He says "You all know who I am, so I won't introduce myself. Now, what's this about a big purchase?"
John "Noetic" Smith
The idea was that if things went bad with Big Dog, I could teleport Fortune and myself from near Angel to where the group is.
VeeSix
Six is not brandishing his weapon just yet, but his armor is clearly visible.
Six looks to the two armored men up and down and then smirks. "My friend Big Dog says you can get us some serious firepower. I told him since the V'Sori got kicked off this rock, there is no way somebody can get the good stuff. We're here to see what you got and then we can talk numbers. And I'm talking the good stuff, not the cheap blasters people have been selling outta vans. "

Sorry it's been a truely messed up week since Thursday, and the rest of the month is gonna be equally forked(yay october being my GO month) Hellion always has her weapon on her, sheathed unless it needs to be drawn for combat. Meaning I get all the usual defensive stuff(except the extra parry because I'm not using it currently)
"The big blasters, Armor refits, Vehicles if you've got one. We obviously don't have to do the entire deal right now, but we're looking for the Big haul. Gotta get it while the gettin's good so that we don't fall behind when society decides to get it's feet back under itself proper."
VeeSix
Six nods along with Hellion's shopping list. "Exactly. A fighter if you got one and some of that fancy Fin armor too. Refitted for our crew of course." He smiles and then adds, "Of course, if you can't get that stuff, maybe you can point us to someone who can."
VeeSix
The V'Sori fighter craft/ shuttle.
VeeSix
A smirk crosses Six's face. "And you look like you talk more than sell legitimate V'Sori leftovers, but here we are. Yeah, we want the ship. We have plans, see, and they could be lucrative for you, should we get the gear to pull it off." He put his fists on his hips. "So, can we see it?"
Kathrine 'Hellion' Mordonus
Hellion gives a sore suck in through the side of her teeth and looks at Vee, "Told ya we'd have to do small time deals first. How about this, two repulsor fields, a plasma launcher, and one of those heavy blasters they used to have to swat 'big' problems out of the sky with?"
