Uelarik moves forward and then fires on #1.

The guardsman proceeds to try and climb with the human cleric ovet his shoulder, failing that he will wait for help and a rope.

Tanrov will chuck down a rope and help Marcus to carry the priest up.

With aide and a rope, you are able to drag your prisoner up the ladder.

"Is it that hard for you to find a date?" Mol asks as they dr@g the unconscious woman up from below.

As soon as Xandarian gets up with the others, the cleric channels healing energy into his fellows.

"Shall I lead the way through the next door or would you like to continue to get pulverized Molitor?" Kevin says as he points to the two doors out of here they haven't been through.

H10: The worked stone walls of this large room hold a number of shelves, each of which display the preserved bodies of dire rats, bats, rock vipers, cave lizards, and other creatures that pose in eerie stillness. A pair of bedrolls have been laid out to the southeast.

Kevin steps into the room and looks around and seeing a door to his right advances to the opening straight ahead to see where it goes.

A muted roar echoes down the walls of this hallway. Near the eastern end, the worked stone give way to natural cave walls, just before the hall ends at an open shaft. Hanging over the edge of the shaft is a knotted rope—the other end tied to an iron spike driven into the ground.

Uelarik will detect magic and will search the room before following Kevin.

Tanrov keeps up and stays safely behind Kevin allowing the meat.. Paladin to go first.

Kevin walks over to the rope and says, "Shall I head down or should we check the other way?"

"Mister I-found-a-magic-sword-related-to-my-faith shoukd go first." says Marcus, clearly salty because of the lack of ancient magic punching gauntlets so far.

"Do you really want to have to face the dude that has magic punching gauntlets just so you can take them off him? It'd be like fighting an evil version of yourself."

But in this case, without a goatee.

Kevin heads down the hole, it's a DC 5 climb check and 40'down. With your darkvision, so you that the bottom is a pool of water.

Kevin climbs down the rope and splashes into the water below. "It's cold down here."

Climb DC 5: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (14) + 2 - 4 = 12
Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (9) + 0 = 9

Mol leans over and spits down into the hole.

He climbs down after the others.

Tanrov gives up waiting and climbs down

Once Kevin gets to the bottom, two fish swim up and attack him.

Then everyone rushes down the rope after him (except mr spitoon).

The fish continue to attack Kevin.

He uses studied target on the closest fish and then swings at it with his cestus

Cestus damage: 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Uelarik fires on one of the fish.

"Kill the fish!!"

Marcus moves up to the second fish, still carrying the prisoner over his left shoulder, and tries to pimpslap the fish into submission.
