Since you are all just looting hobos, I'll assume you search the place for booty (no, not that, get your mind out of the gutter).

A thorough search of the room turns up a torn bedroll, three candle stubs (each can burn for 30 minutes), a bent fishhook, 10 feet of badly frayed hemp rope, and a copper brooch depicting a bat perched on a mushroom— both of the bat’s eyes are tiny amethysts.

While the searching is done, you have time to heal up if anyone actually got hurt.

Marcus takes his time to clean the bugs' goo from his gauntlets using the torn bedroll.

As the others comment on Kenabres' need of exterminators, Marcus raises an eyebrow "Justice. Kenabres needs justice and oustanding fellows decided to defend it." he says, his eyes filled with duty and determination. "And maybe some exterminators, the amount of vermin is ashtounding."

When Molitor scouts the passage, Marcus enters it.

There is a passage leading further east.


I'll assume you move on (Xan's answer doesn't have much bearing on the next move since you are all on the railroad anyway)

You head down the passage and come to a branch. The passage makes a T here either going north or south. The northern passage is more narrow (5' wide) and there is a green glow coming from that direction. The southern passage is dark like the rest of this area (and is 10' wide).

But when Cayden Cailean tells you to go fight the Worldwound, you go and fight the Worldwound. The Heal check was to determine if the point was poisonous. Judging by your answer, it's poisonous, so yea me!"

Looking to Marcus, the cleric says, "Okay. That should do for now. Drink this", as the Taladane pulls a potion of cure light wounds from his backpack, "and a swig of this", as Xandarian heft the moderately full jug of wine to Marcus's hand. Marcus, you roll it. If it sucks, I don't want to be blamed.

If we reduce down to level 1 potion, that means 7 HP. Which is just about enough to put me at full HP so I can suffer with whatever terrors you throw at me.


We'll assume it was a normal potion, since it is moot and move on, but I am curious how he could afford a level 5 potion.
