I thought we busted the gate down in this post here

Oops my bad. I was thinking that was the first gate not the second. You are right Garith. After girls are in bed will get a post with the next round and edit the map accordingly.

Garith lands 2 quick blows on the bebilith as it has its full attention on Garith now. From the tower you see a pair of arrows strike the last will o wisps bringing it down. From the north eastern corner Morgrym and Zeriax see a creature walking on the air as it turns to face the party...

cast confusion on the party will save DC 20 everyone please.

Meanwhile...

Good Guys up with will save DC 20 please. Map updated.

Pakak knows that a Bebilith needs good weapons to hurt it, has a high fort and reflex save, and if it hits with both claws attacks it will rip your armor and shield off of you damaging them in the process.

Warning the others, "Only good weapons will hurt the beast! For those of you with armor, if it hits you with both of its claws, it has the potential of destroying it! At the very least it will rip it off of you and damage it severely! Watch yourselves!"

Gonna go with another Know planes on that flying thing with the confusion. I'm guessing it's an outsider creature.

Pakak recognizes the air walking creature as an Annis hag, possibly the same as mentioned in the journal that was searching for the redeemed succubus. He then moves up and cast stone skin on Garith.

Morgrym flies to the hag avoiding the bebilith as much as possible. Yet the extra time it took meant he did not have as much time to line up his blow and the hammer went wide of its mark.

Garith blocks the claw attack with Radiance and returns the low just missing a critical blow.

He then hits once more with the blade.

Zeriax fires a full complement of arrows as 3 of them go wide but 2 strike home but with reduced damage.

Will DC 20: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31

The follower of the Dawnflower shrugs off the spell effect and calls on the power within her to smite their enemies.

Mythic Holy Smite, targeting the bebilith and the annis hag with the 20-foot-radius burst. I've taken the liberty of adding a circle with my intended positioning of the burst.

Rolling for spell penetration, better of 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 2 = 15 or 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 9 + 2 = 22 applies.

Vs. Evil Outsiders, the spell does 9d10 ⇒ (9, 5, 2, 10, 1, 7, 4, 8, 2) = 48 points of damage and blinds them for two rounds. A successful Will DC 18 save halves the damage and reduces the duration of the blinded condition to 1 round.

Vs. Evil Non-outsiders, the spell does 5d12 ⇒ (5, 11, 1, 9, 8) = 34 points of damage and blinds them for two rounds. A successful Will DC 18 save halves the damage and reduces the duration of the blinded condition to 1 round.

A neutral target, the damage is halved and the target is not blinded. A successful Will DC 18 save by a neutral target quarters the original damage.

Having used a mythic point to cast this spell, I don't believe I can burn another to use amazing initiative to do any healing, is that correct? If it is not correct, she will also channel to heal, excluding enemies from the burst for Healing: 5d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 5, 3, 2) = 18

will save Hag (made SR check) 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28 17 damage

You can use another mythic point Nasira as the first one was part of the spell. The second use was to gain the amazing initiative ability.

Nasira hits the bebiith and the hag with a spell but they shrug off the more debilitating effects yet are still blind for 1 round. She then follows up with a burst of healing as well to the party.

Blinded the bebilith can only lash out at where he remember Garith being.

This is really unfortunate, because the post I put together for this spell included all of the information regarding the spell to avoid having to go look things up. I will never learn - I should never spend more than ten minutes on a post because it will break my heart when the website chokes on it.

Nasira steps back to be out of reach of the bebilith while she focuses on the casting of a spell, summoning a spiritual ally to aid Morgrym in fighting the hag.

Creating the spiritual ally in Q20, if I read the map correctly.

Spell Resistance to hit the hag, best of two rolls: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 281d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24 I believe those are sufficient. I will use a mythic point on the first roll if necessary.

A creature that appears to be a torus of living flame appears next to the hag and opposite Morgrym, swinging at scimitar that trails fire through the air as it moves. Flavor text, there is no fire component in the attack or the damage.

Primary Attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16
Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 Force damage and bypasses DR

Bonus breakdown:

The spiritual ally's attacks use Nasira's BAB (+6) plus her Wisdom modifier (+4). In this case, she is also flanking with Morgrym. The spiritual ally's damage includes a bonus of a third of Nasira's caster level (+3).

Iterative Attack, if allowed when initially cast: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21
Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13

If I'm not mistaken, damage taken by the party is not so grievous that I need to address it immediately, is that correct? I have status running, so Nasira would know even if I don't as a player.

Yes, I never learn. This took longer than ten minutes. :D

With the he spell over both the bebilith and the hag are able to see fully what is transpiring around them. The bebilith continues to focus its attacks on Garith in the hope of rending his armor useless.

Claw 2 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (4) + 21 = 25 for 2d4 + 13 ⇒ (4, 4) + 13 = 21

The hag then tries to drag Morgrym along while grappling him to get to the other demons.

Cmb 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (9) + 32 = 41

cant update map but hag drags Morgrym to the other side of the bebilith.

The nearest grimslake then tries to bite Morgrym and sting him with its tail.

Bite 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22 for 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 3) + 6 = 11
Sting 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14 for 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

Garith, the spiritual ally is a potential flanker, so you might have a bonus +2 available for your attacks. I'm debating sending the ally at the hag or let it get the second attack if it stays for the full attack.

The spiritual ally full attacks the bebilith.

Primary attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18
Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6

Iterative: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

iirc, the bebilith doesn't have spell resistance.

Does Nasira have line of sight to Morgrym? If not, what is the reach of the bebilith?

Zeriax fires a multitude of arrows at the hag with 4 of them hitting. Yet he notices that each one is impeded somehow from dealing their full damage. (Yes neeed the surge to hit)

The spiritual ally takes a few swings but does not connect at all on the bebilith. Nasira does have a line of sight though to the hag.

Morgrym hits twice with his axe but notices the same as Zeriax that not all of the da,age goes through.

Pakak enfolds his protective shield on the party.

Garith swings and connects with Radiance twice but the bebilith still does not go down.

Nasira to go with line of sight on Morgrym with bebilith having at least a 10ft reach

Nasira will remain where she is, 20' from the bebilith, and beseech Sarenrae for a healing blessing of epic proportions on the grappled dwarven rager.

Sorry Guys s missed Nasira post...update in a bit

With innate ability Nasira is able to heal Morgrym from a great distance. This might be needed as Morgrym was in dire straights.

Bebilith attacks on Garith...
Bite 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (3) + 21 = 24 for 2d6 + 13 ⇒ (2, 3) + 13 = 18

The hag tries to strengthen its hold on Morgrym pinning him to the ground...
Cmb 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (4) + 32 = 36

With Morgrym pinned the grimslake feasts upon the helpless warrior.
Marrow Drain (Ex) A grimslake’s tail is covered with suckers that
extend long, thin, razor-sharp tendrils to drill into its victim’s bones, draining the victim of marrow. The grimslake can drain marrow from any creature it is grappling or from any helpless creature as a swift action. The victim can resist this painful attack with a successful DC 18 Fortitude save; otherwise, it
is staggered from the horrific agony for 1 round and takes 1
point of Constitution drain. The save DC is Constitution-based.

Bite attack 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 for 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (4, 1) + 6 = 11

I am out of time to make my post. Can someone bot me and use my earlier posts to put another mythic Holy Smite on as many grimslakes and the hag as possible. Also, she will move the spiritual ally to single-attack the hag, which will require an SR check.

RETIRED - defeated Karzoug, saved Sandpoint and happy Alpha of her little Pack

Nasira's spiritual scimitar flies across the battlefield to strike at the hag.

Attack: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27 Damage: 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

With a cry to Sarenrae Nasira summons the blinding light of her goddess to strike the demons!

Mythic Holy Smite, targeting as many grimslakes as possible and the annis hag with the 20-foot-radius burst.

Rolling for spell penetration, better of SP1: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 2 = 15 or SP2: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 9 + 2 = 31 applies.

Vs. Evil Outsiders, the spell does 9d10 ⇒ (4, 6, 7, 9, 7, 10, 8, 8, 7) = 66 points of damage and blinds them for two rounds. A successful Will DC 18 save halves the damage and reduces the duration of the blinded condition to 1 round.

Vs. Evil Non-outsiders, the spell does 5d12 ⇒ (7, 8, 7, 10, 3) = 35 points of damage and blinds them for two rounds. A successful Will DC 18 save halves the damage and reduces the duration of the blinded condition to 1 round.

A neutral target, the damage is halved and the target is not blinded. A successful Will DC 18 save by a neutral target quarters the original damage.

Nasira targets the hag and 2 grimslakes with a holy smite. Thanks to her inate mythic abilities she is able to get past the spell resistance of the hag.

will save grimslake 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
grimslake 2 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
hag 1d20 + 15 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 15 + 4 = 38

All of the creatures make their save but they are still blind for 1 round. the grimslakes each take 33 points of damage and the hag takes 17 points of damage.

Pakak calls out that the hag is resistant to all weapons that aren't bludgeoning!

The spiritual ally moves over and attacks the hag just missing.

Zeriax up and with some good roles could put the hag down as well and then we can end the combat!

With a final spurt of arrows the hag dies still clutching onto Morgrym. With their leader dead and only grimslakes remaining it is quite easy to mop up the remaining demons and clear the ruined fortress.

Snow:

AS the hag dies you find yourself awaking in a small chamber on the north side of the fortress. Looking around you do not remember where you are. The last thing you remember is the dreams that lead you here in search of a risen demon. You thought you found your answers when you were attacked by the denizens of the fortress. A beautiful creature saved you and brought you here. Unfortunately you realized at the last moment that the creature was a hag and not a demon. She gave you a funny look and you fell fast asleep until now.

You have all of your gear in a corner of the room and are quite healthy which is impressive considering you were at the mercy of a hag for an unknown amount of time!
