Almon casts create pit in the 10-foot space between the black skeleton and the other skeletons. Right now that gives the black skeleton and the one on the other side a +2 to the reflex to jump out of the way. Tried to draw the pit location.

I sort of guessed that was what you were going to do. That worked well enough for the pit. What you didn't list was the DC, but I am presuming 16? the southern normal skeleton falls into it. You planning on moving out of Nuela's way with her bow behind you?

Frustrated the the black skeleton seemed to shake off his punches despite hitting it square in the ribs...Sorek tries again

I am not sure the moral bonus stacks with the spell, but you hit. It will need to make a Will Save for half as you hit.

Yeah I got that at the same time:) The question is the morale bonus. Will leave that open for the moment and let someone chime in on it as I can find nothing off hand. At minimum you did 5. 1d6 every two levels is 1d6, sorry. You get your second die at level 4. This is why they will go after a paladin first.

If it is a roll to hit, you get the morale bonus. You don't get it for the damage.

oops, I always forget it's not like the clerics channel. But doesn't matter. Mission accomplished. Btw why wouldn't you? Do you not get morale bonus on inflict wounds spells?

Yeah, sorry dc is 16. Also morale bonus is to any weapon attacks and including rays. Though the morale bonus affects the attack, it doesn't help the lay on hands damage.

As Almon did not move out of the way you are firing through him and Darrien for +8 cover so you just miss. Which is a good thing for had he moved you would have hit Darrien. It was not going to overcome the DR with 2 2's.

Also, if you successfully bull rush the skeleton, it doesn't get a reflex save to fall into the pit. Free damage and it can't attack you for a bit. Also, don't move with it if you do bull rush.

Darrien realized that his best bet is to simple keep touching the skeleton in places that bother him. So he brings his shield in to better defend himself.
