So we have..
Half-orc rogue - darkvision - thug type thief - front row??? but quite squishy...
Human barbarian - normal vision - fighty type - not so squishy - front row
Half-orc Inquisitor - darkvision - spell/fighty - back row
Human cleric - normal vision - middle row - spell type, but goodish armor
Dwarf wizard - darkvision - middle row - spell type
So front row, Cilda, Natty, 2nd row Maus, Chotzu, 3rd row Ralthak
Obviously Cilda is the fighty front type...
The real squishy ones should be in the middle .. they need to be protected to be able to cast their spells. So having somone at the back to help protect the middle row, Ralthak can do both spell and fight. That leaves Natty into the front row, to help Cilda, not sure how he's gonna get round to do flanking though?
Anyway that's how I came up with the order, though happy if someone wants to change it, just thought I'd get a marching order out there so we can agree/discuss.
Obviously Natty will do the disabling of traps if we spot one.

Alright, i'm liking the order for the party to enter.
BTW Natty, Cilda might be a tad...stand-offish to your character, based on how he's been acting so far. Just want to give you the fyi so that you know it's only from a character standpoint.

Thats OK .. Natty isn't as nice as I am!!!
It's nothing against anyone, but I don't expect him to be liked too much, but hopefully tolerated because he's useful and not altogether bad, he's not evil that's for sure..

Alright, that's cool. It's just this is the first time I've done a game where people aren't actually all gathered around a table or something similar, so I didn't want there to be confusion.

If at any time, my absence is holding up the game (over 2-3 hours) PLEASE take actions as seem appropriate and roll for me. My permission is freely given and I am of sound mind and body.

I get the same thing with my home group of players. They cheer when they get the crit deck or when enemies get the fumble deck, and groan when they fumble or get critted on.
Had one situtation that was fun enough to repeat. Had the group playing Serpent's Skull, first book. They got to the BBEG at the end of the book. He gets first init, his first attack, he fumbles, does x3 damage to himself with his spear. I roll max damage, he dies. So I'm imagining it in my head, the fight starts he charges at them, the spear catches in one of the tiles on the floor and he impales himself. I got a standing ovation on that one

Awesome. Seriously, that is just plain hilarious. Probably the best way that you could end any adventure. "So, puny adventureres, you think that you can best me? NO ONE SHALL DEFEAT ME! I AM----ugh." /dropdowndead

hey guys, so if any of you are familiar with The Godsmouth Heresy, then you may get confused shortly.
I spend too much time on pbp, so I have to cut back, so instead of just leaving you guys high and dry, we are going to change a few things and get you guys to the BBEG. That way we finish it and everyone's happy

'Tis a shame, I've really enjoyed this game, the interactions between the characters has been great. Not to mention some good solid GMing which has kept the game moving along. But I know how it is, as I've had to drop DMing games because they take up a lot more time than just playing and appreciate GM Tierce's work so far in getting this off the ground and flowing. Hope we can do the BBEG justice when we get to him and maybe even defeat him.
