after about a 60 hour week, the company that hired me has a audit by the customs, think like a tax audit, but more interested in "do you deliver defense items?" than do you pay your taxes, bu do not worry that too, i just kissed my wive hugged my baby and fell in bed. By the way, the company makes roller coasters and ferris wheels, but we deliver worldwide, from hershey park to iran, irak and more.

I know we are out of combat but we need to track rounds due to the fast healing on Valex. It lasts 10 rounds and heals a point a round.

Cool. I will be camping with scouts this weekend. I can post tomorrow day and then again Sunday night.

GM Fiendish |

Hi all, just thought to talk to you about status changes and visibility of your vital statistics!
You are all awesome, so no need to change what you're doing in game, but just wanted to ask you a favor :)
It would make things easier for me if I can see your 'base' stat line in your posts, rather than having to open up your character profile and hunt for basic info. Most of you already have the full suite of stats listed, but I've seen Init and AC missing from some ;) If it's not too much trouble it would really help me for you to have those stats in the bar :)
Also, I've been playing a little while myself now in other campaigns, and one of the things I've found really helpful for me as well as the GM is a 'current status' system. Long story short this would mean at the end of any post that your stats have changed since your last post (lost/gained hp, boosted AC etc) you put an 'ooc' tag listing the change.
Status: hp 12/17, shield of faith AC 21
or
Status: hp -4/12, dying
or
Status: hp17/25, blinded, FF ac 13
This makes it SO much easier to track the effects of rage rounds/spell buffs/status conditions etc!
It is also much easier than having to edit your profile each time!
Again, some of you already do this but I think it would really help if we could all adopt the idea and keep it up. I've found it pretty easy to maintain and administrate, as all you need to do is scroll up to your last post, copy the stats then apply anything that has happened to you in the posts since. It helps to keep more on top of where things are :D
Let me know your thoughts!

I will be happy to start doing this immediately. Please forgive me if I forget a time or two until it becomes habit.

Lenneth Barlow |
As an FYI, I'll be out of town Monday and Tuesday this week. I'll have my phone and possibly my laptop but I'm not sure how much time I'll actually have to post. Sooo, feel free to bot Lenneth (and Indigo) as needed. I *will* get Lenneth's next action posted before bedtime tonight, though.
And I have no issues with doing that, GM Fiendish.

Guys, my home computer died. I need to replace the hard drive. But I will be in a three day class starting tomorrow. So my presence on line will be limited til Monday.

Azmerai |

And a glorious weekend. Hail the week end! Bow to its sacred time. Full of funny episodes like swimming with my wive and baby. Spending time shopping and cooking. And no.... I am not sarcastic. I love booth.

Lilith levels to level 4 and takes a level of Wizard, of course.
Hit Points: 1d6 ⇒ 5
Her BAB increases to 2. Yea!!!
She gains a total of 7 hit points: 5 for level +1 for Con +1 for Favored Class
Her Int increases by 1 to 19.
Her will save increases by 1 to 4.
Her shift ability increases to 10'.
She learns two more second level spells. They are: Fog Cloud and Scorching Ray.
And she gains 6 skill points, spending them thus:
Craft Leatherworking +1 to 6
Knowledge Local +1 to 10
Knowledge Nobility +1 to 10
Perception +1 to 10
Profession Herbalist +1 to 6
Spellcraft +1 to 11
I think that is it.

Woot, I say!
He'll take a second level of Bard (Archivist).
+1 to Int, for 14 (Added varisian as a language, figuring he's been around it most of his life.)
+6 hp.
+1 to reflex and will
Whole mess of skill points (bard and Int going up...)
Craft clothing, traps, diplomacy, know/geo, know/planes, know/rel,lingusitcs 1 (remebering scholarly languages..., took azlanti),perc, perf/oratory, sleight, survival, stealth, UMD.
Add know direction (0) and Alarm (1) spells
+1BAB
So, lost my original HEROLAB file for Valex, and, as i am plugging him back in, I find that I apparently did not take a feat at 3rd level.
With your permission, Fiendish, I'll take 'extra rogue talent', take the talent 'minor magic', and grab 'disrupt undead' 3/day as a spell-like ability. I'll add some in-play work with the the arcane casters, if they will be so kind, to help justify that.

No problem at all on the hit die. I just could not recall.
Lilith would be pleased to tutor Valex in the arts arcane, if that your choice. She is still slinging the disrupt undead as needed, but I will warn you that 1d6 does not impress like it did at first level.

Lenneth Barlow |
Woohoo! Lenneth gains:
+6 HP (4 class, 1 Con, 1 FCB via Fast Learner feat)
+1 BAB
+1 Will
+1 Hex (Flight)
+1 1st and 2nd spell slot per day
+2 spells known (Burning Gaze, Hold Person)
+1 Int (Attribute Point)
+7 skill points (2+Int mod, 1 FCB via Fast Learner feat...and I'm not sure where the 7th that HeroLab says she should have is coming from?)
+1 patron spell (Darkness)
She's also now the highest level character I'm playing in a PbP. I'm...so...proud...*sniffle*
(I'll update Indigo's profile shortly as well).

Azmerai |

9 HP
+1Str
+1BAB
+1Fort
4Skillpoins: Perc, Surv, Craft leatherworking
Rage Power: Difficult but I thought that I might go for a totem. Celestial. But I would like to know if that works. I would like to strenghten the believer path he is choosing.

GM Fiendish |

Valex: No problem with the feat/talent choice, very fitting as a 'last resort'!
Lenneth: We're by no means on a 'quick' xp track, so you guys are doing something right ;p
Polo: I don't envy you, I often get stuck trying to pick between options, I Call it 'leveling hell' >.<
Azmerai: Fluff triumphs over crunch, and if you find when testing it out that it is wonky and not working at all as intended, then we can handwave some re-training.
I'm no draconian overlord of a GM, if you guys find something just not working with your feat/class ability selection etc then we can always work something out :)
