One thing to make it easier to discern between action, thoughts and talking is to make clear formatting. I really like it this way:
The shadow is walking from one end of the room to the other while he describes his weird theories about text formatting. "Actions should be written normal, to keep things clean. Thoughts or things long past (called memories) should be italic and out-load-talking should be bold, such that it is clear that you really want to annoy that big Oger over there, and not just whisper a joke over to your comrade..."
With a weary gaze, the Shadow thinks Hopefully this that example helped those low-light Orcs to understand what I meant..

Spoiler formatted like this:
Some helpful or interesting information you know if you pass a Skill-Check in XY with a DC of Z. Those will often come up as you encounter creepy monsters to identify weaknesses or tactics, or maybe to identify hazards or some local rumour about something etc. depending on the knowledge skill.
Contains information your characters only knows, if you pass a Skill-Check in XY with a DC of Z.
So if you want to know whats inside, take a knowledge roll and if you pass look inside the spoiler (and tell the others if you want to).

Can I switch out toughness(starting feat) for dirty fighting?
played around with my planned feats a bit and as it stands combat manouvers(which brawlers are made for) don't become useful until level 4 at the current build and totaly effective until much later and toughness while it sounded fun at first is 1hp/lvl which just does not compare to the combat versatility offered by combat manouvers
