Note that Thak is Lawful Neutral, not Lawful Evil; probably Lawful Evil by your terms if evil means 'cares more about himself' rather than 'enjoys orphan sandwiches'.

It really depends on how far the character will go to help himself.

Most of the background is based on the world of Eberron. I don't know much about the world we're playing in other than we're in a major city called Aeon so feel free to tell me to change the names to those more fitting in the world.

so it looks like I only got one group of submissions for my other game, so I will be able to run a horde side game, but I would want to start maybe a couple of weeks or so from here (which shouldn't be a problem). would you start up a recruitment thread Orelius? that way, you can be in charge of all of the threads for the campaign. Otherwise, we can just do this one to recruit horde characters and that way you can see your opponents within the horde.
I did post a character with the name, Devian. She is a telepath/telekinetic who went to the school that was described.

I am interested. I am thinking of a Goliath psychic warrior. I have a feral path premis worked up but I wasn't sure if it would fit. I wasn't clear if we would be facing urban challenges or exploring beyond the walls to deal with the horde. I am willing to put something new together if that is what is needed.
Full disclosure I haven't played PBP game before but am interested in giving it a whirl. Guidance on protocol etc. will be appreciated if there is room for me.

I think i'm going to back out on this one, I've been working at it but I can't seem to come to terms with a character I'm satisfied with.

Thinking human wilder(healing bond), makes a living working as sort of a sellsword/bodyguard and all around 'fixer' (think hard boiled P.I. type). Chaotic Neutral type, if you're gold is good and the job is not horrible she's probably up for it.
Bastard daughter of one of the higher ups in a Noble house, someone married I think. Knows her her father is and he knows about her, pays her an allowance out of a sense of obligation and to keep the whole thing quiet. House Maoril would probably be a good choice, because then she'd have sort of an in with taverns and such (where most of her work is/clients find her). And with the recent rumors about the head of Maoril's wife he might be extra touchy about a marriage related fiasco (So if she starts making waves they might try to disappear her or something)
Couple questions though:
Character Name:Any sort of specific theme I should eye here besides fantasy? Like, in your mind is Aeon more of a European city? Asian?
The wall and outside:From what I'm getting Aeon is the sole light of civilization in the world (or close enough anyway), do people go outside? Is it a big hassle to go out there?
