I've sent out several invitations to people I know on here, and as of now have gotten two responses, at least one of whom has expressed clear interest (and are interested in taking the opportunity to play one of the new occult classes).

I suppose I need to get educated on the new classes then. I received a PM, just saw it this morning, and I will figure out some way to get a new character into this party.

Couple of things

My copy of CC3+ went bananas yesterday, and I am getting support from Profantasy on a fix, so the map is not finished

I am trying to bring in a new character (a dwarven Ranger) so Look for that to happen soon

Hello everyone! Gwernach Nicklebeard at your service. Heard through the grapevine that there was an opening here and have popped over to see what I can do. I've skimmed through the thread and have the gist of things but don't want to know too much as that spoils the innocence. Right now I have an idea of Gwernach's personality but its still solidifying and I'd like to see where the RP takes him. Just waiting on Terq for some juice tid bits before jumping in.

Is it just me, or are you a great deal better equipped than the rest of us?

I hadn't compared...yet. When I adjusted Gwernach to come in, although it was not specifically discussed, I selected equipment based on the Table for Average Character Wealth by Level and chose equipment to fit that range. Looking at the rest of the party I see your concern. Let me dump some items and even things up :)

probably a good idea. Most of my campaigns do not follow the prescribed formulas for encounter difficulties, and therefore usually do not follow the same pattern for rewards (I'm just not that into giving out gear, so the next monster can be tougher, so he has a lot of treasure, so the next monster can be...)

Edit- You know, I think Diarmal, though he has probably forgotten about it, is packing around a Magic bow, let me dig through the campaign and find the details

For what it's worth, and I know I've said before how I do not like talking about real life problems of mine in the threads, I am up, and improving (on the sixth round of anti-biotics this summer). With the doctor treating me now saying, "hmmm, maybe it isn't an infection, hey I know let's schedule a cat scan" so, even though I am up, I am not at my best but I am trying to update games.

I'm behind in all my map updates (which are done on another computer). I'm sorry. I don't want to use this forum as a place to talk about myself, so just know that I am okay, little trouble seeing, and with balance, but I am okay, and when I can get to the right computer I will update all my game maps.

I'll try to get a battle map built as soon as possible. Your group is attacking from the east/southeast, there is a large island in the fens where the ruins stand, there are 9 bullywugs, most are armed with spears and clubs, some have nets. They have no armor

I had a CT scan on Monday, the results weren't the best. I am scheduled for a surgery on Oct. 27 to remove something from my head that cannot be treated with drugs, but it is not in my brain, and is not supposed to be any kind of cancer, just something that needs to be taken out. There is, as always, a tiny, tiny chance of complications including vision problems - BUT I intend to keep doing this until I am forced to stop.

How about you really try and get yourself better

believe me, Xor I am trying, and a funny thing is that there really isn't much for me to do until the surgery, so I'm trying to not think about it. Keeping up on the games is both good, it gets my mind off it, and bad, because my left eye will suddenly get out of focus and then I have to wait a few moments for it to right itself.

The pain is so low grade, not bad at all, I mean tooth pain is a lot worse, but it is annoying.

I am building a battle map today.

I've added two links at the top of the page. One is to a map that shows a large area, so the detail is hard to see. The Bullywugs are numbered 1 thru 9 and there is a fire where Nigel is suspended. The fire is not large enough, yet, to hurt Nigel.

The other map shows Gwernach and Sasithorn, about 40 feet from the bullywugs. I'll do a round one game post tomorrow, with everyone's initiative in order.

Also, I've started using numbers by the monsters instead of colored rings around the token, to try and make things more clear. When I referred to the red and orange bullywugs they would be number 1 and number 2

Maps should be updated, new game post coming tomorrow

I am feeling well enough to start getting back to updating games. It will be slow at first, maybe two or three games today, and then the rest will follow through the weekend.

I’ll start each game post with a review, to try and bring everyone back to where we were when we left off, and a prompt to getting us moving again.

I imagine it will take some time for everyone to realize the games are going to get moving again.

The Bullywugs are advancing, and separating into two groups, but not charging straight at you. None of them get close enough to launch an attack in the round
