Climb 2: 1d20 ⇒ 14 Plus whatever bonus the rope gives should be a success.
Harika had watched in amusement as the others clambered up the rocks with difficulty, finally sighing and shaking her head when it comes to her turn. She traverses the scramble of fallen stones with uncanny ease, only grabbing the rope at the very last minute to pull herself through the gap.
She smiles at Bug and Ynthar as she squeezes past the men assisting the others climb up. "Thank you for your help, boys."

Taking 10. As bug and Co. helps the others get up and in the crack, Valoren will take a look about to see if he sees an easy way down besides jumping. Also keeping an eye out for anything suspicious or any antique traps in operation. perception: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (19) + 17 = 36 well, we're in. So now what. Anyone got any ideas for finding this thing?

You all manage to climb up to the room on the second floor which holds special room. You can see sealed graves all around with magical wards on them that seem still active. You see a door leading to a large open room. Around the room is a path that goes to multiple smaller chambers and you see a large hourglass in the centre that was broken by falling debris. More rooms are on the floor below.

Seeing the last of the group Kardav bites his lips in worry. "Hold up, I'm not the best climber." He says, looking up at the house before shaking his head. Didn't want to try this but like hell I'm asking for help infront of every one. Got myself a rep to maintain. He thinks before tapping into his blessings.

Harika looks around critically at the graves and the broken hourglass. "Interesting."
Detect Magic to see if there are any active magical auras, please, and Kn: Religion to see if there's any significance to an hourglass in the middle of a cemetery.

Ynthar is going to look over the men and women in stasis, looking for distinguishing marks on them.

"I wonder if the artifact is holding them in stasis somehow? If it breaks perhaps they'd be free to help us on our quest?" Kardav muses. "Then again perhaps the artifact is keeping the graveyard outside quite, if it loses power it's likely the dead will rise again."
The dhamphir shrugs as he follows the eye. "Either way let's do what we came here to do."

As you climb down the stairs a number of transparent arms come out the walls reaching for you at random. Incorporeal undead are in the walls striking out blindly. They get a 50% miss chance but you can hit them with melee attacks or mosts spells without readying an action to strike when they do.
Touch attack vs Bug/ con drain if hit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 161d6 ⇒ 3
50% miss chance, high hits low misses: 1d100 ⇒ 91
Touch attack vs Ythar/ con drain if hit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 241d6 ⇒ 6

He slides closer to the necromancer and waits for an attack. Use of fervor to give his main hand starknife the ghost touch quality, hold action to attack anything that attacks him or an adjacent ally. Rounds of Sacred weapon 10/10
