I think I got everyone already I just need to move forward. (fell asleep at computer last night)
correction .. i don't think I have Letha, but I may and just missed it so I'll look again to be sure.

Ok cool, thanks Letha, can you jot it in your character sheet / profile.
I assumed you would not be any heavier than the others and you already made it across the glass floor without a single crack.

you did ID it correctly, but....
1) the disable failed by 6 so that sets off the trap.
2) Its a DC 16 spellcraft to identify it going off to counter.
3) the trap engulfs the hallway all the way down to the turn.
the reflex save was DC 11
the trap is DC 26 to find and disable
under disable device if you fail by 5 or more you accidentilly set the trap off.
(standard CR 2 burning hands trap directly from the book)
I can retcon some to allow anyone not involved at all to be far enough back to avoid the area.
also the trap is 100 xp each. after this next room you will all be level 2. (see xp tracker in the campaign tab)

to be honest its really a game mechanics thing.
and no I did not accout for your resistance I did not see it on your sheet. so yes you would recieve 4 less damage.
as far as identifying it. I believe it was tat doing the counterspell, so he would have to make the roll (which I rolled for him to keep the game moving.)
and while you did know what the spell was, since it was not being cast by a spell caster but insted via an rune the new roll is to identify when the rune is about to discharge.

Yeah, not really sure how that happened since the spellcraft check is specifically to identify it, so you know what to cast to counter it, which we already did. But whatever. Tatsuo is now staggered and not going to be going first anymore.

Not to worry
The is nothing that will attack you in the next room.
It is a place to rest and level up
Its another 100 xp for the glass floir obsticle that is level 2
So see whats there and rest. And go ahead and level up

roll here or take half HD +1 (which ever is better)
so you can roll here first to see if it is low then you can take half HD +1

I might be a bit sporadic to post this upcoming week as I'm on vacation. Bot me as necessary. I should have an updated character sheet soon. And my entire offensive strategy currently centers around blasting things with the electric version of burning hands.

posting this in all 28 of my games (although some of them are dead, i am pretty sure... and others are quite slow so my absence will not be missed overmuch):
There are two hurricanes heading for Hawaii, where I live. One is supposed to land on Friday after being downgraded to a tropical depression, the other is supposed to land Sunday with experts unsure as to how much it'll be downgraded after colliding with the mountains.
I'm sure everything will be fine, so no need to worry. People are freaking out for some reason, but I remain in a state of relative readiness.
I anticipate a loss of internet, at a minimum (they can barely keep it together under optimal conditions). Likely loss of power as well. A time without electricity could last anywhere from four days to four months (with some time around one to two weeks being more realistic).
I'll be on between now and then, but if i just disappear, check the news, hahaha.

I'm unfortunately very busy, and will be so until after Monday. I still haven't leveled up yet fully, but don't wait for me.
If anybody has any suggestions, they are welcome. Heal, Perception, Stealth and Disable Device are leveled, I believe.

Technicaly yes but i like earth magic to be earthy, like earth bending.
I dont have a problem re flavor how you describe your spells to match your theme just keep the mechanics
Acid splash could be described a a ball of rock or earth shaped like a fist flying at the enemy maybe does blunt damage instead of acid. But everything else is the same

I have more skill points than I can spend and no idea what to spend some of them them on. At least the ninja ones. I'll just leave it like this until next level, if that's legal. (I spend a few on vital things like Perception, though.)
Any suggestions would be welcome, though.
Would posting new prepared spells be appreciated ? (e.g. should it become a regular thing ?)

for posting prepared spells all I ask is that you keep your profile updated with your prepared spells.
a great help would also be you keeping track of what you cast (its the honesty policy)
so that means you violate the honesty policy then I move closer to being a hard-assed DM.
