Civilisation may have its downsides, but it also provides benefits such as the technology of walls and weapons to keep a community safe. I don't want to get in to a debate about ethics, I'm more saying 'please keep safe', and if there's ever anything you need help with, do remember your neighbours would be happy to help you

"I'm sorry," says Robert. "He doesn't get on well with some people, larger groups. But he's a skilled healer and cares deeply for those who need help." Robert straightens a few things on the table. "Come, let's get that wyrm seen to. The poor creature will need aid."

With that he goes about the business of having the wyrm's wounds tended to. You are all offered food and rest for the night. The people of Tatzlford have little, but they do not lack manners. Occasionally someone will approach you asking for some gossip or news out of Brevoy.

This area has previously been mapped. As a river runs through the hex it is just as likely as anywhere else to host a shambling mound.

You head south for 4 days, travelling through woods and along river banks. Through your journey you find no sign of shambling mounds.

As you arrive on the shore of the Candlemere, where the lizardfolk village sits in the mouth of of the Murque river a lizardfolk spots you and you are greeted with a pleasant wave. Dugout canoes are brought over by swimming lizardfolk who don't seem to speak common but politely motion for you to get in the canoes, gesturing towards the islands where the village sits.

This is where that lost boy ended up Natalya. Jenya explains to the Warden The village was taken over by some sort of human sacrificing warlord that was worshipping some weird ball of lightning thing. We put them all down and the elder of the village reclaimed control.

The lizardfolk pull your canoes across the river to the village. On the shore you are greeted by Haslet, the lizardfolk shaman.

"Greetingsss, pinksskinss. We are glad to have you return. How may we aid you?" he says.

I haven't had any experience with lizardfolk before, I'm glad to see how friendly they are, good result

When the group get to the shaman, Natalya provides more information

First and foremost it is good to get out and about amongst those Emermark calls friends and allies

she speaks with respect to the shaman

We are also patrolling the area for monsters to keep the populace safe. Have you seen any shambling mounds or other beasts that might be troubling your tribe?
