Some quick rules:
* Rule of two. As soon as two players agree on something, that's the party choice.
* At least one post every 24 hours. If you haven't posted anything in the last 24 hours, I will either ghost your characters action or skip it. Even if I ghost your action, please give some in character comment as a sign of life. In a ghosted actions I will usually don't use very limited abilities (AKA, I will not use your smite evil on the first enemy you encounter, but I might use a wandcharge to heal a partymember))

tl;dr I am an Actor player-type, so if during combat there is something I can do to help you guys, tell me here or there and I will, elsewise I'm pretty much on autopilot until we get back to investigating and interacting.
I want to apologize if I get frustrated or curt with combat, or if anyone felt like I drug out that scene with the goblins too long. I'm "The Actor" by Robin Laws' standard of categorization, so I could honestly care less about the details of combat, as long as no one dies but the enemies, and I get the chance to stay true to my character. I enjoy myself between the fights investigating and getting into the details of a scene, interacting with PCs and NPCs to create and enrich personas. I do know Pathfinders' rules well enough, participated in many games in person and online, and have the resources to look up anything I have a question about, but the truth is I'm very likely to stand in the back shooting my wand and having my tiger attack until we can get back to the investigation and the story portions. I am realizing this is a bit more of a dungeon crawl than a "mystery", so if anyone on here has some good advice for what I can do in combat, please share, and I promise to be a bit less "I'm looking for the motivation of the killer by psychoanalyzing his victims" next time :)

Hi Everyone.
I must say it's going way faster than I expected (You've cleared about 2/9th of the dungeon in 5 days!). With this tempo you'll clear the entire dungeon in 3 weeks. I guess this high number of posts is what scared Miguel (Harsk) and Lini (Ixious). I wouldn't mind slowing down a bit, if everyone think it's going too fast.
I'll post regular screenshots of the map so people can even check the current and previous situations on their phones, tablets or whatever else you might use, so they can use dead time somewhere during their day to check up.
If people feel pressured, they can declare a proxy player that can act for them (Timezones are a drag. About 5 posts are made while I'm asleep! This also scares me a bit! ;-) )
After Miguel leaves, Harks will not be replaced. You are a well balanced party and should be able to complete the dungeon with the 4 of you. I hope he will stay for at least one more encounter so I can give him 1xp and 1pp.
Furthermore, I really like Lini's investigative playstyle. There is actually a bit of a story behind every encounter, so this gives a nice break from the (intense) combats.
Cheers!

Thanks, and I was worried I was slowing down the group. I am generally able to post 2-3 times a day, we have been doing a lot closer to 5 posts a day LOL
If I could be brave, and speak for Harsk, I think he would be ok if he was only expected to post 2 or 3 times a day, but it's a tad intimidating to spend our 15 or 30 minute breaks at work trying to read posts, visualize roll20, and compose well-thought out responses. I have coped by telling y'all when my posting will massively slow down for a few hours, giving permission for ghost actions, but Harsk may just feel that if he can not contribute as much as the folks that are posting crazy often (me included). As long as Harsk feels like he isn't hindering the group, and able to contribute with his 1-2 posts a day, I think we can keep him. As for me, can't shake me! I'm here to the end ;)

Also, is it in the mod to say that 2 players get to be in charge of 3 other players?
I tried to explain this before, but maybe you didn't catch up on it. The players playing Seelah, Lem and Kyra all have played the module before. To prevent them making all the right decisions they don't get to vote. As an in-character explanation the Venture-Captain put Lini and Harsk in charge.

Well with Harsk gone that leaves me as the only person who hasn't played this before, and I am a full time employee with a family that is used to play by post meaning 1-2 long posts a day. Is there no way the 4 of us could find a time we all have 2-3 hours to pop onto G+/Roll20 and finish this out? These old bones ain't cut out for what you kids call pbp :p

can the GM stop ghosting us in combat?
i realize he wants the game to go faster. but sometimes we're unable to post, and the days where we post 4 or 5 times more than make up for the days where we can't meet the minimum post requirement.i wouldn't mind if this led to any benefit of the doubt, but we continually are getting herded into horrid choice situations. and Lini has effectively dropped from the game after Harsk left.
I believe i'm about to as well.
I received a mail from Lini(Chris) in which he said his private life has to take priority at this time and that I should ghost her for a while. Hopefully when things cool down he will rejoin us.
I ghosted Kyra as she was more than 24 hours AFK. I chose not to channel cause at that point because Seelah wasn't that heavily hurt and the channels might be needed in more dangerous combats. Curing by spell or wand would require getting free from the goo, and getting rid of it would take 2 or 3 turns.

I hope that we can come to some sort...
Some clarification:
Lini is AFK due to personal circumstances. He mailed me and asked me to ghost Lini to keep things going.
Harsk left the first time because he didn't understand how he could be surprised as the party already searched the room in his opinion, but as his entering the room started the encounter all actions after that became invalid. He left the second time because in his opinion executing prisoners wasn't a bad thing.
I asked a few other GMs (Lau and Alexander) their opinion on the issue and they said that a paladin of Iomedae should have jumped in front of the bolts. Instead you said Shame it had to be this way, which in my opinion is complying.

This thing's almost done one way or the other, let's finish it, either by retreating or kicking Krenar's ass.
I'm not so sure if we can actually beat him. We don't know at how much health he is, but he probably has some tricks up his sleeve, and I'm the only guy who can properly damage him (though Kyra has a decent to-hit). but both our Reflex saves are crap and we'll likely burn to a crisp if one more bomb hits us. Lini and Lem have nothing to do other than wand duty, and all that does is bring them within bombing range as well. (Is Droogami revivable? Last I saw him, he was just unconscious, with a puppet biting into him.).
Do we give up, or give it one more shot? Auke says it's possible, but I'm not really favouring my chances. Vince's fallen off the earth and hardly posts anymore. >_>
