The orc looks at the files and closes the summary marked '6-03'
"Thank you good sir, for escorting some Pathfinders to handle those technic fools. Helps to narrow down my choices."
Since Chaosorbit is recruiting for Technic Siege I'll knock that one off of the list for now. It looks like there is a lot of interest in 5-99, so I'll probably run that, however there is a lot of... special considerations regarding the factions so recruiting will be a bit different.

I am sorry to call this out; I don't want it to go unremarked upon here and so I am posting in the thread rather than through a PM... I am grateful for all the games you run here and respectfully ask, GM to GM, that you take care to ensure everyone feels welcome to participate.
Thank you. I'm glad you did it publicly, and not via PM.
Kudos and thanks to the others who voiced their support of your message. Apologies to all.
(EDITED TO ADD: In addition, it seems I need a personal, public apology to Dien. I greatly appreciate the lengthy, thoughtful response.)
We are still looking for one more seat for "City of Strangers, Part II." (Tier 3-4, CORE). Scalawag won't be making an appearance there.

"Alright, I suppose a good impression on the right people will secure us the resources we need to do the jobs we find."
The half-orc pulls out the folder labeled 'Codename: The Paths We Choose' and a few sheets of paper.
"Any of you who wish to lend their skills, let me know and I'll see which of the faction leaders I should schedule meetings with."
Recruiting for 5-99: The Paths We Choose (Standard). List your preferred character along with their faction, along with the factions of any other characters you'd be willing to play. In the party of 6 I'll need no more than 4 unique factions. Sign ups here. Hoping to start mid next week. I usually do a lottery for signups, and give a free pass to anyone who has recently GM'd, or is currently GMing for me. This might be a bit different due to the faction requirements.

Wait, what's the level range supposed to be for this?

Roger, thank you.

Cool, I signed up. I have about 3 factions available, all 3-4 tier.

Wow...lots of interest in 5-99. Any other GMs seeing this might want to consider starting another table of it for those who don't make it in for this one...
Lotto rolls: 6d10 ⇒ (2, 9, 7, 8, 8, 4) = 38
Rerolling the 2nd 8: 1d10 ⇒ 1
Diri, Pirate Rob, PJP, Aerondor, Zinou and that guy hiding in the closet over there... lets see who you'll be meeting with today... Right this way please.

Is 5-99 generically available? As a special, I thought it was restricted on who could run it.
It's not really a "special." It's more of a special type of scenario than actually a "special." (And doesn't count to the 10 specials needed for 5 stars, btw) It can be run at any time and by anyone.
Edit: More constructively, here's a list of scenarios that are actually restricted and their restrictions

It seems we have our assigned team to delve into the mysterious interior of the Blakros Museum this week.
Nazgûl (ShadowKhan), Finn Olthaleen (RainyDayNinja), Kildrek Autumnwind (RyckyRych) and Ilmakis please report to the discussion thread!

I had two last minute cancellations for:
Playing at Tier 3-4.
Post in the linked thread if you are interested.

A goblin busts into the Lodge, it's feet flapping against the floor as it runs under tables, shimmies around knees, and, more than once, falls face first against the floor. It finally makes its way to the bar, and after several attempts, climbs up and clears its throat. What follows is a terrible, off key, and garbled song.
There be goblins in the swamp,
Lots of feet go stomp stomp stomp!
We be planning real big romp,
so we make lots food chomp chomp chomp!
The goblin then nods with a satisfied grin, and jumps off of the bar, landing face first. Unfazed, it gets up and runs out the door, brushing past a pathfinder just entering. As the goblin runs by, he gives it a somewhat incredulous look, and then shakes his head. He makes his way to the board, where he digs a rather long missive out of his leather traveling coat.
Oy mates! The venture captains need some new recruits for a couple of simple missions. Looks like a simple fetch and carry, and some sort of diplomatic presence. Not the grandest of assignments, but we all start somewhere, eh? Sign up on here and then meet the assigned venture captain at The Laughing Lizard! Oh, and while you're there, try out the new Dwarven Stout I've imported from The Five Kings Mountains!
He then makes his way to the bar, and after rearranging the rapier at his side, sits down and starts scribbling away in a ledger.
Hello everyone! GM Evil is back in the saddle, and ready to get going! I'm running three tables right now: A We Be Goblins! trilogy, so if you're looking to run all three, that's the place to go. I'm also running a table of First Steps part 1, and a table of all six parts of the Silverhex Chronicles. Sign ups are here, and if we fill up by then, we start on Monday.
Jidai Oyuki |
Hmmm...not sure if the Evil sheets are locked for editing, but I can't sign up. Regardless, I'm interested in a First Steps spot with this character please! :)
GM Evil |
They shouldn't be locked, but I got you signed up PatheticWretch! If anyone else has an issue signing up, let me know and see what's going on.

I signed up, but it took some tweaking. The link ends in /htmlview. This opens the signup sheet in 'view-only' mode, it seems. Removing that in the browser title bar fixed it for me.

Which table are you referring to? I'll sign you up. Thanks for figuring out the link issue Amba, it may be because I used an app to access the sign up sheet link from my phone to copy/paste, I'll try and fix it soon.
EDIT: Here is the new and improved sign up link.

Done. Also, I should add, if I need to run more than one table of any of these, I am more than willing to do so.

Jal Vaduva |
The tavern's door creaks open, and a tall, long-limbed varisian man stands silhouetted against the light from outside. He ambles in, dropping a heavy pack and a caravan's worth of road dust as he signals for an ale.
He gives the room's occupants a guarded look, then shifts his gaze up to the jobs board. "Anyone know of any assignments targeting those *ithe’cac Aspis jokers? I've been on assignment since they hit us, and I'm itching to even the score a bit."
I'd love to get Jal back into the action (Level 6 Slayer), especially in Scenarios where he'l get to tangle with Aspis. Any DMs up for running any such Scenarios/Modules? Any players looking for similar games?
Ansha Saerályien |
A willowy platinum-blond elf dressed in a long-slit skirt and a crop top wanders in behind the Varisian. Staff in hand and a sword at her hip, she hovers near the jobs board as well.
Looking to get this character into a Standard game (level 1). Only played one other PFS scenario, but never with this character.
Thael Silverstep |
A tall wizard with a prematurely graying hair enters the lodge.
"Ansha Saeralyien? We were looking for you for your Confirmation!"
Ansha, please check in HERE.
Dora D Asplora |
A female Halfling ties off the reins of her large wolf outside and strolls into the lodge, whistling a soft tune.
She stops her song, and scans those gathered for seasoned Pathfinders available for a critical mission. She calls out in a commanding yet melodious voice:
"I am here seeking a team of seasoned veterans travel to Sothis, where they will receive further instructions from the esteemed Venture-Captain Norden Balentiir on a perilous mission of utmost importance."
She posts a sign-up roster on the usual wall and gives a wink to Trotter Flaxseed if he is visible.

"...so these Shadow Lodge people eh? Let me tell you about what happened back in the day..."
Seeking expressions of interest for a couple of GM's who may be interested in participating in a multi-table special kicking off in June. Initial planning is around Year of the Shadow Lodge. More to follow.
I'm Hiding In Your Closet |
I'm not sure I've ever heard of this - but I'd certainly be interested in playing. I've even got my former Shadow Lodge character available, if the tier is right.
Sees-Far-Ahead |
I could see myself as a player in the future. I've GMed it Face-to-Face. Its a fun scenario.
GM Aerondor |
I'd be game to join as a GM if there is no GM star requirements. Otherwise I'd be happy to play.

If you're on Android you can download Google Slides and Google Sheets.
Slides let you edit the tactical map and Slides let you edit the sign up sheets. Works a charm, I do it all off my phone now

A little brighly coloured gnome rushes into the lodge.
"qstor, ShadowKhan, Michael Eshleman, caps, Mudk and RainyDayNinjab" she calls out, proding the drinkers as she goes past them.
" Anyway, you are all needed at the Blackros Museum. Now!"
Core 00-05 Mists of Mwangi. Aiming for low tier, although it looks like one of you is wanting to bring in a level 4. If you are okay with out of tier gold, go for it, otherwise feel free to bring in a lower level character
Please remember, this is a CORE table. Double check your character is a CORE campaign character not standard.
