I'd check the email that you were sent, and in particular the game number that was reported, and then drop a note of Tyranius to see if he can sort it out for you - or at least let you know where in the queue you are.

I was the GM for 2 games. I ran them by PbP, recruited through the recruitment thread. I reported the games through the link (onlinesupportprogram) and got an E-mail that they received the report.
I reported a game on Jan 6, and another one about the 13th.
If you go to Discord on the Org Play Online server there is an OSP channel where if you post your information it can be looked into further.

I reported mine in December and still don't see them, so I should probably poke at them.
I believe everything that currently is reportable for the OSP has been reported, games are usually reported en mass on a weekly basis since the site can be very flaky and doing it in one sitting is a lot more user friendly than a handful at a time every day, it also gives GMs time to notice any errors on the info they submitted and respond to the confirmation email with the corrections, since it's far easier to enter the right information the first time than go back and edit things.
Also note that some scenarios simply aren't reportable on Paizo currently, if that's the case we keep checking with the weekly reports until we can but it's not something we can do much about other than letting Paizo know (SFS 2-13 and 2-14 are recent examples).
Hope that helps!

Dear all, I just wanted to say hello and thank everyone who supported me when I had to take a leave from RPG in August. My personal situation is resolved and I am back but will take it slow.
Thanks again.

Welcome back! I'm glad to hear things have gotten better!

Question: I recently helped a table finish a game after their original GM had to pull out for personal reasons. The game in question was part of Gameday VIII, and had thus already been reported last year. Who would be the best person(s) to contact regarding an update to the previously-reported information?

The OSP appears to be down.
On that note, I have a correction to make regarding a game I reported via the OSP. Do I contact someone here about that or wait till the website is back up and contact someone there? FYI, it isn't a major reporting issue that requires immediate attention at least.

Hello Awesome Flaxseed GMs!
If you have a level 5 or 6 PC playing down in a tier 3-7, are they entitled to the high tier Chronicle equipment list?
No.
Step 7: Mark any special boons the players did or did not earn (U) and cross out any treasure items the party didn't find in the adventure (V); additionally, if you're running the lower subtier, always cross out all of the items listed for the higher subtier. Return the Chronicle sheet to the player.
What about the GM's PC?
It depends on the level of the GM character.
The subtier for which a GM's character receives credit depends on the character's level. If a GM with a 1st-level rogue runs a Tier 1–5 scenario using Subtier 1–2, she takes a Subtier 1–2 Chronicle sheet for her 1st-level rogue. If she instead runs a Tier 1–5 scenario using Subtier 4–5, she still takes a Subtier 1–2 Chronicle sheet, as her PC clearly falls within the lower subtier.
A GM who receives a Chronicle sheet that indicates her character is between subtiers must always receive the Out-of-Subtier gold value and access to items and boons for the subtier at which the adventure was played.

The OSP website is currently being updated, i'll yell here to let everyone know as soon as it's back. Generally the easiest way to report any errors is to reply to the confirmation email you get when reporting a game on the site, that way all the info is in one place!

I recently played in a pbp where a GM covered yet-to-be-used slides with an envelope sealed with the glyph of the open road.
I wanted to borrow the idea but can't remember which GM it was.
Does anyone know where I can find that image?
I this what you are looking for? If so, feel free to copy to your own files.
They were a gift from a first time PbP GM that I "mentored" with the implication that they were fine with them spreading through the community.

One week is plenty if they have giving zero notice. What scenario and how far in are you guys?

Hi, everyone. Since one of my current games is winding down, I plan to offer a GM school session starting soon. GM school is intended for people who are new to GMing, new to GMing in Play by Post, or have a little bit of GM experience but still want to learn the basics. All students in this session of GM school will participate in a classroom, and also be placed at a table with a mentor. That table will play together through a scenario, with everyone acting as GM part of the time. I will be leading the classroom discussion. Your mentor will be an experienced GM. If you are interested in participating as a student, please fill out this google form.

It won't be a week until tomorrow; our GM has been absent from this game (and, based on their profile, all of their games) since a post last Thursday. It's Part 2 of Mysteries under Moonlight, and we just concluded the first combat.
Will send the GM a message. If I don't hear anything in a day or so I will work on getting you a backup.

I PM'd the GM yesterday; I've had no response. Consider this, then, the formal request for a replacement GM, as it has now been a week with no announcement and no activity. Thanks for your help!

***Announcement***
I have two major announcements: First, Outpost III has officially been announced. Please check out the link below!
Outpost III: Putting on the Ritz!
Secondly you may ask yourselves how can I play in some of those PFS 1E games if I have already done so. Well more good news has arrived!
This comes right from the top
Pathfinder Society 1st Edition GM Replays from the website are usuable! Please do the following:
For P1, because paper trumped online, just tell the GM and have them write replay at the top. It will come up with the error message on the site, but you can ignore that because the chronicle is the primary resource.

Hello GM Tyranius, Thank you very much for all the effort you put into this game and I also want to thank all who support this lodge!
:-DI have a question on the announcement with respect to the replays: does this mean that although I do not have any replays online or in paper, I am still allowed to replay games that I have played?

I'm afraid not. The announcement from Tonya, which was communicated via Discord, does not open up unlimited replays for PF1. What it does is finally allow those who earned replays - which were calculated based on games played, if I remember correctly, and tracked via the Paizo website - to make use of them without having to wait for the website to be set up to track their usage electronically.
If you want to see if you have any replays earned in this manner, do the following:
(1) Go to Organized Play at the top of the page
(2) Select 'My Organized Play'
(3) Click the 'GM/Event Coordinator' tab
This will show how many tables of GM credit you have for any of the three game systems, how many Playtest Points you have (if any), and how many replays you have (if any). The cutoff date for the replay tracking was June/July of 2019 so what replays you might have earned up to that point are all there is, outside of the other avenues such as GM star replays.
If you *do* have any replays earned through session tracking and want to use them, you follow the instructions given in Tyranius' post - let your GM know that you want to use one so they can mark it on your chronicle sheet. Just be sure to keep track of how many you started with and how many you've used.
Does this make sense?
