As you approach the door. Your hear a almost buzzing noise. If you look for the noise, you find its the key. Its vibrating with magical energy. It becomes louder as you get closer to the door

Ok. To clarify. Only key you have is the one you managed to safely extract from the crazy's head. Thats the one thats buzzing. If I have confused you. Apologies. And yes. The too quiet door has but one key hole. And yes. That key fits into said key hole.

Yes. The perc. The key is trapped. But it be magical trap. Hence you need trapfinding skill to disable the trap.
The knowledge checks are to determine what kind of magical trap it is

Not to bog things down or cause trouble...But 'trap finding' does not exist as a skill that i can find separately in Pathfinder. Isn't that a 3.5 sort of thing? Sorry for being confusing...but...I'm confused...
Rogue lvl1 ability. You need it to disable magical traps

Thats fine but what happens with the door
my bad. Had to drive. Home now. Completely forgot.
The door swings open, as the key seems to melt into a puddle of hot metal. On the other side of the door, you are greeted with a long, dark stair case. Going down.
No lighting what so ever.
The silence seem to fill the whole place now.

Suny quickly kneels down and at least makes sure the melted key isn't going to set fire to anything. Thence, once satisfied they are not all going to die in some horrible, melted key conflagration, she simply leans forwards and presses am ear to the ground,

so whats down the stairs, 60' darkvision if they are more than 60 to the bottom Marcus will move back and let everone know.
Its very deep. 60ft wont cut it. Id say 800ft down

in your current location its just the rooms. And the long stair case down. No doors in the staircase you can see.
