Dom makes a slight from frown before replying. "I think I must agree with Kai on this. Your music is great. It rivals my own and you know how I feel about my ability with music. I just don't think this is something that just music can deal with. So beyond just reassuring her that we are here for her I don't really know what to do."

They fly for what seems a very long way until they finally reach a landing platform which is bustling with activity. Flame colored birds with long feathers that sort of resembled peacocks (phoenix) were being herded into a large crate. There was a sort of organized chaos as people were being sorted into several different queues to be loaded onto shuttles. There seemed to be constant activity as shuttles were taking off and landing. The lines were full of many different types of people, from those who looked to be wearing common clothes and clutching small bundles full of a few possessions, to those dressed ostentatiously and attended by servants. A young girl with pale blonde hair in a white dress stood out especially for the insane number of guards surrounding her, all the while she looked like she'd rather be anywhere else.
Sorchan and Pyra took the children to a quieter area in a building nearby.
"I'm not sure whether to hug you all or yell at you to never scare me like that again," Pyra said, looking at the three of them. "What happened? Where did the three of you go?"
Raelle sat in the empty room. Apparently today's detention was the room with no sensory input where you just sort of floated around in isolation until a teacher let you out. She'd just have to be patient. Which was difficult when she was still so angry about what that girl with the overdone makeup had been saying about her friend. Truth be told she wasn't the slightest bit sorry for slapping her. Although in hindsight she should probably have challenged her to a duel instead. Then she'd have gotten to hit her more than once and wouldn't have gotten detention for it.

Or was it the fire bowl anyway Lang did some avatar stuff and we ended up on a whole bother planet, and that was cool, but then when Lang went all meditatey some guys showed up, and ignanc went fwoosh" he makes arm motions, would have more energy but you can tell he's tired, "fire anyway two of the guys grabbed her, and I got so mad!..... I.. I don't remember much after that just I I wanted to hurt them...make sure they never touched Ignance again... "He zones out slightly

The corpse moves it's lips, and little else, saying, "I .. felt, more alive just before the pain and darkness, than ever in my entire life. As if, all sensations before were paltry in comparison. So .. alive."

When she draws her hands away Sun can see Lang, Grim, and Ignace talking to Ignace's parents in a building of some sort. "They're on the firebird sun exactly where they're supposed to be. Perhaps when they found the temple they were looking for it was warded in some way that would prevent scrying while they were inside?"
