Aananda dived into the rock, changing into dragon form as she did and gliding swiftly through the earth for a long ways before using the speed she\d built up to launch herself into the air and fly away as fast as she could.
"Did the space rock thing burn up? So it's gone now right?" He asks no one inparticular.
Through the near-maddening pain, Fei sees his instructor dive back into the rock. Mustering what little control he has left, he tries to give her the best chance she can to get away by teleporting one more time...

Dom nods. If the object was still falling then he should help. Dom starts bending a large amount of water from the lake. He then makes his way to the back of the dragon.

"I'm going to hit the object with a pair of pressurized water blasts to slow it down....help however you can" sheess tells them
I can create an air vortex to contain the water on the object. Dom I think you Ice ability will help cool the object we need to prevent fires when it lands. Morrivan you can mix a water mist with my air vortex to cool the surrounding air.
Lang trying to keep everyone useful. almost taking charge but wanting to hear other's input.
There is the sound of an explosion in the distance.
Aananda is teleported to the infirmary, slightly singed and with some minor wounds. She can't talk now though because she's curled up on the floor as her body tries to throw up again even though there was nothing left in her stomach.
The healers were going through exercises with Vai to ensure everything was functioning properly in newly restored hand when the boom occured, and Vai instantly looked around. And then her Mom appeared in the receiving area, where she had landed not a few minutes earlier. "Mom?" she says incredulously as her mind works furiously to process what exactly might have occured." "Mom!!" she breaks away from the healers and their ministrations and runs to her adoptive mother, a little panicky. "Mom!! What happened?! Where's Fei?!"
Picking up various passengers, Sheessuroussen hurries through the air with students on his back, a massive amount of water being water bended along behind Dom.
While they are up and moving, Sheessuroussen can spot what appears to be an object, fluttering away, yet still at massive speeds, falling towards the earth, when off in some direction, the earth explodes in a cascade of earthly bits and pieces!
Perhaps a secondary meteoroid struck? perhaps a shower is in effect!
Given the speed of the thing falling, and Melody's calculations, they will have to act immediately upon getting in range, unless they deviate to the newest explosion off to their side, not in the path of the flaring object.
The sky would show nothing else 'burning up' on entry-- and again, not everyone's a scientist with knowledge of star falls. Or are they?
Tybalt's ears flick up as the sound of an explosion rings through the school. "J something just happened. I have to check it out. Someone might be hurt." He drops the cloth he was holding and blinks until he gets to the source of the explosion. (2 miles in 52 seconds)
A few seconds after the sound of the explosion and Aananda's appearance in the Infirmary, the whole school rumbles briefly. Windows shudder, small items hop off desks, but nothing else bad happens. A similar event occurs in Kuros as well (though not as strong).
Aananda's data feed from the nanosuit is currently offline.
Her body was wracked with convulsions and it was all she could do to stay conscious.

Dave hears the explosion as he meanders to his next class "what the heck, I'm going to go check out what the heck that was"
roel hears and pinpoints the explosion, squeezes through a crack in the wall without issue, and teleports twice to get near fei. Seeing Tybalt and Dave, and the explosion, he was rather concerned. "I can take almost anything guys, might want to stay back..."
"Mom!!" Vai looks unsteadily at her mother, wracking with convulsions on the floor... unsure what to do, how to help. The healers are moving in now to assist her... Vai takes a few stumbling steps back, frightened at the sight of her strong Mother in such a vulnerable state... Fei. She had to get to him. Had to help. Had to do something to help someone, even if she couldn't help her Mom
Vai teleports above the school, assuming her dragon shape, getting a commanding view of the countryside... Kuros in one direction... and a massive crater in the other. A crater that wasn't there two nights ago when she and Fei went flying. She also spots some sort of flying thing with her Draconic perception... but all her thoughts are with her Fei. She teleports as close to the epicenter of the crater as she can, about 20 feet off the ground, and looks around for her Fei. "Fei!" her panic stricken draconic voice rings out in the settling dust.
Grim hears the explosion and and goes to the window "woah!!"
As Tybalt arrives at the scene a stout breeze kicks up and blows away the remaining dust anddebris in the air. "Is anyone here? Anyone hurt?"
Dave begins to fly to the source of the sound when he sees a pair of dragons in the air each flying intently in two different directions he concideres which one to follow he flips a cord in his head and decides to follow the bigger one that on first glance appeared to be a linnorm but at a second glance is one of the Asian breeds, and after investigating that one, go to the explosion where the smaller one appears to be heading, he hastens himself and calls Skeets, without waiting for him to arrive he takes off full speed after the dragon with people on its back he calls out to them with his mind :: hello up there, where are you going with such urgency::
Tybalt looks to the open door and it swings shut. "So how do you propose that I make this? Out of what? That kinda stuff." He sits on the table and looks Johnny up and down.
johnny puts s/he hand on some light blue fabric, a small part of s/he seems to shift to it and then the fabric changes to silver blue.

The blast hits, close to it a silver orb waits, the shockwaves and fare ball roll past, earth and rock bounce off it. then as the blast waves passes the silver shield drops to revels an massive war robot from the time of the Dragon wars, armed to the teeth with a number of gun platforms close to her. She had teliported in just before the blast and shield up it hit the location.

from my calculation that secondary impact isn't out immediate concern this object will be more dangerous.
as they get closer Melody uses her sonic device at its max range to try and get a preliminary scan for dangerous materials.
Ehos is about halfway to Kuros when an explosion resounds from the other side of the school... his hand momentarily goes to the bracelet at his hand... almost thinking for a moment that he may have caused it.
He simply shrugs and continues on to Kuros. Whatever disaster was occuring at the school would be taken care of by the wards, most likely.
He strides into town, glancing about for a clothing store first of all. If Jaiye hated shopping for clothes, maybe he could alleviate that burden somewhat.
unless there are objections I think we can go with Lang's and Sheess' plans to slow the falling object.
according to melody this object may cause the most prblems on impact.
Dom glances toward the explosion from the dragons back. "What is going on? First the sky rock starts falling then a random explosion." Dom still controlling the large amount of water. "Till some of this water is used up I'll just be able to hold it. So you two are up first. I'll see what I can do once I'm able to."
Once in range Lang summons forth an air vortex toward the falling object directing Sheess the dragon to use his water jet in the center. lang will use his air vortex to concentrate the water pressure against the object to slow it down.
Don't cross the vortex barrier, It will slice you up lang tries to warn everyone
Once on range he will fire his breath weapon and use hydraulic push with his uber push back and prepare to catch it
Dom! use your ice to cool the object we don't want fires when it does touch down

The rather fast flying Sheess, eventually, even with haste, slows as the 'object' comes closer into view.
Melody's sonic screwdriver starts her scanning for dangerous materials and gets the following results:
Scan complete. No dangerous materials. Human, male, indeterminate age, visually placed at mid-teens, naked.
Needless to say, powers and abilities lash out! Blasting water is focused by wind and these things all slam into what they see as some humanoid figure, devoid of clothing, slammed into another direction, snapping limbs and the like, some blood spraying out from ripped skin, flung now in another chaotic direction, mostly 'up', though, given the angle of water burst and such.
Oh, and screams of pain when that all happens.
You can see some naked, beaten and battered flailing humanoid, knocked back upwards, as the 120 mph descent is met by water jets and the like.
It looked pretty painful, and sounded it too! But, not falling as fast now, so if someone wanted to try and catch him, the plan worked!
While soaring through the air for a moment, due to the radical change of directions, the youth seems either unconscious or dead, and then suddenly squirms and flails once more! Then there's the obvious inability to control the fall again, and turning panicked look on his features, considering you folks are still moving in on him.
Tryko'Sam, the falling, naked, person, flails and screams, since that's about all he can do, looking quite bewildered. Any evidence of prior damage and injury from the radical vector change from the student's help, is gone, but he is wet-- and falling.
As soon as Lang can identify a person. Lang stop concentrating on the vortex to hurl a sphere of air to capture the person and hold him in place.
Then vortex will contunue to spin over the next 8 minutes but dying in intensity and no longer capable of inflicting damage.
Dom he may be hurt, you can heal
Dom quickly forms all the water into a long whip of water. He flings it toward the falling man. wraping his waist and halting his fall. That water is gental as it stops his body slowly enveloping his body in an orb of water rather than causing a sudden stop.
"Yah just want to check his body over before I heal what shouldn't be healed."
