One moment Ace is sitting quietly in the library wth Ginni, quietly goin over the notes they compiled, then next he is teleported into the direct center of a massive crater. He looks around, quite confused. He sees Tybalt and Johnny, a large, roiling ooze and a dragon flying overhead.
"Uh. Hi?. Um. Where am I? And how did I get here?"
Jaiye was predictably curled up in her favorite corner of the library reading comic books. She looked up as Ehos showed up and smiled. Then frowned.
"Why do you smell like a perfume factory?"
That stopped Ehos short... he had forgotten how good Jaiye's nose was... he probably has that girl's scent all over him. Jaiye can also probably sense that Ehos is wound up, he's very animated and active. He moves a little closer to her and bends down next to her, holding up the datapad with one hand.
He remembered what Jaiye said about not hiding things from her... so Ehos decides to tell the whole truth. 'It's.... a long story. I went into town to um... I wanted it to be a surprise tonight, but I went to get some nicer clothing for you... the girl at the clothing store kept flirting with me... modeling clothes and' there is a long pause, Ehos looks into Jaiye's eyes, assuming she wasn't too focused on the datapad. 'I... I didn't really stop her.'
'Nothing happened though! Promise! I care about you too much to fool around with someone else. I am really wound up though.'

Johnny just shrug's,
"Not a clue Dom"

The epicenter of the explosion is almost a void. Vai and Ace are at the heart of a large crater, while Roel, Tybalt and Johnny are currently standing atop the eastern rim. Said crater is about a hundred feet deep now, and almost half a mile in diameter.
It appears that the blast went as far up as it did out - bits and pieces of various birds caught in the explosion's outer edge litter the crater rim, as Roel discovers upon his arrival.
The dust that Vai's wings are kicking up is very fine - almost like volcanic dust in consistency, but otherwise not the same. The explosion apparently rendered everything in the 'kill zone' into this powder.
"I am scanning nothing here but energy and gas plus the odd ninite, the school grounds are full of them, hard to tell what was here and what was not, with a wafting Dragon overhead, a blob of living acid glooping around, no offence Roal but you do absorb most stuff you come into contact with, and now your good self popping in by stars know who. I would say not chances for a good forensic analysis being slight, so what ever it was that hit, not much left of it now but vapor and dust"
Johnny says this wile flying over to Ace and Dave way, heading to the center.

"Last time I checked, just looking isn't a crime," she reassured him. She did feel a few pangs of jealousy, but if nothing happened then there was no point being upset with him for not betraying her.
"You know...I don't think that scent suits you at all. You need a shower. Want some help scrubbing your back?" she asks with a wink.
As Tybalt arrives he looks at the scattered animal parts. He gags as he realizes he is floating in the dust of a thousand dead animals. After he gets it under control. "Ok. Burning stuff Roel. Dragon scales that person. Johnny. Eau de over confidence that's Casil. *sniff* why do I smell another person?"
Rosa finds Melody,
"Sorry to intarupt like this Melody, But I need you to come with me please Melody, there as been an event, and your help may be needed, please could you put on this environmental suit, it will keep you safe for a wile."
Rosa holds out the a space suit like outfit.
"If the wanting sound gos off press recall Button and you will be teleported away, when your ready I will teleport is there
When Melody is ready Rosa takes them there
Rosa finds Melody,

"Feiiiiiiii!" Vai roars into the silence, her voice desperate and panicky. "Fei! Where are you?!" She doesn't seem to notice or care about the dangerous dust she's kicking up... could cause problems if it got into lungs.

"There are others here, I have to go inspect the Damage from above, please, feel free to look around, suit has a comes link and existential speakers, let me know if you find any thing"
Rosa takes off into the air, you see a Dragon in the air was well.
"Wait Dragon person stop!" He appears next to her. "Please stop with the wings. You're scattering the dust. And its not just dust. Please come down with me. I don't want to risk losing any of this dust here."
Ace still looks very confused. "Yea, I have no idea how I got here myself."
He turns his gaze skyward and in Draconic says "Um, excuse me miss, but would you mind stopping the windstorm? And perhaps you can tell me what's happened here?"
Melody stands there for a few momments.

she pulls out the sonic and starts a preliminary scan.
ok, that kid didn't cause this impact. Is this that other blast we saw? thought that was just debis from his craft?
Melody works her way into the crater. hoping the suit keeps her protected from the dust cloud being created.
contunally scanning the ground for whatever object impacted.

Tybalt ties a piece of cloth over his face to keep from breathing in any more Fei dust.
Vai looks bewilderedly around, seeing a couple other people in the crater with her, speaking to her... and then she realizes the dust that she had been kicking up was probably not the healthiest thing for anyone present... especially given it's fine nature. She eases the flapping and settles to the ground, resuming half-elf form.
Now that she is humanoid again, she is clearly panicked. Her face is pale, and she's shaking as she looks around the crater. She's edging on tears. "Where is Fei? He should be here. He must have made this crater... Oh gods this is all my fault."
Johnny sees Melody and heads over, buy displacement.
::"Can you hear me I am trying coms, nice suit, wish I had one, stop this dust getting in my eyes"::
::"Ty Melody is here"::
Johnny sands next to her, just off the ground. s/he scan see shes scanning as well.
Melody searching around notices Vai suddenly change from dragon to her form she recognizes.
Vai? what?
Melody goes over to see her.
what are you doing here? well what am I doing here?

'Gods, you are amazing. I love you' Is all he takes the time to display before practically diving in to kiss her, passionate and fierce, all the tension from his afternoon in that kiss.

Rosa comes down and lands
"Vai whats wrong? do you know any thing about this crash?"
Johnny stands next to them waiting to hear whats said.
wait is all of this because of the meteorite, I mean spacecraft or whatever it was, that burned up earlier?
"Thats what we are here to find out Melody"
Is all that rosa says and she waits for Vai to respond
Ace walks over to the Half-Elf. "Hey Vai, know we didn't get off to the right start, but I'm here to help. Don't ask how I got here, cuz I don't know. But anything I can do, let me know."
Roel: Like Tybalt, your heightened senses are picking up a trace sent of something you have smelled before - probably another student. It is very faint, and diffused all around your 90-foot zone of awareness. You also get the faint scent of something similar to the tiny machines you have been told float about in the air of the school. You're not sure what they're doing here, but they're here and probably scattered all about the crater area. Maybe there's a way to gather them together, if they're important enough to warrant it...
Tybalt: You have a sneaking suspicion that the 'other person' you are smelling was probably close to 'ground zero' for this explosion, which is why the faint scent is so widespread. Given that Vai is shouting out the name 'Fei', that's probably the poor sod who somehow got turned into...sod. Or Fertilizer. Or whatever this damnable dust is. ;D
Johnny: The gas levels were just an anomaly, but the energy signature seems to be...resonating is the best term...throughout the whole area. It some kind of vibration - almost like a faint seismic tremor, but in the air as well as in the ground area of the crater. Whether or not it has anything to do with the nanite presence here is unclear at the moment.
Ace: You truly have no idea why you just popped in here. Wherever you are, it looks like there was an explosion - a big one. For some reason, there's something tugging at the far back of your mind. You only feel it when you look at either Vai or Roel...
Rosa: Aerial surveillance does not indicate this was a crash, though it may have been a bomb - the blast radius indicates something that went off at ground level, but did not fall to the ground first.
Melody: Your scans show no signs of any sizable foreign object that would have been the cause of the impact crater. You are picking up traces of nanites both in the air and in the dust that only appear to be in the crater area. There is also some trace organic material that is not from the dead animals, but it's on the cellular level. Whatever it was, it was probably near the epicenter of the blast when it went off.
Vai: As you are looking around, your senses strain to pick out any sign of your meldanya. As your sense of panic grows, you even reach into the higher and lower light frequencies in the vain hope of finding something....then you stop. For just a brief moment, you thought you heard something around you. It was in narrow EM band, almost like a transmission...
Aananda: As the Infirmary staff get your nausea back under control, you get a single *ping* from your headband. It is on the frequency you have reserved for the data feed from Fei's nanosuit. That particular *ping* is usually indicative of a reboot in the event of a hard system crash...
"It... I thought Fei was here! Mom was..." Vai begins to say, still on the verge of tears, the amount of people crowding around her not helping her rapidly fluctuating emotions whatsoever... when suddenly she seems to almost hear something, her pointed ears perking slightly.
"Fei and I had an accident... he last control of his energy..." she was trying to calm down, taking deep breaths between each phrase, but reciting the story seems to be making her even more panicky and nonsensical, forgetting whole sections of the story. She's talking more and more quickly. "And then he teleported after me, and then Mom came back after the boom and she was sick and saidthathewasntokayandIcantfindhimnowmaybeheteleportedagainbutIdontknowwher e!" She bursts into tears, still standing upright, she starts calling his name again, weakly, pleading. "Fei... Fei... I'm sorry. Come back."
dave takes a bite of the crab, not bothering with cracking the shell "so, you thinking about enrolling,"
Tybalt immediately goes into councilor mode when she starts to cry. "Shh. Shh. Its gonna be OK. Dry those eyes. Crying isn't going to help find him. Just calm down and we can all pool what we know. We will find him. I promise." He wishes more than anything to be able to give her a reassuring hug. But no I have to be made of damned ice.
All is said in a caring compassionate tone, but with a slight sense of urgency.
Morrivan seemed more at ease with him when he started treating her like one of the guys. And less when he starts staring again.
"So, the last thing you remember is running away from something? That's pretty crazy....well, you're lucky you landed here then. It's a good place."
"Uh....why do you keep saying servants and master and stuff? Did you mishear before? There's a Headmaster....you know, cause it's a school....actuallly there's two headmasters. One for the regular school and one for the elementary school. But Headmaster Antairus is the main one in charge. And then there are Professors. And some people who work on staff like the cooks, and healers, and Mr. Sheess. But they're way outnumbered by us students," she added with a wink.
Nodding at Sheess's comments about his work, or reason for being here, seemed to make Tryko'Sam a bit less nervous and relaxed now. The food might be helping too.
Then to Morrivan, he adds, "Could of sworn, Mister Sheess here called him Master. That's cool-- less creepy if he's the Headmaster. I've only ever been in public schools, so this is relatively new to me. So he's more like the Principle? Is he appointed, or ..guess there's something to learn there. Heh, so if we had to revolt, Morrivan, they'd be in for a treat, huh?" She gets a grin at her comment about the outnumbering.
Once Skeets is done giving him some clothing and then zipped out of there, "Okay, awesome. What was that? Floating rock with some kind of telekinesis? I should put these on before I get ...naked." He doesn't appear to be too bothered by that possibility.
He nods at Sheess and then stretches a bit saying, "Thanks again, you three. I'm going to go find a restroom quick, put these on. You folks will be here, or ..should I just roam around?"
Lang still practicing with Dom

Lang seems to kind of look up to Dom for advice.
remember that idea you had for my bending forms? I was thinking about what you said. Do you really think I should tell her how I feel? I mean what if she isn't ready for that.
"Shouldn't she have the choice. Of being ready or not. Lang just don't get to down if she says no. She's still young. Boys maybe have cuties still. I'm actually surprise your getting into girls already well girls your own age." He gives Lang a friendly smile.
Ignace returns from the restroom. "Zilla, what is wrong?" she asks, alarmed, when she sees Zilla crying.
"Oh Ignace. I almost killed Vriskra with a stray arrow." Zilla starts weeping again at the thought.
Sitting somewhere in the nearby woods to the Garden, after having talked with Ardiente and Raelle, Anahita was in the midst of her meditating with the elegance and serenity of nature when the sound burst, followed by dust, washed over and then past her.
Seeing the direction the dust had come from, she stood up and took a moment to consider the event that just passed. Clearly, some sort of disturbance, displacing a lot of ground and such, by the sight and smell of things.
She'd seen the dragons in the air, and then zipping off in their various directions, but, while there seemed to be some cause for concern, she was confident that whatever was going on was not her affair, at this point.
Closing her eyes, she took to finding her balance and harmony, it'd been too many days for her, while she instead focused. This would be necessary, after all, if the cause of the blast did in fact, require her attention.
moves the machines into one place (prestidigitation, like cleaning up dust) and says "are machines scattered through the air and on the ground significant? And this dust... From the nutrients i gain from it, it is mostly organic."

Vriskra turns to zilla, having heard what she said. And walks over, but not too close. "that's a bit... Much. Trained archers find it hard to hurt me. You barely left a scratch." she shied back away, not wanting to intrude too much.

Clearly, Tryko'Sam didn't think of that, so .. he stood up, put on the clothing, and smiled while doing so.

Then, once he's dressed in the real clothing, he says, "I'll have to find this fellow you mentioned about getting clothing- or maybe visit a town nearby? You guys have cities here, right? That other girl, the one with the brother-- she mentioned a space port."
Poses for a moment, and somewhat even flexing, perhaps for Morrivan's, and unbeknownst to him, benefit, he then asks, "Do I look good? Is this a school uniform?"
His good nature and carefree attitude doesn't seem to mind, but he's playfully asking. The flexing doesn't last too long, seeing as he's alone with, mostly, other males.
"Awesome. So-- Headmaster now, I suppose? Or I can roam, right?"
Midori couldn't help but smile when Zilla-chan says she almost killed Vriskra. Midori could see a few weak points in Vriskra's skin... but Zilla-chan's arrow wouldn't have ever stood a chance of actually hurting her. She shakes her head at Ignace-chan, trying to indicate that Vriskra-san was never in any real danger.
