Sadie kept a reassuring hand on her little brother's arm. "The assembly was pretty hard on him. He still can't deal with crowds. It's hard enough with individual people. But sometimes he's willing to play within sight of the other children so that's something."
Vai recognizes the characteristic cower... it had been hers not four months ago. It wouldn't do to push it either, so Vai takes a small step back. Trying to push those kind of limits never helped unless you were ready. For now, Vai simply kept a polite distance. "And what about you Sadie? Things have been hard on you too."
Rin turns to Dom. "Ummmm...... Pick a card and don't tell me, memorize it and return it to a random spot within the deck" the sylph offered, grabbing a simple deck of cards and shuffling it before effortlessly spreading it out.
That is perfect" he says taking her hand (arm if she pulls away) and begins to walk away, leaving Rin alone with the minotaur the bard and the noble(ish)
Umbri willingly follows Treisden to the gardens.
"Well Sorry about not greeting you earlier." He reaches out his hand to the noble guy. "It seems she gets quite exited about the trisdan fellow. Must be a bit of a hassle for you Rin. Always getting pulled around. I can tell you two are close."
He takes a card. Jack of hearts. "This maybe interesting."

"I don't know if I should be impressed by that guy's stunt flying or worried about what could be wrong to cause them to fly so low," she said, pointing out the fiery speck.
"want to go check it out? he could be in trouble, and besides I love to fly" he grins, his eyes glowing lightly.
"Uh, thanks, Professor," he said, stunned. No one had ever told him he had potential before. Well, except for the Headmaster when he first arrived. He stumbled out of the SIM, wondering what he should do with this new information.
"Look, I didn't mean anything by what I said, other than the truth. I have hunted down and killed a few of the drakes I told you about. I will be careful with what I say in the future."

Anahita while sitting with Ehos, looks at his paper while he's writing, occasionally glancing up to study his features and 'mask'. She definitely appears curious of the elf near her, though maintains her polite manner in studying and waiting for the written word.
"You are correct, I am from Golarion, a wondrous world filled with marvels and magics- a touch of what some call technology, but, only the fallen star near Riddleport was in any fashion similar to this. I but visited it briefly, looking on, before leaving. They claim it fell from the heavens beyond Golarion." She looks hopeful at the attempted comparison made.
When he points out the irrigation system and explains it's purpose, she considers it and then says, "Perhaps the Mek-an-ics class," she motions back towards the Academy building, vaguely, "will help me learn more of these things. So it is an aqueduct system, then. I see. And these small devices, the machinery, is too small to learn? How interesting."
She may easily notice the staring, and perhaps Ehos' expression, but it might occur to him she is not acting on it in any fashion. Perhaps her curiosity has the better of her, or perhaps, she simply is too polite to test those waters.
With a glance back though, she thinks for a moment and says, "It is a shame you are not able to speak, your self imposed prison of silence, for how long now have you had this.. voice?"

Anahita, at some point during the discussion with Ehos, peers over noticing the flaming object- no, person, apparently flying in over the horizon in the direction of the Academy.
Glancing about swiftly, she notices various other students peering over from their place in the same gardens, noting the young lady with the angel winged man, as well as others approaching to the garden as well.

Kezzin waits until everyone else has left the auditorium; lost in thought, he nearly does not notice them leaving. When he does leave, he makes his way to the registration area and collects a set of the forms to fill out.

It becomes increasingly clear that the firebird is not in any sort of apparent danger. Raelle knows firebird showboating when she sees it. The incoming firebird makes an annoyed noise. "No no no! You're ruining my perfect entrance! Go back!" An annoyed male voice calls out to Raelle and David.

Keeping an eye on the flight of various beings in the distance, Anahita stays seated while near Ehos, considering the oddness that is presented to her in this new world.

The trio make their way to the village and find an inn that sounds loud and try to find the innkeep
Dom takes Rin other arm. "I know where the Inn is my troupe played there while we past through."
Ryckart arrives at the front of the line to see what classes he got placed in.
"Here you are," he said, handing Ryckart the enrollment form. "Just fill out that form while we talk about what sort of classes you want to take. What are your areas of interest?"

Raelle banks and turns away from the new arrival. She was wary of getting too close to other firebirds to begin with. One who liked to show off...there was likely to be trouble.

Cassius returned to the metal shop to continue making tools for gunsmithing.
Gavin, returns to his room to wait for Caedes.
Ryuzo helps get the kids back to the elementary school.
Krays takes his dragon form and takes a nap with his eggs after he's done reading. He'll wake up in time for lunch with Ephebe as usual.
A little annoyed that the two weren't returning to where they were standing, Ardiente decides to go through with his plan anyway. He streaks towards the lake, leaving a trail of fire in his wake. At the last moment, he levels out, skimming along the lake's surface sending steam billowing out behind him. When he reaches the other edge, he pulls up, shooting jets of flame skyward as he slowly lands, shifting into his humanoid form. No older than 16 by human standards, the daredevil is wearing red combat fatigues: a military uniform, and has short-cut red hair. He delivers a theatrical bow which seems to encompass everyone present.
"Have I found Avalon Academy?" he asks in his best stage voice.
