The earth dragon balls only had that restriction because kami felt it more natural for them to be like that

And yet 99% of the population were rezzed more than once because they weren't part of the main cast

And because the namekian DBs don't have the one time restriction

Even with the EARTH dragon balls they were rezzed more than once.

Kami/shenron was/were generous *shrug*

I suppose it was plot convenience so that there was target practice for the villains.

And so the heroes had something to fight for

Let's be perfectly honest, the entire show is a plot convenience.

Lyn, I'm working on a new charecter.

I'm gonna keep it in the works for a while, but I'm going to announce it so you know I'm working on it.

The jist of the charecter's special abilities is the he can create sandstorms, no matter where he is, whenever he gets stressed, and he has several other stone and desert related abilities.

Why is WWE on the Syfy(Sci-Fi) channel?
I mean, I understand the fiction, but outside of physics and a little light biology, what does it have to do with science?

Nothing, its just the channel NBC Universal decided to put Smackdown on.

Although, there are plenty of "scientific" wrestlers, those wrestlers who are based more on technique and skill that say brute strength or reckless, high flying moves.

Pfft. What does syfy channel have to do with science? I mean, they even changed the spelling to justify their new less sciency lineup a few years back. I mean, this is the network that aired Sharknado after all. :P
