Kitty would understand your characters though. She was raised in a shinobi clan, she has strange ideas of what constitutes Bad. :)
And I think she may be asking Michael for some assistance in making Ardiente's life miserable in the near future. ^.^
The reason I asked is because there are some really nice 3rd party feats that have an additional effect of making your caster level, future or current, 0. That removes all possibilty of casting. I thought one of those feats, combined with Archaeologist Bard might be something like what you were looking for.
I hadn't thought of those feats. I forgot all about them.
Anyhow benders from the book I am using along with quite few others on here now. Do not have caster lvls. Instead they use there skill of there bending. Like how they do it since it allows for a lot of customization of what you want to do with the effect instead of I have a spell that all ways has to be this spell. Hindrance caused by this everything it does is physical damage even it it is elemental damage it still goes against DR. It also would be subject to to elemental resistances.

Is that for save DC or a Caster lvl?
If it the save it 1/2 lvl + wis mod + 10= save
Caster lvl would be unneeded since non of the effects are magical in nature. Not to mention the fact a bender can pile extra bending on top of smaller things to make the dc higher for there check. Like doing it. Some much I can do with it. "Octo wave attack!!!" I'll still avoid blood bending.
