I should have discussed it before posting, but I had figured you folks would want to get to the action quicker. If you want, I can retcon, and you can have some more time to build the relationships between your characters. I just figured you'd want to get to the 'action' as it were....

Oh, it's fine. Not everyone is playing as weird a character as mine, lol.

Equipment-wise, it looks like I already thought to buy a climbing kit, grappling hook and a few lengths of rope. I might get some caltrops, a crowbar, a few more vials of antitoxin, a couple of torches and flint and steel, maybe a couple of tanglefoot bags and some more arrows.
Who can't see in the dark? We'll attract less attention if we don't typically carry light sources, but obviously we'll need something if not everyone has darkvision or some equivalent.

Hey, sorry about the silence from me guys. I know a couple of you have written some things to which Atma should and will likely respond. Haven't quite figured out what I think she will do. I think I am still working out some of her personality quirks. I appreciate your patience.

Working out personality quirks. Aren't we all my friend, aren't we all,...
Oh, wait,... You meant working out the Personality quirks of your CHARACTER! ;P Yeah,... that's what I meant too,... :/
Just the aged wizard sitting on the side, he's (mostly) harmless,... ;)

Those were the days. You'd carry 100 things just to be certain you weren't caught short, and the DM - who knew very well what everyone had - would come up with a need for the one thing you didn't.
Chandi notes her need for a length of rope, some pitons, and a hammer, and hands the soldier some gold.

I have never watched that movie,...
That scene(s)? BWAHAHA! :)

No worries monkey-man, been stupid busy myself. :)
Disclaimer- been busy at work, and getting close to production week for Sweeney Todd, (Which I was foolish enough to get into, on top of all my usual technical responsibilities) ;)
SO, if I vanish completely for a day or so, it is that, not lack of interest! :)
Happy almost-end-of-week to all! :)

Hi folks!
I know I've been busy these past few weeks, but I wanted to see if everyone is in a good place. I haven't seen a lot of posting activity since my last post, and I want to get us into the module. If you could, just have your character say something so I know you are still keeping an ear in, and if everyone is ready to set off I will write the intro to the crypt scene. It should be fun!

Still around!

If you saw my juggling skills you would know they are subpar at best, certainly not super human. Now the Flaming Idiots, those guys could juggle!

Surviving this week, getting ready for 'h@ll week' :)
I load in Sweeney on Friday, will be involved in tech (Im in the chorus, AND the TD, AND the LD,...) all weekend, then we have dress rehearsals and shows next week.
Yeah. I'll try to keep up, but if something exciting happens just presume that the first thing Ash does is hide in shadows and saves his own skin! :)

Just so you guys know, my posting is going to be pretty sparse for the foreseeable future.
Suffice to say, things on my end are going... not well. Patrick: would it be alright if you (or someone else) took over Eddin for a little while, just until I get things on more of an even keel IRL?

Just a heads up, I will be away in China for about two weeks from the 1st of April. During that time I’m not sure how much internet access I will have, how much time I will have to get on, and whether I’ll be able to get access to Paizo. Towards the end of the trip I’ll be in Hong Kong which might mean improved access. I’ll try to keep up with my pbp games if I can, but please NPC my character if required to keep things moving along.

Ragadolf |

LOL,
No your not hallucinating. This time. ;P
My bad, I was creating his stats (downgrading him a level from the 10th level PC I re-created him from) all spread out over 3 documents on my desktop. Turns out I never did put it all into one proper format and copy it to the PC profile page. :(
Sorry, like everyone else, been busy (now trying to get taxes done!)
I'll start piece-mealing it all over one section at a time.
(If I do that, I can avoid triggering my ADD/OCD and not try to make it 'perfect' first!) ;P
Thanks for the reminder!
My init bonus is +8 ;)

Everyone doing OK? :-)

Just a heads up folks. I am going through yet another round of personal issues. I apologize since it feels as if I am forever posting apologies, but these past couple of years have thrown me some real curveballs.
I am on track to graduate next month and start job hunting. Assuming that I can find a job quickly, I hope to have my life more in tune. However, I still have to get through all that.
Does this mean I wont post? Not at all. However, it might mean I am a bit slow on the updates. Please bear with me and hopefully I will have my life settled and rolling ahead in an orderly fashion by the end of summer.
Thank you all again for sticking with me. I do enjoy GMing you all and I hope to do it for many a year to come.

No worries Patrick, life does tend to throw stuff at us. I know you've had some tough stuff to deal with lately, it seems to me you've been doing pretty well with it all things considered. You absolutely should keep you studies and job hunting as a top priority. I'm happy with whatever pace you need to set for these pbp games.

I had thought my self an adequate quippy writer. Your blowing me outta the water!
Well, I learned from the best.

For the sake of sanity this module has a big area set up with absolutely nothing in it. Disregard and move down the hallway
For table top I've been running a Dungeon Module "the Vampires of Waterdeep" story arc and the final adventure has several empty rooms. I had some backstory tied into the campaign so the rooms were not a complete waste of time BUT the PC's managed to find every empty room consecutively the first time they explored the area. It was uncanny, empty room after empty room. Kinda funny towards the end of the night but slow paced to say the least!
