Lito de'Anora
Trytton can still swim better then any of us. Don't worry you both will get your chance when we meet the Goblin-squids next. Let's move.
Lito puts away the wand and starts the group swimming.
GM Foxy
It's into a tunnel again until the tunnel opens into a wider cavern decorated with hundreds of leering skeletal parts, wriggling with worms. Four dark circular openings exit the chamber.
As the creature sees you it squirts out a dark liquid that quickly fill the whole cave. And now it's black around you.
Total concealment for everyone in the cloud.
Fort Save DC 15 please
In front of you Trytton disappears in a black cloud that spreads in the cave.
Lito de'Anora
Gods below, this thing doesn't even look like good eating! Night time you freak!
Lito casts sleep on the creature trying to keep All his companions out of the spell.
DC 15
GM Foxy
The krakenfish is rather unimpressed by the sleep spell.
(And with 17 AC Trytton is also not grabbed and might not been dragged back into the cloud)
There are no exits. It's just a large tunnel system with the tunnels widening here and there to become a cave. Nothing dry to climb out. It is just hack, slash and stab through all these nasty creatures.
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle will swim over to help Trytton, attacking any tentacle that comes close to her.
will use Martial Flexibility to get Aquatic combat again
Hammer Fist: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 161d6 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle surfaces again.
"damn giant fish things? What the HELL be that thing? Sandara be dead if she this far in this Besmara forsaken place."
Estelle takes a deep breath and goes back under the water to look around.
perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
Lito de'Anora
Lito charges up his dagger the readied to attack if the thing comes near him out of the cloud.

Damage + Arcane strike: 1d4 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 = 7
Estelle Numbduster
Survival to track: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 2 = 13
Estelle swims to the opening of each cave and listens/looks down them to see if maybe that it is the right way. She surfaces after looking down all 4.
"Bollucks to this place, damned Sandara and getting taken."
GM Foxy
With a little looking around Estelle easily finds out where to go next. A large cave to the west is where that krakenfish fled but obviously there are more creatures in there. I assume you all follow there.
Hundreds of remains float in this large bowl of water, which churns with bones, scraps of flesh, and the carcasses of strange, almost alien fish. Just visible through the roiling stew are humanoid bodies floating in the water, wan corpses drifting near the bottom of this cauldron like sleeping guardians.
Sandara is bound with seaweed at hands and feet hanging above the surface. She doesn't look good. As soon as you enter some other creature looking like a mix of a shark and a kraken (small creature) cuts her loose and she starts sinking to the ground. The two humanoid bodies at the bottom start clawing the water in anticipation of Sandara reaching them. Also a big bloated grindylow to big to leave the cave through the tunnels swims around here.
Welcome to the end fight of the adventure.
Lito de'Anora
Remember the objective here is Sandara. Save her we get another combatant and can always retreat. We do not nessesarry need to kill everything here.
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle looks at those gathered around her, putting her feet against a wall and launching herself towards Sandara hoping to save the woman.
swim: 1d10 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Lito de'Anora
As you stated, not all of them can leave. If we retreat to the passage you can bottleneck them and only a couple can come at people at a time.
Jarrus Darkhaven
Jarrus swims towards the two humanoid bodies to hack at them and stop them from grabbing Sandara and give Estelle an opening to get Sandara out.
Swim: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

Then he tries to cut her bonds on her hands with his dagger.

Estelle then swims over to the mouth of the cave to put Sandara down. Turning to join back in the fight.
is she at risk of drowning?
GM Foxy
Lito cuts Sandara free.
The small shark-kraken attacks with her spear which she throws at Lito.
Throw: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Damage: 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
But to Lito's surprise the spear immediately returns to where he came from.
The krakenfish attacks Estelle.

Damage: 3d6 + 4 ⇒ (4, 2, 1) + 4 = 11
Grab: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (17) + 13 = 30
The bloated grindylow makes some demanding noises.
Estelle Numbduster
Estelle wriggles in the clutches of the creature.
Kick the krackenfish: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 231d6 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9 1d4 bleed

Lito looks around and starts calling out advice on who needs help and what these things are.
Nice job on the tentacle monster! Come on you skallywags we can take this overgrown water Goblin!
Inspire Courage +1. (Round 7/12)
Then he pulls out his wand of healing in his free hand.
GM Foxy
The aim of Trytton and Noonan is off. The shark-kraken attack Noonan in return.
Stab: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21

The large bloated grindylow tries to take a bite out of Estelle.

Grab: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (19) + 12 = 31
Estelle is sticking halfway with her legs first inside of this creature.
Estelle Numbduster
As Estelle is half in the mouth of the larger Grindylow, she drives her knees into the creature.
