Cool idea and nice roll. I'll allow a grapple check to break someone else out of a grapple. But miss chance applies since you can't see the creature whose grapple you are trying to break.

Hadha rushes over to Zaza and feels some sort of tentacle wrapped around her neck. He grips the tentacle hard and pulls it away from Zaza! Then the invisible tentacles strike Zaza again (7 damage) but this time they don't manage to get a hold on her!

Calming his breath instead of wasting it on a useless curse about the environmental situation, Amari continues his battle rhythm, sending arrow after arrow at the tentacle beast.

Not seeing anything else to throw onto the barricade that would be too helpful. Agaban instead stops to search the false "Elder" for anything before moving him into a corner away from the doorway.

You see Zaza try to move away then be grabbed. She makes a choking noise then falls unconscious to the ground.

Agaban finds a wand inscribed with demons and wolves on the fallen Elder. Then he and Lo'laan hear a banging on the door.

The door is struck four times in rapid succession and nearly splinters into pieces. But the barricade behind it still holds.

You barely have line of sight out into the hall through a crack in the door and you can see a monk out there but it sounds like there are at least a dozen from the shouting. You guys may act.

Seeing Amari fire another two shafts hard into the creature, Hadha fires a ray that connects with something. A thump on the ground is heard.

I forgot to catch this earlier but you hit another wall when you tried to step back again. Just letting you know where it is. I marked two sections you likely would have felt in the process.

Examining the strange maze, the door Zaza opened seems to be the only way forward. Hadha steps through the doorway and examines the hallway beyond.

Zaza:

You come to in the strange maze but still do not feel feel. Concerned, Amari and Hadha stand over you examining the maze. Seeing you are well, Hadha steps through the doorway and examines the hallway beyond.

Hadha:

Examining the area around you, you feel walls everywhere except for the door Zaza opened. You step through the hallway and it appears to be clear up until a corner.

Monastery:

Lo'laan's threat seems ineffective.

Agaban, your bull rush/trip is CMB CL+wisdom=+7, I believe.

Agaban's water: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

As the monks continue to beat at the barricade, Agaban sends a flood of water under the door. The monks cry out in alarm but, other than a moment's hesitation, it doesn't slow them down much. They break through the door and most of the wardrobe. The bedframe is most of what holds them back at this point and it likely won't hold long.

Think the CMB is 10 + 3 (CL) + 1 (water spell race trait) + 5 (Wis) = 19 but could be wrong there since the DC to CMB conversion still confuses me at times.

Monastery:

Taking another 5 ft step back Agaban readies his longspear unwilling to attempt their earlier practice of nonlethal take-downs with how badly outnumbered they are now.

While he steps back trying to see if there is anything else he can use to delay the onrush; he remembers Zaza's wand and figures now would be a good time to use the summon one to bring forth a hyena in the space between him and the door.

The monks continue beating very rapidly on the barricade and finally destroy it. One steps forward into the room but there are clearly more behind him in the hall.

Lo and Serenity may take their single readied attack each. Agaban then finishes his summons and then you two may act normally for the round. Map updated.


Maze:
"There's a frog-like creature with glowing white eyes around the bend. North northwest of Amari!"

You recognize the creature as a blindheim and duck behind the corner just as it begins turning its eyes on you. You believe its blinding gaze will have little effect on those who cannot see it but you realize you must be careful yourself.

Amari only growl in frustration. Hitting something he could not see is a real annoyance. The drawn bow is already traversing in the direction Zaza mentioned, then stops and with another grunt, Amari has to resort to whispering, to get a good draw an the thing.

Following Zazas descriptions, Amari sends to arrows at the presumable frog-thing with some spacing between them, hoping to increase his chance of hitting anything.

You recognize Zaza's description as that of a blindheim, a small frog-like magical creature. Your magic seems to strike it effectively! But then you hear something move toward you and suddenly you feel a stabbing pain in your lower leg!

Zaza:

You move back to relative safety then you hear Hadha give a cry of pain.

Gripping his longspear tightly; Agaban launches an attack over the head of the hyena he just summoned at the first monk to enter through the door.

Need to keep them there Lo...hopefully it wont take the rest too much longer to break this spell.

Yipping as it forms out of the air the hyena launches its own attack at the monk attempting to pull him to the ground.

No bless on the Hyena since it was summoned after the spell was cast...and not keeping track of the rounds because bless lasts over 30 with Agaban...and if we are still fighting at that point things aren't looking good.

Zaza follows Amari, staying just around the bend. Rather than gaze at the enemy, she looks for its shadow. "It's right in front of where Hadha was!" she announces.
