Yikes, leak into the basement sounds like a serious problem!
At least we don't have carpet down here anymore. Back when we moved in about 29 years ago, it had this ugly burnt-orange shag carpet that just SCREAMED "70's!" The first time we had a leak, that carpet became DRENCHED. When I moved into my current bedroom, the first order of business was ripping out ALL of that crap! Now the leak just produces puddles, which we can mop or shop-vac up pretty quick and don't cause problems unless you leave something on the floor, which I learned NOT to do the first time back with the carpet.

don't you get a bonus feat at level 4? I didn't see it listed above. I am fine with you learnign Undercommon given the time you have in a bit and the journal, which you comprehened, to work from.

This all looks appropriate with the only caveat that Orendel still carries 1 negative level from the touch of the wight, earlier today. So his HP are at 35 for now. He still carries -1 modifier on most d20's as a result.

Take a minute to review the Loot Tracker tabs and make sure you don't want to claim any of the loot before its sold for coin. If you want any, I will assign to you. I will cash out the stuff Monday and split among the party for shopping. You can buy most magical or mundane items up to 5000gp in Riddleport, there is a chance of failure for items above that amount.
The loot now adds up to 994gp per player, so either choose or pass, and I'll sell it off and you can shop around.

I don't see anything on the list that Meghan wants. If we have a sort of Party Resources thing, maybe someone could hold on to the wand of levitation, as that might come in useful at some point in the future. That spell's not on either of Meg's spell lists, however, and I haven't sunk any of her skill points into Use Magic Device, so Meg can't use it.

I'm fine with selling everything otherwise. Trying to figure out the cost of enchanting my shield to make it the +1 heraldic shield I've always wanted...Heraldic's a +1, and it needs to be a +1 first before I add anything to it, so how much does it cost to enchant an item to +2?

+2 on armor or shield costs 4,000 for the price of enchantment. The item must also be a masterwork item. If your shield isn't masterwork, you can make it masterwork by convincing Dougal to cast masterwork transmutation on it for a cost of 150 gp.

It is interesting how clunky the hand off from first volume to this one is. Many of the older AP's have this problem IMO. The newer volumes are much better crafted to pull the story along.

So leaving the wand of levitate in the loot pile, which can be used, but not during rounds, unless it is assigned to an individual, the total of sold items is 4565.5gp. Per player that works down to 913.1gp. I have added that amount to your Cash Tracker and you may assume that you buy reasonable items in Riddleport, prior to your imminent departures. We can handwave the actual shopping unless you want to RP it, and you can list any purchases etc here.
