The sickened condition isn't helping any either. Troglodytes are some irritating monsters to fight.

That fight was the most ridiculous run of good luck I've ever had in a scene on this forum.

Cherry's just too hot to handle! Nicely done.
It's definitely been very cinematic with the invisibility, sneak attacks, acrobatics etc. A one-man gang, so to speak.

Do I? Ruh-roh! If I have a wand, I neglected to record it on my character sheet.
Remind me: Did we all pitch in and buy a fully charged wand of cure light wounds before the restart?
UPDATE: Well Lookie Here!. Long story short, Dougal has the wand. I'm still forgetful...just not in this particular case! :)

I am a very observant player... It is on my sheet now.
Gricks
Gricks took quite a buffing on the conversion from 3.5 to Pathfinder. They are now CR3 creatures with 5HD and up to 27hp. In the old MM, and when this text was written, they are 2HD with only 9hp. They had and still have serious DR for low levels. Because they exceed the challenge in PF translation, I will use the stats from 3.5 for these guys. Its the first real instance where i have seen the monsters be that different.
I will be traveling tomorrow through Thurs late for work. I will try to post, but may be unable during that interval.

I guess I didn't post here, but I am in Belize on vacation through the 27th. I will try to post some, but the agenda is pretty full. May be slow for a bit until we get back to the States.

One could almost say that your cold iron tiger fork is more of a frigid iron tiger fork!
If you have an interest in something new, I have posted the initial recruitment thread for my Terra Nova campaign. It is a homebrew campaign that is open source, to some extent. Feel free to look around, make a character, and see what develops. My idea is a bit novel, but the having multiple groups form and re-form using a hub location and then go off on their own threads for different adventures is the general idea.
Feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Hope you take a chance on it.

Definitely sounds interesting but I have not looked much into 2e as I enjoy and have spent enough money on 1e so I don't know/
I know that buying more rulebooks is an investment, but I believe you can get everything you need to know from the PF2 SRD which is hosted by Archive of Nethys now.
Should be able to get into the new ruleset that way for sure. If Paizo isn't going to producd anymore 1st edition content anymore, it may be only a matter of time before you're shifting (That was my thinking at least).
Happy to help provide explanation if rules are the barrier. No one will be familiar with running them at first...

Sorry for the radio silence over the past few days. This week's been a little hectic with a ten-day stretch at work, the Minnesota State Fair and my 31st birthday (which was yesterday)!
Happy Birthday. Hope you ate some great fried food at the fair -- what is it in Minnesota that is fair food? At the TX state fair, you can having anything you want, as long as its fried.
I was away/busy all weekend, so did not miss much.
Cherry - were you at Dragon Con in ATL?

Well, there was the delicious wild rice burger, some garlic cream-cheese wontons my sister introduced me to, cheese curds of course (I'd been waiting all year), ice cream from the Dairy Building, Pronto Pup, a gyro on a stick, cinnamon roasted almonds, and a bucket of Sweet Martha's chocolate chip cookies on the way out!

Kind of jealous. Oklahoma is pretty similar to Texas in that all the food is fried. I recall seeing deep fried bacon and deep fried jumbo jummy bears. But I tend to go to the Renaissance fairs instead, I can find food that isn't fried at those fairs. Plus costumes and swords.

Silvio Errico wrote: Yup, recurring villains are totally a thing! I am fairly certain you will see her again. No cakewalk on the volume's final boss. Plus, you could've (and I guess still could) pursue her if you'd wanted to. there is a ladder that leans up the wall right to the exit she took. Might get a poisoned bolt in the face for your trouble, but that's the fun, isn't it...
Plus, everyone can level up to 4th now, anticipating the end of this book (Shadow in the Sky) and the start of the next (Children of the Void).
