Things have got a mite confused. Entirely my fault as I misread Fairwind's post.
Leo is down and needs stabilising. He cannot have his second wind activated as he's used it. Heal check DC15 to stabilise him.
Fairwind has tried and failed to stabilise Leo. I rolled a death save for Leo of 18, so he's not getting any worse.
Cronin is down and has NOT used his second wind. A DC10 heal check will activate that and put him back on his feet. He has failed one death save.
Snaggle is down and stable. If he recieves any kind of healing, he is back on his feet as that will pull him to 0hp and add a healing surge.
Caine, Brujo and Perigia can all act to save their companions. Do so in any order. If you can get Cronin up, he can help with the healing process.
Brujo
Brujo looks at the bodies of the fallen, friend and foe. He walks over to the paldin and looks down. "I'm sorry... my friend", his words low so no one overhears him, "My knowledge of healing and tending wounds is poor. I wouldn't want hasten your trip to the reaper"
Not being trained in healing and having a negative to the ability score, it'd be best if I didn't try

Commander Caine helps Cronin to his feet and moves to see if he can help Leo. Between them the warlord and the shifter restore their comrades and at last it is possible for you all to look at the room and each other and assess your situation.
Cronin - you're back at 10hp and can go and dole out some much needed healing. I'm guessing that's what you're doing. You are all conscious again.

Sorry about that, been unable to post and wasn't able to do so at work (pardon me) only goes to show what happens if I miss two days of posting! Used a lay of hands in the fight with the vampire, used second wind in both the ettercap encounter and the vampire probably down enough that Leo would have to use up his remaining healing surges to go back to full in any case. Will wait for confirmation before updating Leo to 4th though

"Am I alive?" Snaggletooth mumbles as he receives Caine's and Cronin's much needed healing. "I AM ALIVE!" He shouts as he stumbles to rise. "That was too close. We need to be more sneaky. My fault. I rushed in and got caught like fly in eightlegs' web." He thinks for a moment. "Anybody got some food?" Snaggletooth then stretches and starts searching bodies and boxes for food, treasure and whatever else he can find.
perception (d20+9, 24) to scavenger for anything of value or interest. used 5 surges, current hp 40, 2 surges left, I could extended rest.
Rev
since everyone is leveling to four except me (cause I am already there), could I still switch out the subpar sly flourish with a deft strike or piercing strike? Or do I have to wait until 5?

Snaggletooth
I'm happy to allow that. You're playing him and know what will work best as a power.
Snaggletooth's explorations turn up some interesting findings. The ettercaps seem to have collected the more usable of their victim's possessions and the kobold quickly amasses a pile of items. Among the more mundane daggers, crossbow bolts and rancid food supplies, he finds a finely crafted suit of hide armour and two gems as well as 123 silver pieces.
He also finds the pathetic remains of three small creatures, wrapped in spider web and left in a corner.
Snaggletooth
how many daggers and crossbow bolts? medium size hide armor? the devil's in the details. any cloaks among the possessions? I would like to get one, even if I have to alter a medium size one.
Snaggletooth, unasked, brings his little pile of items to the center of the group. "Here is treasure from battle. Everyone share spoils." He takes a handful of daggers four, if there are that many and the hide armor if it is small size, one of the gems and 10 silver. He does this in plain sight of everyone, almost like a ritual. As he takes the items he wants, he lifts them and shows them to the others. Then he makes a big show of leaving the rest for the others.

The armour is too big for Snaggletooth, as he discovers as he holds it up to himself. The worksmanship is of remarkably high quality and there are open hands worked into the leather, seemingly bestowing something. He find four unbroken daggers, one of which looks to be made of finer craftsmanship.
The crossbow bolts don't appear to be particularly interesting, and indeed most of them are broken. Snaggletooth reckons he can salvage 8 from the mess.
The gems are pretty. Looked at more closely it's clear that they were once a pair of earrings. The fastenings are destroyed, but the stones themselves are agates, worth around 45gp to a jeweller.
Snaggletooth
I took the four daggers, one gem, and 10 silver. The rest can be divided among yourselves.
Snaggletooth takes the nice looking dagger and the necklace from earlier over to Perigia and says, "Nice fire-lady? Are these magic? I found the necklace on a skeleton I killed in coffin-room. It look nice, but might be magic, too. Can you tell?"
Rev, so no cloak or make-shift cloak?
Rev DM
Snaggletooth continues to look at the contents of the room, even as he asks for Perigia's help.
Snaggletooth
One of the small wrapped corpses is wearing a cloak. You can just see the fabric through the web binding. What is truly distressing is that you are pretty sure it's the kind of garment worn by the kobolds of Bleak's Band.

The last extended rest you took was after the encounter with the wraith in the room with the mausoleums.
Since then you have visited the desecrated altar and removed some dark creepers, eliminated Barthus, defused a room full of traps and eradicated a nest of ettercaps. All of this has taken you some time.
In short, it's up to you. You can take an extended rest if you wish to. Leo probably has to as he's down to 0 surges and is one of your major healing sources.

Cronin turns the armour over in his hands and finally understands its purpose.
Shared Suffering Armour +1 (level 5)
AC +1
Power (Encounter): Immediate reaction. Use this power when an attack gives you ongoing damage. The attacker gains an equal amount of untyped ongoing damage.
Note to all. Please update wish lists if you have them and create them if you don't.

1d20+11=16 on Arcana to determine if any of the items are magical.
Perigia
Snaggletooth has been watching Perigia examine the two items and when he sees her expression change, he comes back up and says, "Fire-lady, did you find out about my stuff? Magic or no?"
"The dagger is. It will guide your hand and help you hit better," Perigia says. See the spoiler Rev posted for me.
Snaggletooth
"Thanks, Fire-Lady. Why don't you keep necklace? It look nicer on you." Snaggletooth smiles at Perigia. He takes the magic dagger and spins it in his hand. He looks at his shortsword and carefully holsters it on his back. Then he dons his new robe, after brushing it off and washing out any stains.
He looks around and says aloud, "I will take first watch. Who should I wake up for next one?"
