Brujo - Athletics/Acrobatics DC15 to get up on top of the boxes. DC10 Ath/Acro to cross them and they're difficult terrain. I'm guessing you might be going C14, B14 and want to end up top of the boxes. Once you're up there, you'll need to make a DC10 Ath/Acro to stay up at the start of each turn. They're only a square high, but piled badly and could wobble and fall.
Brujo
Brujo leaps to the top the boxes...
Athletics 1d20+7=16; Crossing over 1d20+7=19
The moon elf sighs and readies his attack "I promised I wouldn't use this, but I guess in this situation"
Brujo swings his sword in a wide arc, loosing a wave of blue fire
Changing ray on the webspinner 1d20+6=23 vs Reflex; Damage 1d8+6=12 force damage, and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn.
Athletics to say on 1d20+7=20
Perigia
Perigia moves to G18 and stands over Snaggletooth's body. "You will not harm my friends while I still draw breath," she says. Then she casts Chill Strike at E4 and spends an action point to slash at it with her staff. 1d20+5, 1d20+2=[17, 5], [5, 2] I'm guessing 23 hits, but 7 doesn't. 2d8+5=12 cold damage and the target is dazed until the end of her next turn.
Leo the half elven Paladin
Perigia, you'll have to take on OA from E4 (you're moving into difficult terrain, so a shift is impossible). Are you OK with that or would you like to revise? You'll also get an OA from E5 for the ranged attack used adjacent to an opponent.
Out of curiosity would it still get an OA if its dazed?
Rev DM
Good point. I believe not. In Perigia's case, the move attracts one OA (from E4) - because she can't shift onto difficult terrain. The use of a ranged power adjacent to an enemy attracts the second (from E5). If either foe was dazed, I would rule that one of those could not happen. Dazed means you can't grant combat advantage, so I think it's within the spirit of the dazed state that you wouldn't be able to make an OA either.

I had expected to provoke OAs, so I'm good with it. Better Perigia taking the attack the Snags or Cronin.

On My turn
Rev DM
Edited to take account of Caine's actions. He posted at the same time as me.
In the twinkling of an eye, the picture changes. Drawing herself up, Perigia faces down the ettercaps advancing towards her, defying them to touch her. With a single gesture, she freezes the blood in the veins of E4 and the creature collapses. She stands defiantly over the web-wrapped form of Snaggletooth, eye to eye with E5.
Barely has the mage moved before Brujo springs to the top of the box ramparts with eerie grace and unleashes blue terror on the webspinner. Reeling back, the arachnid master is enveloped in searing blue flame, finally and definitively badly wounded.
Both OAs on Perigia missed. Perigia's first attack hit and took out E4. Brujo's attack hits and bloodies the webspinner.
Cronin moans quietly as he fights to cling to life, further enraging the enemy.
The remaining ettercaps seem unable to stop their attacks. E3 hacks again at Leo, slicing efficiently through the paladin's armour. E5 ignores Snaggletooth and Cronin in favour of adding Perigia to the meal bank, and the battleaxe makes easy work of the mage's robes.
With a snarl, Caine turns on his foe and smites mightily into E5, savagely cutting through the carapace. E5 is bloodied.
Home rolling - IC on the blink. 1d20+9, 1d12+5 = 28 to hit and 15 damage to Leo.

Leo is down to 8hp, he uses Valiant Strike on E#3 rolling a 12+9 for 21 versus its AC which if successful does 1d8+4 damage rolling a 4+4 for 8pts of damage
Leo notices the webspinner before he employs his eyebite and changes back to his standard tactic of valiant striking his foe hoping he can withstand the next few minutes of battle.
Double checked the map and realised Leo has to stick to melee hope it wasn't too late!

Leo's blow does further damage to E3 and it now looks as more decent hit will finish the beast. The webspinner seems not to understand what is happening to it as it spins around dazedly. Finally, it spits a further gout of spiderweb towards Brujo, shrouding the flaming blue elf in spider silk.
Web net v Brujo. 1d20+9 = 19 v Ref. Brujo is restrained. Save ends.
Important note. E5 is in worse shape than I'd thought. Leo's Divine Challenge (which it ignored in favour of clouting Perigia) inflicted 6hp damage on it.

Brujo contemptuously cuts through the webbing binding him and launches another burst of blue flame at the webspinner, dazing it once more. For half a second, Leo allows himself to be distracted at the sight, but it's enough. The final ettercap sneaks in a hefty blow and with barely a sound, the paladin falls.
E3 v Leo (1d20 9=20, 1d12 5=16). 16hp damage to Leo. Ouch. It only just hit, but rolled ridiculously high damage.

Desperation strengthens the warlord's arm and with a final blow, he drops the last ettercap. Now only the webspinner is still standing, dazed from Brujo's last attack. It spits web at Fairwind, hoping to slow the ranger down, but misses completely, too confused to aim properly.

Brujo's blue flame is the last thing the webspinner sees as it crumples to the floor.
From the far end of the room, the sudden silence is broken by a very faint click, as a door closes.
You took it to exactly 0. Before you break out the congratulations, you having comrades in need of help. You'll need to hustle around and do some stabilisation before combat officially ends. DC15 to apply first aid and stabilise a dying comrade. If any of you have a healing potion stashed away, now would be an excellent moment to bring it out. Therefore ...
Cronin - has just failed his first death save
Caine is up and can help
Leo needs to make a death save unless he's stabilised first
Snaggletooth is stable
Fairwind is up and can help
Perigia is up and can help
Brujo is up and can help
Can someone remind me how Snaggletooth can activate a healing surge, since he is stable already?
Rev DM
You can do CPR on Cronin and activate his second wind, since he didn't use it. Went down to fast too get the chance. Same applies to any pc that didn't use their second wind.
Snaggletooth should be coming round any time now. Can't remember if Leo used his second wind or not - have a feeling he might have.

Quoting the PHB here (pg 295)
"If someone has stabilized you using
the Heal skill but you receive no healing, you regain
hit points after an extended rest"
So unless cronin and leo both have second winds left, or they get healed, it looks like we'll be resting here

I think either Cronin or Leo could provide that healing to the others if they wake up. Cronin has not used second wind.
Rev DM
When we have a short or extended rest he recovers normally. So his hp set to 0 and he applies surges.
Fairwind jogs to Leo, "Hold up, preacher man," she mutters.
Heal check to stabilise - rolled an 11
Her methods may not be textbook, but Fairwind somehow manages to jolt Cronin back to life.
DC10 for emergency CPR to activate second wind, which in this case is more useful than stabilisation. I'm ruling that's what you did, since I imagine that if you'd known Cronin had a second wind available that's what you would have done.
