The chronicle is applied at Level 3, so I need to know if anyone wants it down graded to a Level 1 chronicle (less credits but XP and Fame gets applied immediately). You can use the boons now regardless of when you apply the credit (they affect playing on Pre-Gens).

Also make sure that you've stated the correct Faction you want to gain reputation for.
