Charbonardent can contribute his share for the wand.
I'm leaving for a week vacation with the family and without Internet. We return next Tuesday. Please DMPC as necessary.
cheers

DM Crustypeanut |

No worries Char! Will DMPC as needed.
Just working on putting our 3 new players' tokens in Roll20 (I forgot to do that >.>) then I'll be getting the update done, though it'll likely have to wait until after my morning walk.
As for the wand, so far we have Charbon, Ferit, Hoosible, and Radyx willing to chip in. Tarrana and Alexin can't afford to chip in right now, but should someone pay their share, I'm sure the two would be more than willing to give a portion of their next share of loot to pay them back. (Up to them though)
Should only the above four be willing to pay for wand, it'll cost them 187.5 gp per person to do so.

DM Crustypeanut |

Yeah I figured Valko would chip in. That means everyone but the 3 new people have said they'd chip in.
Since 2/3 of the new guys can't afford it right now, what we could do is just have the remaining 5 people pay for it (150 gp each), then come time to distribute the loot, the 3 new guys can pay their share of 93.75 gp to the 5 who paid now, meaning those 5 would get 56.25 gp back each.
Or, if the 3 are stingy during loot distribution, they don't HAVE to pay.. but that may have reprecussions as the rest of the party sees fit ;P
So, Radyx, Ferit, Valko, Hoos, and Char, please take 150 gp out of your wealth and decide who is going to hold onto the Wand of Infernal Healing[21 charges] and the new Wand of Cure Light Wounds[50 Charges].
We also still have 2 Potions of Cure Light Wounds left, no one seems to want them. Tarr, Remi, Alexis, do any of you three want one? Potions of healing don't count against you loot-wise.
Anyways, I'm working on the update now! Feel free to hop on Roll20 and chat while I do so. You may notice a change of scenery there! :P

DM Crustypeanut |

Alright guys just a heads up.
From here on out we'll be getting into the classic Dungeoncrawl mode. As a result, feel free not to wait for others if you wish to move into another room or examine something - otherwise, if we all take our sweet precious time, this dungeon will take -forever-. I might suggest having a party-leader nominated who is willing to decide when the group moves as a whole, keeping you guys moving on track.
Basically, check out Thron (Radyx)'s Rise of the Runelords campaign for those few of you (Those persons being Remi, Tarr, and Char) not in it to see how I'd like to handle this. There are a ton of rooms and plenty of combat! (Not much in the way of RP encounters, but there are possibilities for sure)
Leeets git'er movin'! We're finally at the fun part! Less searching for missing persons, diplofailing, etc, more keeeellinnggg. I'm sure that'll make most of you happy. ;)

Alexin Alazario |

I'll pay my part when we get there. Also if you assign tokens on Roll20 I'm Destrina.

TarkXT |

So. I lost my temper. The result is a broken lcd screen on my laptop. Incidentally this is where a great deal of important things are held.
So now I have to scramble to get the money together to get a replacement screen. So, obviously things are going to slow down as the only way I can post is at the beneficence of my girlfriend.

DM Crustypeanut |

So before we get combat started, who's going to hold the wands? Theres so much indecision here about who gets to hold the precious healing impliments that it almost makes me think you guys want to go without healing.
I'm sure thats not the case, otherwise this'll be a rather short campaign.
Here's a list who can use each one:
Wand of Cure Light Wounds [50 Charges]:
Hoosible
Alexin
Charbonardent
Valko
Tarrana
Wand of Infernal Healing [21 Charges]:
Remiandiv
Hoosible
Alexin
Charbonardent
So. Who wants what? If I were to pick myself, I'd have Hoosible hold the wand of Infernal Healing and Valko hold the Wand of Cure Light Wounds.
The two potions of cure light wounds no one has touched are currently being held by Renfeld, since no one called them.

DM Crustypeanut |

Though Hoosible did say he'd be happy to wield either wand, so if no one answers, I'm assuming the happy-go-murder gnome riding a zombie tiger with flowers sticking out of its wounds is carrying both wands.
Because I'm sure you all want to give the healing duty to the one guy who would love to see you all dead and reanimated. :)

DM Crustypeanut |

That works, then! I just wanted to make sure we knew who had the magical sticks of life-saving-ness before we ended up getting you all killed.
Not that I think this dire rat will kill you or anything.
I swear.
;)
(Working on the update now, not feeling 100% today though so its a little harder to concentrate than usual.)

Radyx Felston |

What's a healing item?
Potion? Pffft, someone else will write that down.
But heaven help you if you take half your HP's in an encounter and then RP out that you are hurt. HEAVEN FORBID! Let the heckling begin!
"Dude, you always whine when your character gets hurt. Always want someone to heal you."
"Uh, let's see you take three sword slices and some fire damage and see if you don't ask the guy who can ASK THE GODS FOR THE ABILITY TO HEAL WOUNDS IN A MATTER OF SECONDS to do something about it!"
lol

Valko van Richten |

"I look like I'm about 50%"
Honestly, unless you're going all-in with DM keeping tabs on everyone's HPs instead of the player, insisting on in-character explanations isn't necessary (imo). I'd rather just leave that to the tactical/gamist part of play.

Alexin Alazario |

I solemnly swear to giggle over your dead bodies.

Radyx Felston |

Valko van Richten |

Looks like the ACG stuff is on the SRD now. Cool if I rebuild Valko as an Empiricist? Won't change much overall, just loses the poison stuff and shifts some emphasis away from alchemy.

DM Crustypeanut |

As for moving forward, I'm assuming either Ferit or Radyx will post as much, as they're in the lead. Both of them are on daily, and so I'm leaving them in charge of leading the group - they can choose between themselves which of them wants to lead, or either/or can. Up to them.
Unless anyone else reaaaallly wants to lead, of course. Let me know if you have any objects to Ferit/Radyx!
This of course doesn't mean that no one else can post.. but since this dungeon crawl literally spans 85 rooms (give or take a few unlabeled ones), we're in for a long haul and organization is key for us not to take too long!
Of course, me f~+#ing up and forgetting to update is also to blame.. so I'll try and not do that :D
Do not hesitate to post even if its a short one, if you can't think of any longer posts. Dungeon crawls can get very long, so I totally understand, though 'playful'(I'm looking at you, Valko/Radyx) banter between the group can certainly help in that regards.

Remiandiv Blixx |
Note: Ferit, Radyx, Hoosible and I are on roll20, thus explaining the speed of the current posts. Take it up with me if you have any complaints.
No complaints - I can't imagine that I would have thought of something to do/search/explore that those folk wouldn't have, so as long as I don't miss anything Im perfectly fine with it. And it looks like once combat started things went from "roll20 fast mode" to "regular" mode so it seems to me well handled.
I am jealous though - Im blessed/cursed with the ability to work from home and most days (like right now) Ive got my work laptop on my right and my personal laptop on my left. Allows me to multi-task my games during the workday, although I shouldn't do it as much as I do!
Is there any ability to notify us when the crew is on roll20? Yesterday I couldn't have joined but there will be times when I would be able to if I knew........
