Not 100% sre but I think for long guns rapid reload brings it down to a standard action to fully reload. The bandolier gets you one round as a swift action.
You either have a pump with 5 round magazine, and a full action reload before rapid reload (reduces to move action), or a break action double barrel with 2 rounds of capacity, where reload is move lowered to swift. The bandolier will do as Bo says.

[ooc] oh...pumps have magazines...I did not realize that. I had in my brain a shell was just crammed in theough a slot at the bottom, like in most shooter video games when you reload. As you can tell I know nothing of guns :) makes shot on the run note valuable for this build I think[. I'll reload next round then[/ooc ]

Obi fell from the carpet to the ledge, not over it. His panic is a function of duration, so he is still panicked. He will run to away from the ghost which means out to the edge of the ledge. Normally panic would prevent you from doing something dangerous, but with the fog bank at the edge, you can't know when to stop and over you go, wafting your way down the ridiculously high cliff via feather fall. Someone will have to collect you after the battle.
