Yessena comes over to Andrei's side to see what he's found.
"Hmmm....well..." Yessena turns to face the others across the stream and shouts "We've got a body over here. I suggest you hurry up...carefully."
Yessena then approaches the body and begins to unbury it.
It appears a farmer lies here. His body frozen, battered and bruised. His items remain still with his body. They include a composite longbow (+1 Str) with 12 arrows, a dagger, a masterwork handaxe, and a pouch containing 14 gp, 25 sp, and 18 cp.

"Well... you've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?" Andrei muttered. After a moment's consideration, he took the coin pouch, not like it was any use to the man anymore.
Yessena reaches down for the handaxe and tosses it between her hands, feeling it's weight. "It's not a greatsword, but it's more my speed than this dagger."
Creed says "I swear to every God if I fall into the ice, I will refuse to cool down before I melt away the Fey's chilly exterior and strike at their heart” and she then sprints across the ice as fast as possible

"It's understandable if either of you need to warm up, but it's up to you." Yessena smirks, then kneels down to the body and picks up the bow and arrows. "Anybody need this bow? If not I'm taking it." If someone wants the bow I'll hand it off, otherwise I'm adding it to my inventory.
1 hr by a fire will remove the nonlethal and fatigued.
When you are ready to move on roll me a perception (if you have any potential bonuses, state them with your roll). If you don’t plan on moving forward, just let me know.
"Alright then, I'll start a fire."
Yessena starts gathering wood and digs out a pit in the snow for the fire. After building a decent stack of wood, Yessena starts the fire with the still-burning torch.

Ragnar huddles up next to the fire. "This is why we don't swim in the north." After about an hour the chill begins to fade and he starts getting his things together to carry on.

Ragnar smiles and nods at Yessena, "It might be smart for those who can sneak, to do so. I can be one that goes up and meets them initially. Just a reminder, they also might be the bandits that attacked the caravan so everyone stay vigilant."
Yessena pulls her hood tighter, and lowers herself closer to the ground. She slowly creeps toward the tracks and follows the boot prints.
If a set of boot prints leads away from the rest, Yessena will follow those. Sneak:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 Survival:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6For following any tracks that lead away.
Yessena will slink behind the nearest vision-obstructing object she can if she notices anyone as she moves.

Depending on the distance between Yessena and the men, she will more forward until there is roughly 30 feet between them. However she will not compromise her cover to do so. If she is already within 30 feet, she will not move forward.
Yessena will study the movements and manner of the largest among them (by Muscle/Girth), and then knock an arrow and hold action to loose an arrow at him if the party is attacked.
Can Yessena hear what they are arguing about?
To Yessena, it sounds like they are arguing about who gets the split for the reward on Lady Argentea. You think they plan to claim ransom on her and some of the men feel they did more than the fey creatures and should get more of the cut.
Creed puts the jewelry that we've found on and tries to make herself look like a noble "stay back for a bit”

The men scramble up to their feet quickly grabbing their bows. "What is this? A little gnome lady?" He snickers. One of them walks up to Creed and bends down and reaches to touch the necklaces she's wearing. "Looks like she's got some goods on her boys. You can stay at our fire for the cost of your fine jewelry."
A look of anger flashes across Creed's face "Sir do you have any idea who I am? Im lady more Cecile flabbergast of the Gnomish City of hupperduke. This bracelet was given to me by Andrei Bumper and his companion Kiliva, this necklace by sir Ragnar of the pentagonal table, these earrings were given to me by a traveling merchant Hargo curskavak. and she pulls out the tiny pin of a great sword "and this hair pin was given to me by the noble Lady Yessana of drigoborn. And I garuntee none of these people would give you a held tack. Which brings me back to the question of, who do you think you are" and and puffs her chest up and crosses her arms over it indignantly
This would be an improvised weapon. A -4 on your attack roll. You are also in the grappled condition so a -4 to Dex and -2 to attack rolls while grappled.
Yessena will shift her focus to the man grappling Creed Studied Target then loose an arrow at him.

Just putting this up now, since I'm next in initiative anyways, and might not be around to post later
Kilava takes a double move action to get to E19
Andrei takes a double move action to get to E23.
Both hold off on accepting rage for now. Instead, Andrei calls out to the men, "Gentlemen, please. This entire area's crawling with Taldan troops looking for their Lady, even if you kill us, there's nowhere left to run. I'd suggest you surrender yourselves to us instead... At least we're not looking to have you hung, drawn, and quartered for harming the nobility."
Oh, maybe you didn't notice, but he has an arrow in him and he's on the ground. Also, you can't 5ft step in snow. So knowing that what would you like to do?
