I'm having some trouble making out the details on the map, specifically, figuring out where the walls are and what objects are considered obstacles. I have moved Kilava and Andrei's tokens, are the positions they moved to alright for a single move action(40 feet and 30 feet speed respectively)? Depending on that, I will post the remainder of my actions.

That is a stairway going up, right next to Kilava and yourself. Kilava is under the second story landing. Kilava will provoke if she moves there. Let me know if you're following through with that. There is a big chimney burning a fire atm in center of the room with a lot of straw on the ground near it.
Also, I allow players to wake an unconscious person while curing them if they are above 0. Do you wake Creed up?

I'm not really seeing how or why moving there would provoke from anything, but alright, is there any way to move to one of the squares adjacent to the raiders without provoking, be it in one or two actions? And yes, I wake them up.

Esmera dreamt that she was in a banquet, tables creaking under the weight of mounds of exotic food. She was about to sink her teeth into the closest chunk of ham when suddenly the guests began quarrelling over something someone said, throwing dishes into each other, which cracked against the floor and the walls with a thundering din. She shouted at them to stop until one of the guests kicked her own plate out of her hands and it shattered, red meat leaving a bloody stain on her pure white dress...
It took her a while to understand that she was in fact no longer sleeping and the noise she heard was not of broken dishes, but of clashing arms. She bolted upright with a gasp, and almost fainted from the effort. How long has it been since she was last fed - three days, or a week?
She turned around - the local lady next to her was still asleep, probably unconscious from the exhaustion. Esmera looked around the room in search of something which could help her attract the right kind of attention and defend herself from the wrong kind.
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Am I bound? I will assume I'm not gagged at least
Nothing immediately sprang to mind. But while she was trying to come up with a plan, the fighting sounds above seems to have died down, replaced by curious steps. Did her captors finally met their deserved fate? Esmera hesitated for a second before deciding that if she doesn't take her chance now, it may never come again. She deeply inhaled and summoned her resolve before belting out her favorite solemn song out of Milani's holy text, The Light of Hope

Great Room
A large table and two benches run the length of this hall, and a twenty-foot-high vaulted ceiling rises into the rafters overhead. To the west, a roaring fireplace provides a welcome heat and light while to the south, a flight of stairs ascends to a wooden balcony overlooking the room. A set of double doors stands in the wall to the east. This room served as a dining hall and gathering place for the Sentinels when they held the lodge. You see straw mattresses and piles of blankets close to the fire.
Trophy Room
A bearskin rug dominates the floor of this trophy room, and the heads of several deer have been mounted on the walls. Doors lead north and south, while two hallways go farther east.
You hear the music coming from under the floor boards underneath the bear rug.

"I am not from these parts. When the bandits and their strange allies brought me here, there was this other woman - she calls herself Lady Argentea. I am Esmera, of the Grey Maidens of Korvosa. I've heard the bandits talk about holding us for ransom. Have you defeated them?
I think Lady Argentea has fainted from exhaustion - she isn't used to harsh conditions. I am more accustomed to hardships."
With light you notice that Esmera's face is crossed by several deep puckered scars. They are not freshly inflicted. She has an athletic build and calloused hands.

I was sent here as an envoy to make formal introduction of our relatively new order to the Taldan knights. Thank you for freeing me, I am eternally grateful and bound by a debt of honor. May I know to whom I owe my freedom?"
She begins to rub her numb and swollen wrists and feet.
"Have you seen my armor - a chainmail with a scarlet rose symbol? If not then perhaps it is still guarded by the surviving bandits - or those creatures."
