As far as moving your token Mirri, are you doing so from your phone? Or are you having trouble from a computer?
Roll20 does not work with a phone unless the GM has a paid account (which I don't). So that may be the problem. If it's the computer, I have no idea what the problem is.
Nope, from my pc, I'm not sure what's going on with it. Is the permission set right? I've had it happen where things got changed for some unfathomable reason.

I forgot about not having acrobatics on this character, please count that as an untrained acrobatics check so a +2 and -1 for armor penalty...now that I look at it, I should have looked at my character sheet more carefuly before I leaped.
I am having the same trouble as Mirri to move Grimkell... don't know why, I am using the same computer as I was before...

I'm on my iPad again (as is the norm for weekends), and I can't even open the map. All I get is a mostly-blank page that says "Not authorized". :-( GM, could you just bot me? I can't even see whether I have a chance of getting a clear shot at anything. If I can, I'll shoot; if I can't, I'll hold.
You need to log into Roll20 to get that to go away. It happens to me sometimes and is annoying, but it's easy to fix.

@Theora and Jammin': If the problem continues, I can always use "printscreen" and post the map on google docs. I don't mind doing it every weekend if need be. You wouldn't be able to move, but at least you would get an idea of what is going on.
Alright, Freebooter's Bane a nice ability; typeless weapon attack bonus and damage bonus, but I wondered about how to implement it in the RP. The description mentioned rallying allies against a single enemy...so I thought maybe a quick side comment would do while Lars points at the unlucky monster that will be on the receiving end, but then I wondered how would that rally anyone? No it had to be like a small speech with some level of grandstanding which Lars abhors, and I thought how cool it would be for Lars to actually give this little performance, while face-palming mentally at himself.

My posting rate will be a bit slow over the next three weeks. My smartphone has met with an unfortunate accident, and I'm using an old piece of crud with no internet connectivity. So no posting for me during workdays, or while I'm at tabletop games, or commuting... you get the idea. Once my contract gives me a free upgrade, I'll be back and swinging! Sorry about my lack of posting yesterday... I had an emergency, didn't get time to write a warning on the forums, and only got home around 5 in the morning... it was nothing really bad, but I did spend 7h30 min driving around. Anyway, I will be back posting later today!

Sorry for my absence this last weekend. We had a lot of stuff come up. But I am still here.
In addition, I've been thinking about how to deal with the effects of cold weather lately. While the rules about it are a fair approximation, they seem like they will really slow things down in this game. I've given this some serious thought and come to a conclusion on how to proceed.
- I will make a check once every three hours spent exposed to the cold instead of once every hour.
- Since the cold should still be hard to deal with I will increase the overland movement penalty by 50%.
Does anyone have concerns about this?

Yes, separate roll for each. You succeeded on the first pair, but realized it was very hard with the materials you had.
Won't worry about the others then, at least not unless it becomes necessary.
