Simon~ |
Simon looks at Rogar while Zora slips inside. "If you must. I guess I will as well if you do." Simon taps Rogar with his wand.
Simon will tap himself with his own Wand of Mage Armor, figuring going into a locked warehouse might result in consequences.
He will use others' wands as well for them if it's on the wizard spell list.
Dungeon Master S |
As Simon uses his skills with magic, Zora reconnoiters...
4d20 ⇒ (15, 17, 7, 9) = 48 You poke your head inside to see a half dozen humanoids working, with one overseer. Each scaly humanoid has a long, fish-like tail. Their arms and legs end in webbed claws, and their piscine head features a toothy maw.
As you're about to pull your head out, one catches your attention and shouts!
Dungeon Master S |
As Zora pulls her head out, you can here a shout from within. You've been spotted!
Enemy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Simon~: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Rogar: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Zora: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
Varian: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
Anwar: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Oggil: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Dungeon Master S |
The door to the warehouse is open when the shout comes. Within a half dozen warcries sound as a seventh voice appears to be issuing orders.
I'll allow a single round of buffs from when Zora was scouting.
Round 1:
Zora: Go
Anwar: Go
Varian: Go
Sahuagins: TBD
Oggil: TBD
Simon: TBD
Rogar: TBD
Zora Magda |
"Oops. I guess talking is out of the question."
Zora moves fast, to try and take advantage of her moments advantage. She draws two short swords, and flashes one quickly at the closed spear wielder. (Pink)
Attack vs flatfooted: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (13) + 11 = 24
Damage: 1d4 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (4) + 1 + (3, 1) = 9
Anwar Ibn Jad |
Mirage should have mage armour active already. I said that I was using it every hour and have checked off some charges already.
Anwar places a hand on Mirage's massive flank and begins whispering softly and quickly. A pale green light flows from his hands, enveloping her head.
Anwar casts Magic Fang on Mirage
With a hiss and a low whistle he directs her into the room and at the enemy.
He cannot fail to direct Mirage
He then moves to block the stairs.
I have assumed they are steep and therefore difficult terrain, if not he can be one more space up them
Mirage, Animal Companion |
Mirage slithers forward, the master has commanded her to fight and she is hungry and frustrated at the lack of prey in this strange place. These things smell of fish, which is fortunate, as fish is one of her favourite foods.
Bite versus green, Magic Fang: 1d10 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 9 + 1 = 14
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 10 + 1 = 15
Grab if hit: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
I believe he is still flatfooted, if that hits and takes him unconscious Mirage will drop him. She has combat reflexes, a 16 dex and 10' reach, I will put some opportunity attacks in a spoiler in case it comes up. Obviously if she grabs something she cannot make any more AO's
OA1, Magic Fang: 1d10 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 = 13
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 10 + 1 = 15
Grab if hit: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
OA2, Magic Fang: 1d10 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 9 + 1 = 20
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 10 + 1 = 14
Grab if hit: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (17) + 12 = 29
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
OA3, Magic Fang: 1d10 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 9 + 1 = 16
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 10 + 1 = 13
Grab if hit: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
OA4, Magic Fang: 1d10 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 9 + 1 = 12
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 10 + 1 = 14
Grab if hit: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Dungeon Master S |
The shouts of the creatures are quickly met by practiced action from the Pathfinders.
Zora draws first blood, and quickly realizes that these creatures aren't going to go down easily as it fights through the pain.
Totally cool with Mage armor, and yes the stairs are steep and difficult terrain. Anwar and Mirage move in tendem. Unfortunately the snake's fangs just barely miss the unprepared foe.
Round 1:
Zora: Hit
Anwar: Prep
Varian: Delay more or Go
Sahuagins: TBD
Oggil: TBD
Simon: TBD
Rogar: TBD
Pink: 9
Dungeon Master S |
Varian continues to bide his time as the sahuagin close in...
Forgive the lack of prose, there are a lot of moving parts:
Pink brings its spear and gaping maw to bear against Zora:
Spear: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15 MISS
Bite: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24 for DMG: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
The other similarly armed lunges towards Mirage, dodging the snake's quick bite.
Spear: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22 for DMG: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
The lighter armored foes also move to close. Black starts with a quick thrust at Anwar with a trident:
Trident: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 9 + 1 = 24 for DMG: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Green steps into Mirage and takes a nasty bite on the way! He gets grabbed right after and tries to break free CMB: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12, but flails uselessly.
Yellow advances and climbs atop some of the crates for a better shot.
Red also moves to the top of some crates.
Finally the leader targets Anwar with a Hold Person spell Will DC 16 to avoid.
Round 1:
Zora: Hit
Anwar: Prep
Varian: Delay more or Go
Sahuagins: ATK!
Varian: Go
Oggil: Go
Simon: Go
Rogar: Go
Pink: 9
Green: 27 (Grappled)
Anwar Ibn Jad |
Will save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Anwar will reroll that
Reroll: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24
Anwar throws off the enemies magic. Ow, these things hurt...
Oggil Redhand |
Oggil dashes forward, unleashing a quick punch at the creature in red.
stunning fist: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23 (fort DC 16 for stunned for a round)
damage: 1d6 + 4 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 4 + (2) = 8 <- the last d6 damage is fire.
"As the table is cleared before the feast, so must you clear the stairs, so I may reach the balcony," he calls to the archer.
Dungeon Master S |
Anwar shakes off the spell. Oggil's fist hits like a flaming sledge hammer FORT: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8 His target's eyes glaze over as his weapon clangs to the floor.
Round 1:
Zora: Hit
Anwar: Prep
Varian: Delay more or Go
Sahuagins: ATK!
Varian: Go
Oggil: Stun
Simon: Go
Rogar: Go
Red: 8 (Stunned)
Pink: 9
Green: 27 (Grappled)
Rogar Cordan |
I'm assuming the railing is 10ft up.
Rogar knows how to deal with casters.
As a swift action he will spend a ki point to add +20 to his jump check this turn.
Then he will move into the space between Oggil and Anwar before leaping to the open space above them.
DC 40 jump: 1d20 + 41 ⇒ (15) + 41 = 56
Rogar makes the jump look effortless but it does provoke from red and black.
He will then continue and move again until he is next to the caster.
Simon~ |
Creatures with a mind. Excellent.
Standard Action
"I didn't think it was Shark Week."
Simon casts Hideous Laughter at the Sahuagin garbed in White. DC 19 Will negates, and it gets +4 for being a different type.
Dungeon Master S |
Rogar shockingly takes the 10' jump with ease and closes distance to the spell caster.
Varian and Simon team up to use magic to even the fight:
Pink Will: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 BLIND
Yellow Will: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12 BLIND
White Will: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20 He doesn't get the punchline...
Round 3:
Zora: Go (Bot)
Anwar: Go [/b]
Sahuagins: TBD
Varian: TBD
Oggil: TBD
Simon: TBD
Rogar: TBD
Red: 8 (Stunned)
Pink: 9 (Blind)
Yellow: Blind
Green: 27 (Grappled)
Anwar Ibn Jad |
Badly injured Anwar takes a step back and casts a spell, burning flames appear in his hand and with a flick of the wrist he hurls them at the sahaughin currently grappled by Mirage.
Anwar casts flaming sphere at the grappled sahaughin, it deals 3d6 ⇒ (3, 2, 6) = 11 fire damage with a DC17 reflex save to negate. Its reflex should be two lower due to the grappled condition.
He then whistles for Mirage.
We should probably focus our attacks here people! he shouts, feeling a little nervous at the sheer number of opponents.
Mirage's action will depend on the outcome of the flaming sphere
Dungeon Master S |
Anwar shudders from the hit, but manages a spell still. REF: 1d20 + 9 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 9 - 2 = 23. The sahuagin still twists away!
Round 3:
Zora: Go (Bot)
Anwar: Mirage
Sahuagins: TBD
Varian: TBD
Oggil: TBD
Simon: TBD
Rogar: TBD
Red: 8 (Stunned)
Pink: 9 (Blind)
Yellow: Blind
Green: 27 (Grappled)
Mirage, Animal Companion |
Mirage tightens her grip on the grappled sahaughin, squeezing with all of her strength.
CMB to maintain the grapple to deal damage: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (2) + 20 = 22
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11
If the grappled creature goes down Mirage will slither backwards 5'. I will put some more opportunity attacks into the spoiler again in case they are relevant
OA1, Magic Fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 1 = 18
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Grab: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
OA2, Magic Fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 = 13
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
Grab: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (11) + 15 = 26
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
OA3, Magic Fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 9 + 1 = 21
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Grab: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (3) + 15 = 18
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
OA4, Magic Fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 1 = 23
Damage: 1d4 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Grab: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (17) + 15 = 32
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
I will put a token on the map for the flaming sphere
Rogar Cordan |
Botting Zora
Full attack on purple, fighting defensively. +3 to AC.
Adamantine Short Sword: 1d20 + 11 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 11 - 4 - 2 = 10
dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Short Sword: 1d20 + 11 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 11 - 4 - 2 = 16
dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Dungeon Master S |
Mirage crushes the creature to death. It's ribs crack and pop a moment before the snake drops it.
Zora can't connect between scales and armor. The sahuagin cackles in triumph.
Yellow slinks along the boxes, moving slowly but blinded. Will: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12 and is still blind!
Pink snarls and lashes out, despite the blindness. 2d100 ⇒ (54, 43) = 97
Spear: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15 and misses. It's follow up bite is WAY off target.
White steps forward trying to stop Mirage from its aggressive attack:
Spear: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Bite: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
to little effect
Red is stunned.
Black uses the stairs to his advantage, driving trident forward towards Anwar: ATK: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 10 + 1 = 12 MISS and a bite! ATK: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 4 + 1 = 21 MISS!
The leader steps back away from Rogar, and tries instead to stop him. She steps back casts a spell!
Round 3:
Zora: Miss
Anwar: Mirage
Sahuagins: ATK!
Varian: Go
Oggil: Go
Simon: Go
Rogar: Go
Red: 8
Pink: 9 (Blind)
Yellow: Blind
Rogar Cordan |
Rogar glances around wearily but sees no magic so he follows through with his initial plan.
"We have questions for you."
Rogar steps up and tries to grapple the caster.
grapple: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24
Oggil Redhand |
Oggil continues to attack the man-shark in front of him, hoping to finish him off while he is stunned.
flurry vs red: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
flurry vs red: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
flurry vs red: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + 3 + (1) = 6
damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (6) + 3 + (4) = 13
damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (7) + 3 + (4) = 14
He'll try to avoid killing the creature doing NL damage, although I suspect the fire damage (that last d6) has to be lethal
Most of the blows are too quick to land, but at least one looks like it should have hurt.
Anwar Ibn Jad |
He becomes unstuneed at the start of your turn sadly. I think Pink gets a new save at the end of his turn?
Simon~ |
On mobile. Magic missile at White.
Magic Missile: 3d4 + 3 ⇒ (2, 4, 2) + 3 = 11
Dungeon Master S |
I did forget Pink's new save. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18 Still blind!
Varian goes for another colorful spell:
White: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
Red: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
and gets them both!
The blinded spellcaster gets slammed with a trio of missiles from Simon.
Despite the blinded target, Oggil only connects once with force. The sahuagin still stands.
Rogar EASILY grabs hold of the spellcaster!
Round 4:
Zora: Go
Anwar: Go
Sahuagins: TBD
Varian: TBD
Oggil: TBD
Simon: TBD
Rogar: TBD
White: 11 (Blind)
Red: 13, 1 NL (Blind)
Pink: 9 (Blind)
Yellow: (Blind)
Anwar Ibn Jad |
With a flick of his wrist Anwar sends the flaming sphere rolling into the enemy threatening Mirage.
Fire damage: 3d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 6) = 14, DC17 reflex negates
He whistles to Mirage to strike out at the enemy threatening her.
I think we have this, if we can keep the damn things blind! he shouts, a slight hint of panic in his voice and the blood trickles down his arm from the wound he took.
He then raises his shield to protect himself against the sahaughin on the stairs.
Anwar enters total defence raising his AC to 28 for this round. If white goes down to the sphere he will instead direct Mirage to attack Pink.
Mirage, Animal Companion |
HIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSS
Mirage strikes out at the enemy.
Bite, magic fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 1 = 23

Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Confirm, magic fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 9 + 1 = 21
Damage: 1d4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 10 + 1 = 13
OA4, magic fang: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 1 = 18

Grab: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (15) + 15 = 30
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Dungeon Master S |
The blinded foe tries to dodge REF: 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 9 - 4 = 23, and STILL somehow manages to avoid the burn. Meanwhile Anwar hunkers down for the worst. Mirage grabs hold of his foe and immediately begins crushing him!
Round 4:
Zora: Go Bot still likely needed.
Anwar: ATK
Sahuagins: TBD
Varian: TBD

Rogar: TBD
Spellcaster: Grappled, Truestrike

Rogar Cordan |
Zora Bot
Zora full attacks against the blinded pink enemy.
Adamantine Short Sword: 1d20 + 11 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (19) + 11 - 4 - 2 = 24
dmg including sneak: 1d4 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (3) + 1 + (3, 5) = 12
Short Sword: 1d20 + 11 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (15) + 11 - 4 - 2 = 20
dmg including sneak: 1d4 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 1 + (3, 1) = 6
Adamantine Short Sword crit confirmation: 1d20 + 11 - 4 - 2 ⇒ (11) + 11 - 4 - 2 = 16
extra dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Dungeon Master S |
Zora makes a pair of quick stabs that hit just the right spot. Blood oozes out onto the warehouse floor, as the sahuagin continues to fight.
The largely blinded foes seem intent on fighting, not matter the odds unfortunately.
Yellow and Pink both lash out with literal blind fury:
Yellow: 2d100 ⇒ (21, 40) = 61 but the utter lack of sight is too much to overcome.
Pink: 2d100 ⇒ (89, 37) = 126 Spear: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 11 - 2 = 29 THREAT Spear: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (7) + 11 - 2 = 16 for DMG: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
The creature in Mirage's grip tries to break free: CMB: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23, but gets no where.
Red: 2d100 ⇒ (4, 77) = 81 the trident goes wide, but the teeth come in on target to Oggil's shoulder ATK: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 but he clamps down well before contact.
Black: 2d100 ⇒ (11, 38) = 49 the attacks only barely even hit Anwar's shield.
The spellcaster simply tries to bite Rogar: Bite: 1d20 + 4 + 20 ⇒ (18) + 4 + 20 = 42 for DMG: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4

Simon moves up some.
Standard Action
He casts Suggestion at the Sahuagin garbed in Black.
"Go swim in the ocean immediately for an hour."
DC 20 Will negates.
Dungeon Master S |
Rogar pins the spellcaster down without much effort on his part.
Simon's words seep into the sahuagin's head Will: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 and grab hold... His head turns, thinking that swimming would be a much better use of his time.

NL damage(apart from the fire): 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (8) + 3 + (4) = 15
"As the tide comes in each morning, so have your ill deeds come to rest on you."
Dungeon Master S |
Oggil pummels his foe with an array of attacks, leaving an unconscious sahuagin on the floor!

Varian Jeggare |
With a shrug, Varian moves to a better position (immediately behind the snake), and tosses an Acid Dart at Pink.
Acid Dart: 1d20 + 5 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (2) + 5 + 2 - 4 = 5, for 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8 Acid damage.
Rogar Cordan |
Zora Bot
Zora full attacks. Pink primary, yellow if pink drops.
Since they are blind she will skip the defensive fighting.
Adamantine Short Sword: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 11 - 2 = 13
dmg including sneak: 1d4 + 1 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 1 + (2, 5) = 9

Short Sword crit confirmation: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 11 - 2 = 18
dmg: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Mirage, Animal Companion |
Mirage intensifies her grip on the enemy she has grappled.
Maintain for damage: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (18) + 20 = 38
Damage: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12
Constrict: 1d4 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Anwar Ibn Jad |
Mirage seems to have things well in hand. Satisfied Anwar directs the flaming sphere to help out Zora, the ball of fire leaps over the combatants to land on the enemy.
He targets Pink unless he is down in which case Yellow. 3d6 ⇒ (2, 4, 6) = 12 fire damage with a DC17 reflex save.
Anwar steps back from the sahaughin he is fighting to allow Oggil in and draws a healing wand which he quickly activates on himself.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Dungeon Master S |
Varian's splash of acid only burns a bit of a crate. Zora continues to stab at the enemy with the spear, but somehow it's STILL up. This sahuagin is made of stern stuff!
Mirage finally crushes the life out of her current target! REF: 1d20 + 9 - 4 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 4 = 14 The ball of flame finishes off Zora's target.
It doesn't take much longer, and the sahuagin do not let themselves be taken prisoner alive. Still, Oggil managed to knock one out, and Rogar Kill or capture is your narrative call to make.
Calling it. Pinned, blind, and leaving isn't much of a fight.
The defeated foes have a variety of items to make up for the fight they gave.
+1 elf bane bolts (6), +1 human bane bolts (6), +1 merfolk bane bolts (6), (3) potion of cure moderate wounds, potion of air breathingMC, potion of lesser restoration, wand of cure moderate wounds (11 charges)
Perhaps more importantly the party finds a set of iron bars that when struck together make a sound exactly like Zohra described. With the bars is a map of the Glass Pit, the city's forge. There are 8 markings on the map with listed amounts of ironfire!
Zora Magda |
Thanks for botting me - I am almost afraid to take back over, since Rogar made me look so good!
"Well, this is quite the windfall. And seems to back up Zohra's claims. Is anyone hurt?"
Varian Jeggare |
Varian frowns, as he regards the map.
"I am more concerned by this map... what if they have already left ironfire in these locations? We should check it out, after we confer with the merchant precisely how much of this stuff he sold to them..."
Anwar Ibn Jad |
Anwar leans heavily against some of the crates rolling the flaming sphere somewhere it wont burn down the warehouse. Yeah, one of them got me pretty good and Mirage took a blow too. If no-one objects I am going to use a couple of those potions. I will keep hold of the wand as well, it may come in useful.
Assuming no-one objects, On Anwar: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (2, 4) + 2 = 8, On Mirage: 2d8 + 3 ⇒ (3, 5) + 3 = 11
With the majority of their wounds closed Anwar will draw a wand to finish the last remaining healing.
CLW on self: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
CLW on Mirage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Assuming Rogar doesn't kill him
We should question this creature about what they are up to but first maybe have a look around.
With that Anwar starts to check out the warehouse, using detect magic as he goes.
Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (4) + 15 = 19
Oggil Redhand |
"When faced with a puzzle that cannot be solved, asking for assistance is the path of wisdom." says Oggil, gesturing to the shark-man he is busy tying up.
"Perhaps he can be convinced to talk."
Simon~ |
Simon looks at the party and then shakes his head. "Yeah, yeah. I can try to talk to the guy."
To the prisoner
Simon puts on his smiling face once again and puts some smelling salts to the prisoner. Got that on a chronicle lol.
"Hi! I know we just broke into your warehouse and attacked, but would you be so kind to tell us anything about your boss? We are going to find him either way but you would make our job so much easier. We could even dump you back out in the ocean if you wanted."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (15) + 18 = 33
Bluff: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 13 - He only has it on one creature, and he can't dismiss it anyway.
