Oceans that for centuries hid a lost people of whom legend whisper were born into these wild reaches as the sons of sharks. Here, within in the kraken’s clutches, law means little while gold breaks all boundaries and blood, pearls, and rum pay for all sin.

So did I get to do something last turn? I'm assuming by rusted that means no lock to be able to pick?

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

I am presuming if there are locks they are too rusted to pick. What would you like to do, break or try and strike it with a weapon to do damage?

Use the acid from an acid bolt to break the lock?

I mean they didn't put prisoners in there and it rusted shut right so either the lock is pickable or it just requires a str check to open? Doesn't make sense that the cages need to be broken to get them out otherwise how'd they get them in there? And why have cages that you can't use afterwards because you broke them to get the prisoner out lol

Male Human Rogue6/Clr1 Current Map

It just needs a STR check to open, but the acid should do the trick.

Within this hand-hewn stone chamber, a grotto
of dark ocean water laps to either side of a narrow
stone walkway. The walkway ends on a circular stone
island in the middle of the chamber. At the center of
the island looms an altar festooned in dozens of large
sharks’ teeth that seem to grow from the stone itself.
The enormous jawbone of a gargantuan shark rises
from the flat surface of the altar, row upon row of
two-foot-long teeth gaping as if the altar itself might
swallow worshippers whole.
