Without doing a bit of research to see if the effects stack, I would say "yes for this battle." The spell just says the numbers can be reduced to less than 1. After this battle search the question if you can for a better answer. I just don't have time tonight to do the search for the answer.

I forgot to move Kalim to D, 11 last round when you double moved. I didn't catch that you double moved and did your touch of idiocy spell last round, that was three actions. DBL move would have been the full round action. I'm not going to recon the result though.
