Eidolon: HP is either like a Players 10+18+8 con for 36 OR like PFS in which case it would be 5.5*4+8 for 30.. either way it is incorrect.
Stats are Fine. The Ac is off, as your Dex is 14 not 16. so Ac should be 18.. I do however advise you place the Armor bonus into Natural armor as that would then stack with Mage armor instead of your current set-up. Reflex should thus be +3. Melee is +9, Ranged is +6, The amulet adds to the Natural attacks only.
# of attacks limits how many your Eidolon can POSSESS not MAKE meaning at no point should your attack attacks go above this if you are at three and an evolution would give you 2 more you cannot elect to take it and use one less attack as it puts you over the maximum amount thus you will have to pick a different evolution. Thus while the Bonus to hit on the attacks are correct you cannot have 3 claws and a bite. You can however have 4 claws Which brings up another point, This is up to the GM on the Ruling, but Claws on feet are not Claws they are Talons and While the Eidolon gets a special case in that it says it allows Claws on feet ONCE, it was mainly provided to be used with the Quadruped form and placed on the Forepaws as they have Hindpaws to fall back on for balance. For now the point is moot until you want Claws on Legs and Arms.. This also makes an issue with the Bite, You took Improved Natural attack when you do not meet the Pre-req Bab of +4 at HD 3 and thus your Bite cannot be 2d6 but 1d8, you must choose another Feat.
Otherwise your Evo point distribution is correct. Change where appropriate for the points.

-HP: corrected (forgot to apply increased con and rolled a fifth HD. Oops)
-Saves and Atk bonuses fixed (I added in the Amulet because I only have natural attacks)
Evolution: hmm... Good point. Readjusted to have no bite, 4 arms with reach and claws. Improved attack evolution bumps it to 1d6 each. Thanks so much! I was having some confusion on natural attacks.
The skill that are 0 and you say should be -2, I only had as zero because they are trained skills that I can't do anyway. But I adjusted for clarity.
That is 12 points. Added 1 to Perception and 3 to Sense motive to get 16 total.

Vash hails from mid eastern Russia. Indentured into servitude at birth because of his "mixed blood" he and the others like him plotted revenge and thus freedom from the underground human society of Magadan. in a matter of days the rebel force of nearly 600 extinguished an entire settlement of 4k.
after there victory most mixed bloods left Russia. But Vash and a group of his closest companions marched west through the tundra towards the western cities exterminating Racist KGB and mafia cells, while narrowly dodging the icy grasp of The Great Old One known as Ithaqua. They almost made it to Moscow, but there infamy caught up with them. The group of now only 4 bought a one way teliport too anywhere but Russia, somewhere secluded. the the crooked spellcaster did just that...
Vash and crew ended up in Phoenix AZ. The group decides to split up, going there separate ways discovering america. With habits dying hard, Vash picks up a few "hit jobs" the latest of witch leads him to tombstone AZ.
Vash hunts using his superior tracking skills and the eyes of his pet roc "Glaza"(Russian for "eyes") to Hunt his quarry. He like to strike with a well planned ambush that usually begins with a hail of arrows while he closes the gap to get personal with his signature spiked chain.

He's slightly touched by it (CN alignment, not quite in his right mind but still lucid and able to function with no issues) but has taken on a bit of the Old One's power to warp and twist the minds of people around him.
Specialized in mind affecting spells, of course, especially ones that turn his foes against each other or break their minds (Confusion, Feeblemind, Insanity, and so on).

More of a "fights fire with fire" type of deal.
Normal guy before the portal opened ("lock" was broken?), went a little nuts upon his first sight of the things, somehow recovered a lot over time and realized he'd been imbued with these weird mind and reality warping powers.
Understandably a little pissed off at the Old Ones and their minions for <insert tragic event here> (fuzzy on the details ATM. Thinking, perhaps, he may have killed his wife while he was insane?), he decides to use the only weapon he has to fight against them.
He's aware of the irony, and the danger inherent in using such powers, but he's not going to hesitate to do so.
Slightly erratic in attitude (combination of lingering madness, stress, and grief), but reliable and completely dedicated to his vendetta against the Old Ones and by extension the mission the group is on.

Buy gear level by level at full price til whatever level u would get Craft Wondrous Item, then u can factor that into price of gear acquired thereafter. A bit more work, but fair and balanced, and worth it for the savings.

As I stated in the Discussion thread, I'd like to remove Koran, Kailin, and Levinson, as their players had to drop out, and plug Greer and Darius into the action right away, so I'm working on a solution that isn't totally cheesey.... Might take a bit of thought....
Rather not have them spontaneously combust or get struck by freak bolts of lightning lol....
But maybe Merlin shows up with Greer and Darius in tow, having just made a quick TP to Pandora's Box, and says he needs those 3 for something urgent elsewhere?
