It's now the end of the second day of traveling. You left on the morning of the first day, so there was one night of camping on the road (forgive my rushing through that, but it was the end of my "prelude" and I wanted to get to the actual module). Feel free to assume any CLW spells were cast as needed as well.

It was a cool way to get us all together as a group that worked with our backgrounds, without just handwaving and throwing us in.

Thanks for your patience over the long weekend. We had a con here that I didn't actually go to but watched the kids so my wife could, but it still made for a busy weekend. The good news is she won 2nd place in the fantasy mini painting competition.

The sun had just set when you first saw the fort. It's been dark for awhile, since it took some time to get settled and eat dinner.

So if you're looking at a very early morning, sleep would be appropriate.

How do you want to handle initiative ties? Roll off or initiative mod order?

Usually I go by dexterity bonus first and then initiative mod, followed by roll off if needed.

Waiting until after the bandits have acted so I know where they're standing, unless we're all supposed to post our intentions out of turn.

It's easiest to just post your intentions and then I'll put it all together in initiative order once everyone's posted.

As for them acting this round...it's unlikely they're going to be going anywhere as they're pretty well entangled in Odo's spell at the moment.
