Here is where I can clarify my confused wordings and you can bicker about treasure ("I don't want this useless thing, you take it!"). Everyone reading these words post now in the discussion thread, just so I know who is reading this.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

Hello, I'm reading.

Sovereign Court

Male Half-Elf: Fighter-Powerattack 12(Ranger & Barbarian Archetype) LG: Spd:25, AC:34(36 Shield, Hardness:10, ♥️:80/80), ♥️:188/188, 4 Slashing, 10 fire, & 6 Cold Resistance, Fort:23(Juggernaunt)***, Ref:21**, Will:17**(Bravery), Per:18(20 for init)***-Lowlight

Yep I'm reading this.

So we know Max has that everburning torch, is that really it for light sources?

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

I think it might be. I've got nothing.

Not even a torch? Are you a dwarf in real life? Humans can't actually see in the dark.

Well that's your problem. I'm playing the drow and they're just fine with your decision.

Okay let's not wait for Adanel, he's just silently lurking in the background nodding his head with everything anyone says until his player shows up. He's also apparently prepared a light spell because he, too, cannot see in the dark.

Looks like Hey You and Nox are the two darkseers.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

That awkward moment when you have 28 unspent gold and no torches...derp.

Male Garuda-Blooded Aasimar Monk/1 |HP 11| |AC 18, T:17. FF: 14| Fort+4, Rex+5, Will+4| |CMB+4, CMD 21| Init+3

we could always bust the boarded windows out, but is it worth the money we will lose?

You sure about that plan there, slim? You maybe want to talk it over with the others before you drop down blind into the dark tavern where you know, at the very least, you're outnumbered?

Edit: Okay, nevermind, looks like you had good timing. That's something you should coordinate in the future though.

I wasn't even sure if there was a chimney to climb down, I just thought I'd try something.
Not to mention, one sure way to catch them offguard, me coming in through the chimney while others go to the door.

Yeah that's not a bad plan, the part I objected to was doing it on your own without telling the others.

Male Human Witch

Whoops, sorry for the delay. I just noticed the game was afoot. I'll be working on catching up and then getting a post in here shortly.

Male Human Witch

CaptainMarvelous, if you have no issues with it, Adanel will have prepared his crossbow, cast Mage Armor, and then light on a stone before they burst the door open.

Sure, sounds like a plan.

I'm sure you guys can figure out which addition to the map is the stone with light cast on it.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

I'm liking Darin more and more as I play. Mental stability is vastly overrated when compared to the songs of a Creus worshiper.

Ugh I just lost the whole round as I tried to post it. Laaaame.

I had to rebuild that from memory, so it's not my best work.

Quick question: why is my mobility so hindered? Even if the furniture is difficult terrain, I should still be able to move 40ft per round. That's 4x what I actually traveled this turn. I'm not complaining; I just don't recall any mention made of us being in ridiculously-difficult terrain.

Oh s*+&, I forgot you're a Barbarian.

That would be why. I shan't again.

Not a problem; I just needed some clarification. :-)

Man, I sure wish that Drow swordswoman got to take an action before she died. She's level three and has three different classes. She could have really tore s#!! up if she had, you know, lived.

HEY YOU wrote:

She's only unconscious, not dead, so all I'll say is: replace one of those with antipaladin and you have it.

Oooohh, very nice. Now I almost feel bad about taking her down so quickly. ;-)

Sorry everyone, I was sure we were waiting on someone and I was too busy to want to puppet anyone.

Excellent game, albeit slow-paced.

Sorry about that, it was completely my fault. I was busy this week and just using the campaign tab without manually checking my games, and I must have loaded the game without posting at some point and not realized everyone had done actions.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

That's fine :). So, what loot did we get, and who gets what?

Sorry this took so long:

Looting the bodies you find a Conductive +1 Whip, a want of Cure Light Wounds (20 charges), a +1 Ring of Protection,

And a Sorcerer Scroll containing:
1st Hold Portal CL: 3
1st Obscuring Mist CL: 1
2nd Rope Trick CL: 4
0th Detect Magic CL: 1

Fat Jack is impressed with how little damage you did the the alehouse, just a few overturned chairs and tables, and pays out the full bonus.

The cleric and the warrior also had chain shirts if you're interested in mundane equipment.

Distribution is up to you.

A little confused on the gp reward. Is it 1000gp + 1000gp bonus = 2000gp total? Or is it 1000gp per drow + 1000gp bonus = 4000gp total?

1000 per drow plus 1000 bonus for 4000.

Okay, that divides to 800gp per person. I'd love the Ring of protection if nobody else wants it. :-)

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

If nobody has their heart set on the CLW wand, I'll take it.

Male Garuda-Blooded Aasimar Monk/1 |HP 11| |AC 18, T:17. FF: 14| Fort+4, Rex+5, Will+4| |CMB+4, CMD 21| Init+3

Well, I can't use much of anything beyond the ring, but considering you did 99% of the killing, I figure first spoils are yours. I'd like to snag the whip though (unless someone is making a whip fighter).

Male Human Witch

I am most definitely interested in the ring myself. Being unable to wear armor without it interfering with my spellcasting is a hassle to say the least.

Otherwise, the wand is interesting as well considering it could be of great use.

So the question comes down to how we would like to settle who gets what. We could play a game of chance and roll some bones or we could vote. I simply need to know how we will be iruing things out.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

The obvious answer is a STEEL CAGE BRAWL TO THE DEATH.
I'm fine with any method of distribution.

Either way's fine. I risk losing INT whenever I take damage; you have spellcaster AC - crappy. ;-) Basically a toss-up in my mind. You want to roll for it?

1d20 ⇒ 17

Or we can do the steel cage brawl. I really like that idea. Actually words can't express how much I like that idea.

I can't use anything, I say we can sell what we don't use.

If we can sell stuff, that could work pretty well. Can we sell stuff and get the gold amount though?

There's no "magic mart", so the only way we can sell stuff is by posting it in the Gameplay section of the Master Thread. If another PC buys it, we can split the money. Otherwise, it's in limbo until someone does. For example, after the first game, a Living Steel Shield and +1 nunchaku became available, but the PCs from that encounter won't earn any money from their sale until someone buys them.

Male Human (Chelaxian) Mesmerist 6

I won't have internet access for the next week. Just a heads up.

Hello. Is the game over? Who got what loot?
