"He is what you would call a glabrezu demon. I do not know what current form he has chosen, but they rarely reveal their true selves. In their natural state, they are ferocious and bestial in form. However, the glabrezu is in fact a master of trickery and lies. With its ability to cloak its true form in pleasant illusions, the glabrezu uses its magic to grant wishes to mortals as a method of rewarding those who succumb to its guile and deceit. This is likely why he was summoned here - to grant the Thrallkeepers' wishes. He would have twisted the conditions of each wish to cause as much grief to his captors as possible, though. These Thrallkeepers really were meddling with a power beyond their own."

"The danger really lies in the fact that the demon now knows each of your faces. If he ever returns, he will likely harbor a grudge against you. But banishing him presents no danger to you directly."
Assuming you're ok with this, Naurin...
Naurin approaches the summoning circle holding Koth'Vaul with Sulianna. The demon, realizes hi sruse is spoiled, reveals himself. He is is a towering monstrosity 18 feet tall with four arms. Disgusted, Naurin follows Sulianna's instructions and casts the spell. Koth'Vaul fades of the the material plane, cursing the Pathfinders who banihsed him and swearing revenge.
Sulianna looks Kalkamedes over and restores him. He wakes up and looks around.
"What happened? Where am I?" He looks to the party for answers.
Was one of you carrying Kalky's sword? I think Walter may have had it.

Naurin is LG but very unwise, so it seems perfect that she would jump into banishing the creature, regardless of consequences.
"It is a long story, my friend, and we can tell it all to you on our long walk, this time back home."
"But to be succinct, we followed you here, as it seems saving this angel, Sulianna, is what your unconscious mind was determined that you would do. (It sounds just like something a paladin would do!) We were able to free her from the magic circle she was trapped in, having destroyed the undead dragon that trapped her, and then, because of her power, were able to banish the demon she had come here to originally to fight."
Edit: Looking through the thread, I don't see who had it - I just said "and let whoever is best with swords take the broken blade." - but Walter is the last one to mention it.

"Indeed I do" says a voice. It seems to be coming from the sword!
"I am known as Gamin, the Misforged. I have been Kalkamedes' companion on a great many of his adventures. I concealed my true nature from you because I wanted to be sure you intended to aid, not harm, my friend."
"If you're wondering about me, some dwarven smiths in Riddleport forged me, but made a grave error, leaving my blade permanently flawed. Kalkamedes and I got along just fine as a pair of imperfect adventurers. I thought you lot were a bunch of witless ruffians at first, but you proved your worth, and I thank you for saving my companion"
At this point Kalkamedes chimes in:
"Gamin! You scoundrel! It's good to see you again. We've truly been blessed to have the aid of such stalwart Pathfinders. You're all invited to my cottage to celebrate our triumph! And you have my thanks as well, milady," he says, bowing to Sulianna.
The party makes the return trip to the cottage without incident. During the party, Sulianna speaks:
"I must return to Elysium, but before I go I wanted to thank you again for your assistance. I would be happy to bestow my favor upon you before I go." She touches each of you briefly, and then departs.
Venture-Captain Heidmarch thanks you all profusely for your heroism, and is clearly relieved to see Kalkamedes is home safe again.
For his part, Kalkamedes thanks you all again and promises to spread word of your efforts to his associates in the Society. He speaks with Gamin, and offers the blade to you as a gift, to which Gamin agrees. You now return to Absalom for some well-deserved rest.
The End.

Naurin accepts Gamin for the group, but reluctantly. "I believe you belong here with Kalkamedes - he needs the company and may yet need your help again - but we'll take you to see Absalom and the Grand Lodge, if you so wish, and perhaps you can then come back here to reinterest him in the Pathfinders, and in the good work of the Silver Crusade."

Malfeas looks at the snake as he would someone offering him a viper, ”I have no need for a sword, especially one that can talk to me.” At Naurin’s thought that Gamin should stay with Kalkamedes, he nods in agreement at the idea. Talking swords, Angels, Demons, and Dragons… sheesh, it’s like we’re in a childrens book.

Walter--as stoically as ever--accepts the thanks of Sulianna,Kalkamedes and Gamin.
In the service of Abadar, I am honored to be counted as friend to such as you. I do hope that in the future we may meet again.
