But brave Samurai Jack runs to the small guy and brings his trusty staff down in a crushing blow, the man screams then Samurai jack and the small guy disappear in a pool of deeper darkness.
Samurai jack swings to hit him in he utter darkness but nothing, others seek to help but with in 2 rounds the darkness lifts and the small man is nowhere to be see. The thing that jack remembers about the guy as hehe got close, was his boots, they where dark red in color.

DM i have darkvision so that darkness isn't hampering me at all. I can see the guy very well and no penalty to attack...

you have a fitful night sleep after hiding the bodys away, but come the dawn nothing more happens. As the 1st rays of light come in v the windows there i a rapid knocking on the front door.

"The Gaurde confirmed that last night on Prime way, three gas workers and two Gaurde offices where attacked, The Gas worker where found naked wile the Gaurde unconscious, house to house questioning has started to seek clues in to who the criminals may have been"

I past some Gaurde coming here, I think you should tell me all and then make your way out the back.

After you + Lady tell him and show him the bodys hes says,

"I know someone who can clean this mess up before the Gaurde comes, but I think you will need to go as soon as possible, I know a place you can go, until the talk tonight, its a club a, costumer has, you will be safe there I think, Take this card"

He hands you a card, his with some writing on the back.

"Tell Tehook I sent you, he will sort it from there, well best take the food and be off. After tonight go back to Tehooks dont come here ok."

He waits to see what you say.

The city is waking up, the shops are opening and as you go down the street you note the Gaurde presence around then marten area of town your in but down you down in mid city,
The city is a city of trade, ships come in from the grate ring see brining all manner of good,
Your use to the site of odd races and strange faces, you jump on a tram and sit back, look around you try and see if you have been followed,

Perception checks

Then off the tram and foot, dock side it's werehouses and dive bars, with drinks, sex workers and gambling, the only place in the city it's legalized. Amused this are flop houses hotels, slums and living blocks for the dock workers, a unionized group much respected in the city. But one other think lives in dock side, the gangs, to the high end mafia, but hard criminal groups cutting out a stake in the flesh trade or bear pits betting houses, this is where your address takes you,

Could this be out of the frying pan into the fire?

As you get to a large black door, eyes study you from tenement windows, you wait, soon a slit opens in the door, a voice says,
"What ya want?"
In a gruff way.

As he passes by Scarlet and her disguise, the usually silent tiefling points out a couple of details he believes could be improved - "They simply seem somewhat off" - he comments matter of fact, then walks away.

As you sit there the place seems closed, now and then a working girl comes down to bar getting something then heading back up.

There is some talk in the back, then a Small Half-ling comes in smocking a Cigar. Hes a bit fat and looks around 100, next to him is the doorman and another, and elf, thin as they come and all in black, he has odd red eyes.

"Well old Srub sent ya a, called in the fa-ver after all this time, Mind telling me why ya here, cus old Tehook likes ta know, who seeking time in his house, especially out of hours."

He says this to Scarlet.

Scarlet as well orders a green tea. Though upon being addressed directly by the Halfling, she looks to others to act as 'intermediaries', hoping such is the proper way a 'Lady' would act.
