Built long ago by the old ones, the vast ring world hangs in space, at its center a sun, around the ‘night ring’, with its dark blocks that give day and night, A river runs around the vast ring and at two side to vast seas, known as the Spin sea and the Counter sea. if you walk across the ring, only a few live that long, you come to the rim walls holding the atmosphere in place, the Spill Mountings fall from the walls down into hills then the plains. It is always noon on the ring the inside surface they say is so vast that every world with life on it has been reproduced and populated with the life and races that lived on the original. This was done by the old ones, being of immense power now gone from the ring. With their passing many wonders of the ring fell and now lay in ruins. From the Fall came the new kingdoms and Faiths, Some magic still worked and not all tech was lost. All the Races still lived and so started to remake what was lost.
Rules
1: Weateon Law "Don't be a D**k" will be in force, any D**Kness v game play and you will be asked to go.
2: Rules Light, Not a big fan on slow Combats taking weeks, But you have t have them some times, Other in game things, I may gloss over to speed up.
No you don't have to roll ride every hour/day etc.
3: Maps - Only if I really really have to, I know in cambat war gamer types love me but the pain of making them.
4: PvP, yes but only if the GAME is really going that way, I will not allow I PvP kills, so don't ask or demand.
5: Leveling will be done at the end of every "Act" of the game, this "Act" is called the lady. some time I may level you in the ACT [sorry] if its a long one or I think you have done some thing Cool.
6: Hero Points, look it up, you have 1 at start of game I will post what you can do with them.
7: Loot and money, that's up to you, keep track, of who has what.
8: The world is a harsh ad cruel place. The would is not kind, its hard, with no gods your own your own, The after life comes down to Hell and Heaven, A lot go for unlife being a 3ed way. Lot of undead on the ring.
9: Selling Loot, you get what ever someone is willing to pay for it, no set prices in this game.
10: Fun, if its not fun, whats the point, I will be far, if I do something your think is wrong, PM me about it and I will Retro or fix.

On Ringworld, time longer than a day is measured in falans, with 1 falan being 10 turns or 75 Ringworld days (93.75 Earth days), so 4 falans is slightly longer than 1 Earth year.
Game Concepts:
Alien Races, lots of em.
Missing Gods AKA old ones, Devine magic comes from Domains.
General Products hulls, which are impervious to any known force except visible light and gravity, and cannot be destroyed by anything except antimatter.
Stasis field, which causes time in the enclosed volume to stand still; since time has for all intents and purposes ceased for an object in stasis, no harm can come to anything in its field.
The idea that luck is a genetic trait that can be favoured by selective breeding.
The tasp, a device that induces a state of extreme pleasure in the pleasure center of the brain at the push of a button; it is used as a method of debilitating its target and is extremely addictive. If the subject cannot, for whatever reason, get access to the device, intense depression can result, often to the point of madness or suicide. To use a tasp on someone from hiding, relieving them of their anger or depression, is called "Making their day."
Boosterspice, a drug that extends life to near immortality.
Scrith, the metal-like substance that the Ringworld is composed of, that has a tensile strength near that of the strong nuclear force.
Impact armour, a flexible form of clothing that hardens instantly into a rigid form stronger than steel when rapidly deformed, similar to certain types of bulletproof vests.
Faster-than-light travel, used once by the old ones.
Near instant point-to-point teleportation magics and tech, with transfer booths and stepping disks used once by the old ones.
Cultures suffering technological breakdowns who then proceed to revert to belief-systems along religious lines. Most Ringworld societies have forgotten they live on an artificial structure, and now attribute the phenomena of their world to divine power.
Magic: low common but High Magic and Tech is very hard to come by.
Guns: Low tech Pathfinder hard to find.
Lands and seas: The Ring is vast, empires come and go.
Flying city's : Story's tell of such places.
Making a PC:
Character requirements are as follows:
- 1nd level characters.
- States 18, 8, 1d10+7 for the other 4.
- 350 gp starting gold.
- 3 starting traits.
- Clerics (or any other Domain user) select any domain they wish. There are no deities. Instead, you follow your domains per say.
- Each player must write a short description of there Race+Background+how he came by any odd things they have, you can make up placing on the Ring and how you got to port town.
Now I am going to let Players build or Pick any race, BUT Check the race with http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/other-rules/creating-new-races MAX Race Points 15 ( RP).
NO CR for races, build it with RP [max 15] or you can't have it, this is for balance.
Material may be taken from ANY official Pathfinder sourcebook OR 3d party book on www.d20pfsrd.com.
We will also be using the
honor-points system, you start with Ziro Honor, but gain 1 per leveling
1 Game Honor Point Right now I will let you use them in 1 of 6 ways
when appropriate to game play your pc can
1: Gain a contact in the city who will sell you 1 type of items at 3d5% off
2: Gain a safe place to go, a mates safe house etc.
3: Gain one Item worth no more than Level x1000gp
4: Roll again one D20 Roll you just made, you HAVE to take the second roll result.
5: Auto Stabilize and Heal 3d6 Hit Points of Normal DMG
6: Gain one Small Clue/Hunt from the GM V PM
